Jiangxi | Detailed Guide for Four Days and Three Nights
Jiangxi is too much fun, a full guide for four days and three nights of play!
Take a spontaneous trip on the weekend✈️, and embark on a journey to Jiangxi this Christmas.
📷Jiangxi 4-day 3-night travel route:
📍Day One: Arrive in Jingdezhen by bullet train, Yaoli (lunch)➔Hanxi Village➔Porcelain Palace➔Fuzhou Alley (dinner)➔Imperial Kiln➔Taoxichuan
·
🌈Highlights of the attractions:
1️⃣Yaoli: The artistic conception of "sky blue waiting for misty rain" under Fang Wenshan's lyrics. A typical Huizhou village, the alleys here are also like ancient paintings composed of blue bricks, black tiles, and gray walls.
2️⃣Hanxi Village: The source of the porcelain capital, the hometown of famous tea, a large tea field, and the "lamp of the earth", all look good no matter how you shoot.
3️⃣Porcelain Palace: An exquisite porcelain palace built by an 80-year-old lady at a cost of 60 million.
4️⃣Imperial Kiln: Really achieve no dead angle in the picture. The collection is mainly tribute, and it is also very out of the picture. (Next to it is Fuzhou Alley Food Street)
5️⃣Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Block: A cultural street transformed from an old factory building, with a market on weekends.
·
📍Day Two: Sculpture Porcelain Factory➔China Ceramic Museum➔Wuyuan Huangling➔Wu State of Women
·
🌈Highlights of the attractions:
1️⃣Sculpture Porcelain Factory: The sculpture ceramics and daily-use ceramics here are very distinctive, and the ceramic ornaments sold by some stall owners are also very beautiful, and the prices are very cheap.
2️⃣China Ceramic Museum: The hall of China's porcelain leader, Wu Yufo and his conspicuous bag colleagues are also here. (On the sixth floor)
3️⃣Huangling: Rated as the most beautiful village by National Geographic, the gray-tiled white-walled Huizhou-style buildings, the layered and orderly autumn drying scenes, all look good no matter how you shoot.
4️⃣Wu State of Women: With the legend of Wu women flying to the sky as the core, the new-style Huizhou architectural style as the feature, there is also a non-heritage iron flower performance in front of the Baoyu Tower every night.
·
📍Day Three: Sanqing Mountain➔Wangxian Valley
🌈Highlights of the attractions:
1️⃣Sanqing Mountain: Known as the "four absolutes" of natural mountain scenery with "strange peaks and rocks, ancient trees and famous flowers, flowing springs and waterfalls, sea of clouds and waves". It is recommended to take the Jinsha cable car up the mountain.
2️⃣Wangxian Valley: The real version of the "fairy world". It's very beautiful both day and night.
·
📍Day Four: Wangxian Valley➔Shangrao Bullet Train Station return to Xiamen.
·
🏠Accommodation recommendations:
📍Jingdezhen:
It is recommended to stay near Taoxichuan or People's Square, which is right in the center and convenient to go anywhere.
📍Wuyuan Wu State of Women:
There are hotels and homestays in the scenic area, with many choices.
📍Wangxian Valley:
There are homestays inside and outside the scenic area. You can choose to stay in the scenic area during the off-season, and you can get up and play in the early morning the next day.
·
🍽️Food recommendations:
Beef bone powder🍜Cold noodles🍝Preserved egg meat pie soup🫕Youtiao wrapped in glutinous rice🫔Handmade bean rush stewed fish head🐟Dumpling cake🥟Shangrao chicken leg🍗
·
⚠️Tips:
The attractions in Jingdezhen and Shangrao are relatively scattered, it is recommended to charter or carpool🚗. The Imperial Kiln Museum and the China Ceramic Museum are closed on Mondays, and you need to make an appointment online in advance.

