Thailand's 8 most beautiful islands, each worth visiting again and again!
🏝️Phuket
Developed early, with a well-rounded life and commercial facilities, the tourism industry is also very developed, with basically all underwater and water activities, a wealth of entertainment projects, eat, drink and play in one, the public choice~
-
🏝️Koh Samui
Compared to Phuket, Koh Samui has more of a tropical island feel because it is densely covered with coconut groves and islands, the distance between the islands is very close, and the commercial life and entertainment facilities are also very rich.
Honeymoon Island, there are many high-end hotels (Six Senses, Banyan Tree, Ritz Carlton, etc.)
-
🏝️Koh Samet
Koh Samet is about 3~4 hours away from Bangkok, near Pattaya, it is a lesser-known white sand beach, not so commercialized.
-
🏝️Krabi
Krabi is more like a hidden island town in the mountains, with a slow pace of life, not only has a pure blue coastline, but also a unique karst landscape.
-
🏝️Phi Phi Island
Phi Phi Island is an offshore island of Krabi, the towering mountains on the sea paired with the blue sea water is breathtaking, the natural rock caves formed between the mountains are even more surprising
-
🏝️Similan
The Similan Islands are a national marine park, with excellent ecological protection, composed of 9 islands, extremely suitable for snorkeling!!
-
🏝️Koh Chang
Koh Chang is also a small island with a well-protected ecological environment, there are many undeveloped islands around, many beaches and primitive forests have not been developed, full of natural quiet atmosphere!
-
🏝️Koh Lipe
Koh Lipe is located on the southernmost coast, bordering Malaysia, away from the hustle and bustle, not overly developed, the ecological environment is very good, known as the small Maldives of Thailand, is a diving paradise in Thailand.
The water quality is very good, clearly layered, from the crystal clear jelly green, gradually to sky blue, and finally to the deep blue gem color, each layer makes people feel incredibly stunning!

Adventures on Elephant Island
Koh Chang in Thailand was the perfect island. we could rest at the Tropical Beach resort and got to do some exploring. There is an old abandoned resort and cruise ship on the island. Our room was right next to it, so we got go exploring. Unfortunately we couldn't get onto the ship but it's still awe inspiring. Can't wait to get to Koh Chang again.

Summer trip in Koh Chang island, Thailand
August and September is low season in Thailand and I was lucky enough to get cheap flight tickets and hotel in Thailand. I took 6 hours bus from Bangkok airport and arrived to this beautiful island.
It supposed to be raining season, but all my 5 days holiday, rain was only during the night time.
Price for hotels and restaurants cheaper then in Pattaya and Bangkok. But not much entertainment.

Why do people prefer to go to Thailand instead of Vietnam?
As both Southeast Asian tourist destinations, why do people prefer to go to Thailand and rarely visit Vietnam? From personal experience, the tourism experiences in these two countries are really different.
No input provided.
Natural scenery: Thailand has extremely rich natural scenery, many of which can be remembered by everyone, such as Phuket Island, Pattaya, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui, Zheng Wang Temple, etc. In addition to these, small and niche tourist attractions such as Chiang Khan and Elephant Island are also very worth visiting. The tourism methods are diversified and can meet the needs of different people. Compared to that, there are relatively few well-known tourist attractions in Vietnam.
Tourism environment: Vietnam started and developed its tourism industry later than Thailand, and the overall industry is not as well-developed as Thailand's, so both the infrastructure and tourism environment, including shopping places, are not as abundant as Thailand's.
I have been to Thailand 6 times and Vietnam twice. Overall, Thailand's city streets are cleaner and the cultural environment is better. Thai people are also more friendly and hospitable. My most memorable experience was riding a motorcycle in Thailand alongside cars, even during rush hour, everything was orderly and there was no honking, which I found quite impressive.
Consumer level: The cost of living in Thailand is lower than in Vietnam, and it is also safer. Basically, a person can spend only a few thousand yuan to travel to Thailand for a week. However, there are too many things to buy, such as local jewelry and bags, which cost only tens of yuan. I haven't seen any sky-high prices for souvenirs. Especially, many floating markets are a shopping paradise for women. Speaking of shopping paradise for women, Vietnam is even rarer.
Language environment: There are many people who speak Chinese in Thailand, and learning Chinese is very common in Thailand. Relatively speaking, Chinese people will have fewer language communication barriers when they go there. But if you travel freely in Vietnam, language communication will be very difficult.
Movie promotion: People love Thailand not only because of their personal experiences, but also because of the recent movie promotions that reflect the country's good environment. There are more movies that showcase this in Thailand, especially some public service advertisements that are very touching. However, Vietnam has done very little in this regard.
The above are the reasons why people like to go to Thailand but not Vietnam. What do you think?

