The hotel is positioned as an urban oasis, and the actual feeling is the same. It is located in the center of Bangkok, about 10 minutes walk from BTS Chit Lom MRT station, and the hotel provides free shuttle buses every hour From restaurants to BTS; restaurants are full of green plants, and you can still feel full of vacation in the city center. The swimming pool is not too big, but the environment is quite comfortable. The social hour at the pool bar provides red and white wine, bartenders, soft drinks, etc., as well as potato chips for each guest at the pool bar every day. It is very pleasant. The rooms range from small upgrades to landscape rooms. The large floor-to-ceiling windows have excellent views day and night. They provided some food and beverage so you can sit and drink with a nice view of Bangkok. #staycation Staff are friendly, drink is good and not pricey as the views. The opening time is 6pm and close at 1 Am Reservations in advance need it, otherwise it is not available.

April welcomes the hottest time of the year with the Thai summer. I stayed at two hotels in Bangkok, and the vibe at Kimpton was really chill~ The location is quite good, in the embassy district. Close to the BTS and Siam Square. Lumphini Park's greenery acts like a natural barrier, isolating the hotel from the outside hustle and bustle, hidden in this greenery, quiet and beautiful. The hotel is also pet-friendly🐶, in the lobby and bar you can see all kinds of cute little ones, so adorable😍. The check-in counter is adorned with bird-of-paradise flowers, which really captures that free and easy Kimpton style. The bathroom🛀 is super big! The floor-to-ceiling window view also allows you to see the opposite Kempinski and lots of greenery. The main design tone of the room is grey, giving a sense of a calm temperament. The welcome fruits and desserts are generous in quantity (...) and the handwritten card is indeed very sincere. My first stay at the Kimpton brand left a very good impression! The entire lobby of the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is surrounded by greenery, and since Kimpton is a pet-friendly hotel, many guests bring their pets for afternoon tea, making it a veritable urban oasis. The Green View Ma-Lai King Suite I stayed in overlooks a park downstairs, truly living up to its name as a 'green landscape'. The suite is a spacious 87 square meters, with a generous living space, dressing room, and bathroom, making for a very comfortable stay. Happy Hour is from 5 to 6 pm, where you can enjoy complimentary cocktails and snacks at the poolside bar. Dusk is the gentlest time in Bangkok, not too hot or dry, with a light breeze. A refreshing cocktail is enough to make one feel that the day has been well spent. The most impressive part of the hotel for me was the spa treatment. Thai spa and massage are competitive enough, and the competition among hotels is fierce. I've been to many, and Kimpton's spa center ranks in my Top 3. For facial treatments, they even use my favorite brand BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE. I didn't have time for a facial this time, but I look forward to coming back again.

At the Thailand tourism promotion dinner at the beginning of this year, I was recommended by friends from the Tourism Authority of Thailand to stay at the new Kimpton Maa-lai hotel in Bangkok. I didn't expect to end up staying there on the last leg of my trip to Bangkok. This is a completely youthful and social hotel where you can bring large pets to stay together, and you can also wear pajamas to all occasions, very casual and comfortable. The most frequent guests are from South Korea and the United States. They want to feel like they're in the streets of Brooklyn, New York during breakfast, and during the 5pm Happy Hour by the pool, they want to feel like they're in Seoul, surrounded by youthful South Korean vibes. And when night falls and the lights flicker, the top floor Bar Yard becomes a popular gathering place for young people in Bangkok, where the beautiful Thai girls are stunning, making you feel like you're back in Sanlitun, not in Thailand. When I left, they rushed to see me off at sunrise and gave me a farewell ride. Suddenly, I kind of miss Beijing.

very nice hotel, good service and animals are welcome here!! the hotel itself is very new and the design is modern, hip and luxury. the room is quiet big with little furniture but clean. The bed and pillows is so comfy. The staff were so nice and helpful, the food (and cakes) in the Craft restaurant were amazing. The hotel also has a great outdoor section with loads of space. ours four legged fur baby is so happy :) Near supermarket, walkable distance from shopping malls. Breakfast are amazing lots of food to select. definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice, new hotel in Bangkok city. one of the best hotel!!! #staycation