⑩Tao Bo City
This place is simply a paradise for porcelain lovers. You must visit Jingdezhen. One step one shop, from tableware to tea sets, each one is like a work of art. You can also buy "Speechless Buddha" peripherals. Unlike the markets in Taoxi River and Sculpture Porcelain Factory, the porcelain here is more upscale, very suitable for personal use and gifting! I really like the tea art space here, unique style, and many hand-carved items. The second floor has a lot of tea cups, the tea set is very complete, the aesthetics are very online, I couldn't help but bought several sets to take home🫣

Jingdezhen 2-day 1-night tour guide!
😎I had limited time, but I wanted to have a relaxing city walk, so I had to give up some museums (mainly because I didn't make a reservation, boo hoo 😭).
Now let me share my super chill 2-day 1-night itinerary👇.
Day 1️⃣
📍Sanbao Village
Wow 😃, I feel like I could city walk in Sanbao Village for a whole day! Just walk straight down the road, and there are all kinds of beautiful little shops on both sides of the road, and you can take beautiful photos anywhere 😍!
📷Photo spots:
➊Tao Coffee: The wall with the Jingdezhen internet-famous words, the gas cylinder, the lying bottle, and the speechless coffee are all here 👏.
➋9494 Aesthetic Space: Mom's bakery is a great place to take photos, and you can go in and have a look if you order a drink 😜.
➌Bukong Mountain: There is a minimum charge, so I didn't go in, but I went in through the Bukong Mountain Coffee next door and took some photos without spending any money 😎.
➍Sanbao Art Museum: 🎫20 yuan, just take a photo at the porcelain wall at the entrance, and you'll get great photos anywhere! 🥰
➎Sanbao Peng Art Museum: 🎫20 yuan, the exhibition inside is worth seeing.
...
There are so many more! Really, you can take beautiful photos anywhere here 😘.
ps: I arrived at noon and stayed at the Hidden Jingde Art Hotel in Sanbao Village 🏨, which is like an art gallery, and the lotus pond is also a great place to take photos 😉. Compared to staying in Taoxichuan, Sanbao Village is quieter and more convenient to travel around! After putting down my luggage 🧳, I rented a small electric scooter in the afternoon, 30 yuan/day, and started a pleasant tour and photo-taking 😎.
Day 2️⃣
Morning 📍Sculpture Porcelain Factory
The super popular Meiyan Institute, It Was Mud, and No Sleep Kneading Park are all here! Really, I don't want to leave 😆! In addition to the beautiful little shops, there is also a market to visit, and you can buy 3 bracelets for 10 yuan. No one can leave Jingdezhen empty-handed...🤣
Afternoon 📍Porcelain Palace
I walked into the colorful world of the old lady! You can take photos with a 0.5x wide angle from some angles, and the photos are quite nice, but there are a lot of people...😅

Jingdezhen, a city with a thousand years of history, is known as the "Porcelain Capital".
Porcelain is the city's synonym.
The streets and alleys are lined with shops, and the locals make a living from it.
The night market is as bright as day.
Whether it's utensils, ornaments, or daily tableware, they all seem to be telling a story.
Porcelain is the city's original inhabitant.
These utensils, once buried in the dark, are more vivid than books,
heavier than history, and more specific than time.
Green bricks and black tiles, misty rain in the south of the Yangtze River.
It is said that the sky blue color on the porcelain needs to be fired under the temperature and humidity of the misty rain, so it is famous.
It is also one of the top ten most beautiful ancient towns selected by National Geographic.

One-day tour around Jingdezhen
One-day tour around Jingdezhen
Porcelain Palace - Hanxi Village - Yaoli Ancient Town - Dongbu Wharf
Online carpool one-day tour
First stop - Porcelain Palace 🎫25 yuan
There are many tourists, a total of three houses, very large. On-site, you will be amazed by the porcelain pieces on every brick and tile, and by the 80-year-old grandma's love for porcelain.
Second stop - Hanxi Village
A few years ago, it was the Earth Art Festival that made me want to come to Jingdezhen. Finally, I saw the Earth Lamp in a sea of tea. After a distant view, I walked around the village and learned that Hanxi Village is a village relocated from Qiandao Lake.