one of my favourite islands in Thailand
I have been to lots of islands in Thailand, and Koh Chang is one of my fav ones among all the other islands. we spent in total 3 nights there and stayed in 2 different places. renting a scooter is a must, that saves you money and you are able to explore the entire island.
the beaches are quite beautiful, but what really caught our attention are those picturesque piers.
and the second day, we went down to the south, we drove pass by this hippie cafe named Rasta view, they have really laid back vibes and the view was just stunning. and there are lots of things you can do on this island, going to fishing village, walking across the floating market, you will reach the lighthouse.
if you have time, I’ll strongly recommend spend at least 3 days here #passionpassport #gooutside #beach#vibes#thailand#naturalwonders

A Tropical Thai Island
Thailand is a popular destination place where many heard if places like Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Hua Hin. There is a tropical island called Koh Chang located south west of capital city Bangkok. This is an island where only reachable via ferry from Laem Ngop.
This is a dive destination for many where you will be able to see large vessel wreckages and reefs with marine life. There are also many dive centres around for your PADI diving license if you want to make this one of your bucket list to do.
For those that are unable to swim, the island Koh Chang has also many things to offer, where there are many bars by the beach to just chill, or hiking to the many waterfalls on this island and even ATV off road adventure.
This is like an island paradise where things are abit expensive but something you have to visit at least once, away from the mainstream islands.

Thailand's niche sharing | Going to the "Chinese restaurant" island in Thailand, enjoying a blue water
Koh Chang Sea is not known to many people, so there are fewer Asian faces here, looking at the beach Basically all Europeans and Americans.
Compared to other islands in Thailand, it should be considered a relatively small group, so you can enjoy a quiet holiday.
Main beach:
White sand beach is the earliest beach in Koh Chang. It is the closest to the pier, the most convenient transportation, a lively commercial street, various entertainment activities. Gather with the restaurant here.
Klong Prao Beach is the second largest beach in Koh Chang, a newly developed hotel area with fewer visitors.
Lonely Beach is the second lively area on the island and is a gathering place for backpackers.
Ban Bang Bao is a fishing village located on the southernmost tip of Koh Chang. The hotel is also cheaper and has a lively commercial street.
1. Double car, Thailand's most common traffic, beckoning and stopping, talk about the price to get to where you want to go.
2. Chartered, the driver with the driver 8 hours a day, about 700 yuan.
3. Rent a motorcycle, white beach has a motorcycle rental store, 200-300 baht a day, the oil fee needs to be paid separately. There are many mountain roads in Koh Chang, so be careful.
accommodation: It is recommended to live near the white sand beach, which is the gathering place of hotels and villas.

What is going to come to Koh Chang in Thailand?
Unlike other islands, Koh Chang is more like a naughty play, not so many tourists, but at night it is a new song and dance. You can take a cruise on Koh Chang. It takes only 20 minutes and costs 80 baht, which is RMB 4 or 5, cheap hotels, white sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets, and staying here for a few days. This is the right vacation. Open the way.
japaul.
After a period of driving, the ship was docked near a small island. It is worth mentioning that as long as the vessel enters the area, every person on board needs to pay 200 environmental protection fees, equivalent to about 40 yuan.
The big ship is moored in the distance, and the boat is used to send tourists to the island of koh rang. The water here is the most beautiful one seen in these two days. The shallow water is jewel-like blue, and the water is clear and transparent. There is a lot of ripples.
The beach is soft and delicate. At first glance, I fell in love with it. At this time, the clouds in the sky began to spread out, and the blue sky was revealed in the sky. Everything was faint, fresh and happy.
The shore of the island is littered with red stones. This color complements the sky and the sea. There are many small islands around. These islands are covered with greenery. The green coverage here is amazing.
Its beautiful to see the waves that are constantly rising at the beach. Time and time again on the stone, each time the waves are different shapes, the water is so clear, the world is big, but there are so many subtle beauty.
Xiao Lian.
When I came to a dock, the rain had stopped, the mountains were winding, the blue mountains were covered with clouds, the calm water reflected the mountains, and there were people and boats on the water. I think I fell in love with this. The picture is pure.
is completely different from the gorgeous time of the sunny day. At this time everything in front of me is quiet, and my heart is calm down.
Naturally always beautiful, cloudy, rainy and snowy have their own taste.
I am a paranoid person who loves sunny days. I have the most loved light and shadow on sunny days. There are sparkling lights on sunny days, but at this time I feel that maybe the rainy days are not bad. At least I like this kind of scenery.
in the distance.
far, always full of accidents, encountering accidental co-productions, eating unexpectedly uncomfortable meals, feeling the weather outside of the imagination, seeing the scenery that others do not have, these are realistic Experience is your own.
far, not all are beautiful, but it is the unknown, it is fascinating.