Third stop - Yaoli Ancient Town
It was already noon when we arrived at the ancient town. A little girl in the same car found a restaurant (Yaoheshanli Cuisine) which was very delicious! Due to the heavy rain the day before, several internet-famous bridges in the ancient town were washed away, and the river water was a bit muddy because of the rain.
Fourth stop - Dongbu Wharf
It is said that the Maritime Silk Road started from here. The village is much quieter compared to Yaoli.

Porcelain Palace is an interesting attraction and must go if you’re in Jingdezhen. Each building have a theme and are so well decorated with ceramics pieces. This venue provides many photo opportunities, even better if you’re attired in traditional Chinese costumes. It would be such a lovely day out with your friends to walk the grounds and capture awesome memories together. It’s not far away from the city center of Jungdezhen, so do not miss this when you are there!

China’s Porcelain Capital
China’s City of Porcelain 👇🏻
Venturing into the world of porcelain in Jingdezhen was like stepping into a treasure trove that spoke to my soul! There’s said to be a history of over 2,000 years of porcelain making in Jingdezhen, a city renowned as playing an important role in Chinese porcelain production.
If you’re visiting Jingdezhen, definitely make a stop at these stunning Porcelain Palaces.
Comprised of three circular and one square “tulou”, these architectural structures are covered - literally floor to ceiling - in ceramics of all shapes, colours, sizes and patterns.
Strolling through those ceramic-clad walls, I was struck by the sheer beauty and craftsmanship of it all. It felt like each piece had a story to tell, connecting me to the generations of artisans who poured their hearts into their work.

Ceramic Palace
The building is a circular ceramic palace resembling an earthen building, with walls inlaid with various types of ceramic vases, bowls, plates, and painted tiles. The owner of the 'Ceramic Palace' is Grandma Yu Ermei.
The Ceramic Palace was started in 2010, with a total investment of 60 million yuan. After years of meticulous design and construction, this private palace housing over 60,000 collections was finally completed. The Ceramic Palace is divided into three floors, providing exhibition space for various types of ceramic artworks. It has been rated as a 2A level tourist attraction, drawing many visitors.
The building has three floors, with each floor covering an area of about 300 square meters.
1⃣️ The first floor has walls hung with hundreds of emperors since the creation of the world by Pangu, arranged in chronological order. Below is a row of ceramic paintings from the classic novel 'Dream of the Red Chamber', somewhat like a series of comic strips. The inner circle is constructed with tiles of various shapes for lighting and ventilation.
After viewing the first floor, go upstairs along the staircase, and the walls are also covered with large and small ceramic pieces and patterns made of ceramic pieces.
2⃣️ On the outer wall of the second floor, there are still richly contented ceramic paintings. The top row features comic strip paintings from 'Romance of the Three Kingdoms', and the row below continues the epic 'Dream of the Red Chamber' from the first floor.
The exterior walls of the Ceramic Palace and each floor are hung with large and small ceramic paintings rich in content, and occasionally inlaid with colorful and variously shaped ceramic vases, including some fine pieces.
3⃣️ The third floor has ceramic paintings with even richer themes, including myths and legends, court maids, natural landscapes, flowers, birds, fish, insects, and everyday life scenes. Although most are not fine works, they are enjoyable and touchable, and compared to museum exhibits, they have more of a 'lively' feel.
Address:
Xinping Village, Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province
Transportation:
It is recommended to 🚗 take a taxi, as it is more than ten kilometers from the city center, and public transportation is a bit far. Pay attention to the visiting time when taking a taxi, as it is difficult to get one if it's too late.
🎫Ticket: 25 per person💰 No reservation needed
Business Hours: 08:00-17:30
About Ceramic Palace:
1⃣️ The Ceramic Palace is mostly for photography and sightseeing, with no other amusement projects. There are no delicacies or shopping nearby, so prepare well before you go, and make sure to eat well before visiting~
2⃣️ The Ceramic Palace does not have air conditioning, so it can be stuffy in summer and cold in winter. Spring and autumn with good weather are more suitable for visiting and playing.
3⃣️ If possible, try to avoid weekends and holidays when there are fewer people, so you can enjoy taking photos to your heart's content!