Wooden House by the Water
Starting with the first place, the Wooden House by the Water Homestay, located by the sea on Koh Chang in the Old Dan-New Dan village of Koh Chang. The atmosphere is surrounded by fruit orchards, making it feel like you're visiting a relative's countryside home, filled with charm and warmth. There is a large wooden house on the water, which is an old house from the grandparents' generation that has been converted into a communal homestay, accommodating 20-30 people with shared bathrooms. This house does not have air conditioning, but the sea breeze ensures it is never too hot. Additionally, there are 7 two-person rooms, with 5 designed as concrete houses facing the sea, equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and water heater. The other 2 rooms are designed as wooden houses by the sea, with the same amenities except for the refrigerator and water heater, to provide a garden-like wooden house atmosphere. The friendly nature of this place has earned it the nickname 'Friendstay.' Guests can request to experience various aspects of Koh Chang, whether it's a diving trip or experiencing the local orchard lifestyle, tasting fruits like durian, rambutan, and longkong. Just inform the accommodation of your preferences.

Koh Chang, a must-visit place in Thailand, with plenty of places to eat
After staying on Koh Chang for three days, I like it more and more. Koh Chang is also part of Thailand's inner gulf, with calm seas and no natural disasters like typhoons or tsunamis. There are many indigenous people on the island, and Thailand's three major supermarkets and a large private hospital have branches on Koh Chang, making life very convenient.
The hotels here are mostly a mix of apartments and villas, with both standalone and two-story villas, each about 50 square meters in size with very complete facilities, though it feels like a lot of space and functionality is wasted, such as the surf bathtub. Most hotels are by the sea, and the villa areas have exclusive swimming pools facing the sea, with very rich breakfasts. Whether at the swimming pool or the restaurant, there are always Chinese people around.
At the viewpoint, I witnessed a minor car accident. A foreigner, unfamiliar with driving, scratched a Thai convoy. There was no argument; everyone patiently waited for the police to arrive and make a report for the insurance company, truly calm and peaceful.
At the hotel, I met a Russian mother and daughter. The daughter was very lively and outgoing, liked to pose for photos, and spoke good English. They welcomed us to visit Russia. I believe that families who can now leave Russia to enjoy tourism abroad are probably not ordinary people.
Koh Chang, I will come again!

Thai Elephant Island, experience bathing baby elephants.
Thailand's Elephant Island is the second largest island in Thailand. It is named after its shape resembling a lying elephant, and also because King Rama V of Thailand once visited the island, making it famous.
Experience the liveliness of Phuket, witness the prosperity of Similan Island, and enjoy the summer of Koh Samui.
You must come to the pure and natural, tranquil and flawless Elephant Island, where there are orange beaches and sunsets that belong to you.
The pure white sandy beaches, crystal clear blue sea, lush green forests and mountains can be seen everywhere, like the Peach Blossom Spring in Tao Yuanming's pen.
On the island, people usually gather on the west coast, which is divided into several distinct beaches: White Sand Beach, Kongpao Beach, Kabei Beach, and Lonely Beach. The famous Bangbao Fishing Village is located near Kabei Beach, and it takes a relatively primitive road section to get there.
On the east coast, most of the residents are indigenous people, and of course there are also some homestays and hotels, but there are two beautiful mangrove forests on the east coast.
Tips
The consumption level is okay, and there are roadside stalls selling rice with toppings.
Between 30-50 baht, home-style dishes are priced between 70-80 baht.
From March to May, the climate on Elephant Island is hot and dry, while from June to October it is the rainy season.
On the island, you can only rent a car for self-driving or rent a motorcycle.
Most hotels, restaurants, and bars are clustered on the west coast.
"The Chinese Restaurant" was filmed at the White Sand Beach, which is also a relatively lively and well-developed beach.
Island hopping does not cover the entire island, as some parts of the island are not yet open.
Sea urchins can be found everywhere, you can pick them up, but be careful not to get pricked.
Transportation: You can depart from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport with a round-trip ticket for 900 baht or a one-way ticket for 600 baht. You can also take a bus from Trat province.
In half an hour, arrive at the pier and transfer to the ferry to Xiang Island.
Special features of the amusement park.
Give the baby elephant a bath, enjoy a seaside spa, hop to an island, and go diving.
Off-road vehicle jungle exploration, waterfall diving, and sea fishing.

Is this Pattaya, the most beautiful beach in Thailand?
I am very willing to write a detailed travelogue for you to Pattaya, Thailand, hoping it will be helpful to you.
Day 1:
We took a plane to Bangkok and rented a car at the airport to go to Pattaya, which took about two hours. After arriving in Pattaya, we first went to our hotel, a seaside resort with a broad view and pleasant scenery. We rested for a while and then went to Pattaya's main attraction - Pattaya Beach.
Pattaya Beach is a beautiful seaside attraction with soft sandy beaches, clear waters, and a variety of water sports such as water skiing, sailing, and jet skiing. We spent a pleasant afternoon on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sea view and the taste of sunshine and sea breeze.
In the evening, we went to the local night market to taste local delicacies, buy handicrafts and souvenirs. The night market here is very lively, with many stalls displaying a variety of goods, and the prices are also quite affordable.
Day 2:
We went to the dinosaur park in the morning. It is a theme park with many replica dinosaur models, giving people a feeling of traveling back to the dinosaur era. We played here for several hours, taking photos, admiring various dinosaur models, and also trying some exciting amusement facilities.
In the afternoon, we went to the most famous temple in Thailand - Wat Huay Mongkol. This is a temple with a long history and cultural background, and an important part of Thai Buddhist culture. Here, we enjoyed the architectural style of the temple and Buddhist art, and also learned some knowledge about Buddhist culture in the temple.
Day 3:
We went to Coral Island, a beautiful island famous for its white sandy beaches, clear waters, and abundant marine life. We spent a whole day here, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the beach, swimming in the sea, and observing coral reefs and marine life. Coral Island also has many water sports activities, and we participated in some of them, such as kayaking, water skiing, and snorkeling. Especially during the snorkeling activity, we were able to see many beautiful coral reefs and colorful tropical fish up close, which was very spectacular.
After spending a whole day on Coral Island, we took a boat back to Pattaya city. In the evening, we went to a local seafood restaurant and tasted fresh seafood. The seafood here is very fresh and delicious, and the price is also reasonable. It is a highly recommended restaurant.
Day 4:
We went to "Tiger's Den" in the morning, which is a zoo themed around tigers. Here, we saw various large feline animals such as tigers, lions, and leopards. The most impressive experience was the close encounter with the tigers. We were taken into a large cage and played with two very friendly tigers, which was a very special experience.
In the afternoon, we went to the "Crystal Lighthouse" scenic spot. This is a lighthouse about 100 meters high, located on the seaside in the center of Pattaya. We climbed up the lighthouse, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Pattaya, and also enjoyed the scenery and architecture around the lighthouse.
Day 5:
We went to "Elephant Island", which is a zoo themed around elephants. Here, we saw many very friendly elephants and also participated in some intimate experiences with them, such as riding elephants to tour the park and bathing with elephants.
In the afternoon, we went to "Iverson Cafe", which is a very unique coffee shop. The coffee here is delicious, and the decoration inside the shop is also very unique, full of artistic atmosphere.
Day 6:
On this day, we chose to travel freely and visited some other attractions in the Pattaya city area, such as the Pattaya Zoo, the Pattaya Observation Tower, and so on. These attractions are all very unique and worth a visit.
In the evening, we went to the central business district of Pattaya, bought some local specialties and souvenirs, and also tasted some local snacks and delicacies. The seventh day in Pattaya:
On this day, our last day in Pattaya, we chose to go to a water park called "Ramayana Water Park". This is a very large water park with all kinds of water facilities, such as water slides, wave pools, lazy rivers, and so on. We played here all day and had a lot of fun and excitement.
In the evening, we returned to the hotel to pack our luggage and prepare to go back home. During the seven days in Pattaya, we had a very wonderful and unforgettable vacation, leaving behind many beautiful memories. We also deeply felt the warmth and gratitude of the Thai people's hospitality and friendliness, which made us feel very warm and grateful.