📷Photo tips:
1⃣️ Stand in the center of the circular Ceramic Palace and take a panoramic shot.
2⃣️ Use the hollowed-out windows as a foreground, which can cover most of the passersby. There are many shapes of hollowed-out windows, including vase shapes, squares, circles, which have their own charm.
3⃣️ Stand in the center of the circle and use the wide-angle of your phone to shoot the sky of the Ceramic Palace. When the weather is good, it really makes for great photos~
4⃣️ Have a friend go to the second floor and take a bird's-eye view through the window, which can also avoid the crowd and unexpectedly produce great shots~
❤️
The Ceramic Palace is a 'castle of fragments' built by an old grandmother with all her heart. Those who like it will find it truly beautiful, while those who don't may feel it lacks aesthetic order. Such things are subjective and entirely up to personal preference! After all, everyone's perspective and feelings are different!
EVERLY SMITH
Jingdezhen | Fang Qi was right, Yao Li is indeed stunningly beautiful!
Yao Li, also known as 'Yao Li', is the birthplace of Jingdezhen ceramics, but now it seems that Yao Li Ancient Town has little to do with 'ceramics'. What exists is the 'azure misty rain' described by Fang Wenqing's writings, which is no exaggeration. Just like in Fang Qi's video, it is truly breathtakingly beautiful!!!! 😍
When it rains in Yao Li, a layer of mist envelops the town. Breathing in the mountain air in the early morning is like a spiritual cleansing; I simply do not want to leave. We were pressed for time and left after taking some photos like tourists. If you have more time, you can stay in the ancient town for a few more days. (Food and lodging in the ancient town are very convenient)
📍Location: Yao Li Town, Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province (50 kilometers from Jingdezhen City Center)
🚗Transportation:
1⃣️Most tourists take a chartered car for a day trip along the route from Cigong to Hanxi Village to Yao Li (300-350💰, anything beyond this range is a rip-off, so run away), which is a cost-effective option for group travel.
2⃣️Taking a taxi from Jingdezhen City Center costs 100💰 one way, but it's difficult to hail a taxi back. The only option is to take a bus🚌, with two trips a day, at 14:00 and 19:00, which is quite troublesome. Not recommended❌
🎫Ticket: 🆓, the 150💰 pass mentioned online includes the Wanghu area outside of Yao Li Ancient Town, which is not necessary.
🍜Cuisine: Alkaline water rice cake is a local specialty, reportedly invented by the people of Yao Li during the war years to provide the army with reserves of food that were easy to carry and would not spoil easily.
📚About sightseeing:
1⃣️The ancient town is paved with bluestone slabs, and every place is photogenic, so it's nice to just take a leisurely walk, and you might occasionally encounter some artists sketching.
2⃣️📷For photography, it is recommended to use zoom and telephoto lenses, as the distant landscapes and Hui-style architecture are interspersed and very beautiful.
3⃣️For attire, it is suggested to wear plain-colored dresses or traditional Chinese Hanfu or Qipao, and having a paper umbrella would be even better!
ZEKE REYES
Here comes the travel guide for a three-day and two-night trip to Jingdezhen
Day One:
Jingdezhen North - We stayed at the Shangpin Hotel near People's Square (Jingdezhen North High-speed Railway Station branch).
After dropping off our stuff - Sanbao Village. Rent an electric scooter at the entrance of the village (Dear friends, make sure to rent at the entrance. I got tricked into letting the driver take me into the village and was overcharged for the taxi fare. Renting at the entrance allows you to enjoy the scenery on the way in).
(Sanbao Village route: 9494 Aesthetic Space, Mom's Bakery - Tao Kan Comedy Club - Jingdezhen Taoyuan Valley Tourist Resort - Not Earth Art Store Exploration - Not Empty Mountain - Sanbao Art Museum)
- 5:00 pm (closing time) China Ceramic Museum (17.3km). Each floor offers a different experience, with ceramics getting closer to the modern era the higher you go.
Then you can have dinner at 'Home Cooked Meal'.
- Longzhu Pavilion, Imperial Kiln Museum (3km) Free from 20:30 to 22:00. We didn't go because we were too slow and tired after visiting the first two places.
Day Two:
Hotel - Fuzhou Nong: Xiao Mao's Old-Fashioned Soup Dumplings, Youtiao Wrapped Glutinous Rice, Chengxin Store, Tan Po's Dumpling Pastry, Fan Ji's Beef Bone Noodles (1.3km) (All these foods are delicious, and none were disappointing).
- Porcelain Palace (15.7km) (It's quite far, although we only went to the Porcelain Palace, you can choose to charter a car for a cheaper option. Recommended chartered route: Porcelain Palace, Hanxi Village, Yaoli).
- 5:00 pm Taoxi Chuan (6.4km)
- Stroll through Taoxi Chuan Market Night Market (open on Fridays and Saturdays). There are many original handmade bracelets, necklaces, cups, and the atmosphere is great for taking photos at night. There are also art exhibitions by Jingdezhen Ceramic University and Central Academy of Fine Arts to see.
22:00 O Ji's Food Stall, the wait for a table was about 20 minutes, highly recommended must-try dishes, everything was good except the chicken feet were a bit salty!!!
Day Three:
Casual morning snacks.
Sculpture Porcelain Factory: Cheapest place to buy bracelets, cheap bracelets and ceramic flowers, so many to choose from!
12:00 pm headed to the train station.

The strategy for traveling from Wuhu to Jingdezhen is not that difficult
【Accommodation】
It is recommended to stay near Jingdezhen University, which is very convenient.
【Transport】
Jingdezhen does not have a subway, and the bus fare is 1 yuan. However, I suggest renting a car for 30 yuan a day, which is very cheap and convenient, as taking the bus can be a roundabout and troublesome way to travel.
【Attractions】
★ Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum (Reservation/Free)
★ Imperial Kiln Museum (Reservation/Free)‼️‼️ But be aware, the Imperial Kiln Museum is inside a scenic area. Although the museum is free, you have to buy a ticket for the scenic area (26 yuan) to enter the Imperial Kiln Museum. So it's a bit of a trap, but it's very beautiful inside, and if you don't mind, you can go. I didn't know and only reserved the Imperial Kiln Museum without buying a ticket, and later I was too lazy to go.
The two museums above are the farthest from the hotel, half an hour by electric scooter, and an hour by bus due to detours.
The following attractions are all near the hotel, within walking distance. Just a few minutes and very comfortable.
★ Sanbao Village Shopping less, more for photography (incredibly beautiful! Both day and night, it's recommended for girls to wear light colors, as the ancient town blends well with nature, with various mountains, mists, ancient towns, cats and dogs~
★ Jiujie Town Shopping market
★ Taoyang New Village Shopping market
★ Sculpture Porcelain Factory Shopping market
★ Taoxi River More for photography, less shopping (beautiful both day and night, especially photogenic, with various small shops to browse, but it's not recommended to buy things inside, as they are a bit expensive and unnecessary. Just shop at those small markets.)
Other Recommendations
☆ Jingdezhen Ceramic University (you can just stroll in)
☆ Porcelain Palace (great for photography~)
【Other】
☞ Everyone should definitely spend time picking out bracelets and such at several markets, don't just focus on one place. Compare around, there are plenty of beautiful options. Bracelets are priced at 10/3, 10/2, 10/1, etc. Anyway, the more you compare, the better you'll know.
☞ Bracelets, necklaces, and various other items are attractive, like those priced at 30 or 20 yuan each, you should bargain. They are usually open to negotiation, but don't be naive and ask to reduce by 10 yuan, bargaining down by two or three yuan as a gesture is possible. (It's best when there are no other customers at the stall, don't bargain in front of many people, as the seller definitely won't agree. It's easier to talk privately, you know~)
☞ For food, search on your own, as tastes differ, so I won't make recommendations. (But the beef bone powder is really delicious~)

Anyone who doesn't read this article about Jiangxi during the May Day holiday will make me sad, OK
As a Hunanese who has visited Jiangxi no less than 7 times, I really love Jiangxi!
Here are some recommended tourist spots: Babies who are planning to go out during May Day, save this exclusive Jiangxi May Day travel guide:
1. Wugong Mountain: My favorite, I've challenged myself there 3 times already, and it's different in every season!
2. Yichun: The hot springs are so comfortable! Can you believe it's only a 1 hour and 10-minute drive from Liling? You can watch the Yichun Millennium Love performance, and also visit the Mingyue Mountain scenic area
3. Jingdezhen: (We drove from Changsha, and it took about five or six hours to get there) You can also go to Taoxi Valley, there are lots of porcelain, really super cute!
4. China Ceramic Museum: Remember to make a reservation in advance, I must say, it's too exquisite (you can see the very popular Speechless Buddha), and there are even flowers made of porcelain!
5. Xinping Village Porcelain Palace: Personally, I don't think it's worth the ticket price, and the location is a bit off, the surroundings are a bit bleak
6. Wuyi Island: There are also many performances, the best ones are the light show and the iron flower performance, really amazing
7. Wuyuan Hongling: Half is like a fairyland and half is like the human world, especially the night view, it's super beautiful when the lights are on! Hui-style architecture, with terraces outside
8. Wuyuan San Yan Bridge, not particularly recommended, not worth the long trip [
9. Erjiu Street Alley, said to be the filming location for Zhang Yimou's I Am Not Madame Bovary, but it didn't feel particularly special when I visited, and it didn't seem worth a long trip just for it

The Porcelain Palace of a Thousand Years, a Treasure for Ten Thousand Years - Jingdezhen Porcelain Palace
🚘 A self-driving tour of the rapeseed flowers in Wuyuan, to avoid the weekend crowds, I stayed in Jingdezhen for two days. On the third day, I set off early, planning to go through Fuliang and the ancient town of Yaoli to Wuyuan. Leaving the ancient city of Fuliang, I took a detour to the Porcelain Palace. I heard that this Porcelain Palace is somewhat like the Porcelain House in Tianjin. It was built a few years ago by a local lady in her eighties who invested all she had. By now, the old lady must be in her nineties.
✅ This place is called Xinping Village, conveniently located on the main road from Jingdezhen to the ancient town of Yaoli, which is also a geographical advantage. People driving by this place, seeing these uniquely shaped buildings from afar, can't help but turn in for a look. Over time, the Porcelain Palace has gained fame.
✅ I have also visited the Porcelain House in Tianjin, and at that time, I found it a bit strange and didn't particularly like it. However, this Porcelain Palace, I heard, was inspired by the old lady's visit to the Porcelain House in Tianjin. After returning, she felt that Jingdezhen, as the porcelain capital, had unique conditions. Why not build one too? And since she was getting on in years and wealth was nothing but an external possession, she might as well use it to do something concrete for her hometown.
✅ Most people might just think about it and let it go, but the old lady was a person of action and quickly turned her dream into reality. There is not just one Porcelain Palace, but three. The one at the foot of the mountain might be the first built, a three-story circular building resembling a Hakka roundhouse, with a porcelain plaque above the door that reads 'The Porcelain Palace of a Thousand Years, a Treasure for Ten Thousand Years.' The porcelain decorations inside are the most complete and beautiful.
✅ The one halfway up the mountain is also a semi-circular roundhouse, with a terracotta main color and the theme of 'One Belt One Road.' The outer wall of this building is only pieced together with porcelain tiles and does not have porcelain tiles covering the entire surface like the one at the foot of the mountain. There is another one being built at the top of the mountain, square in shape, with its outer walls already covered in porcelain tiles, presumably to echo the one at the bottom, one square and one round, in harmonious unity. Actually, next to the square Porcelain Palace, there is also a half-finished one, which seems to have been abandoned.
✅ This rural Porcelain Palace, although its inspiration came from the Porcelain House in Tianjin, gives a different impression to those who see it, one of amazement and admiration. Perhaps its design and shape are simple and rustic, even somewhat 'earthy,' but these, along with its environment and its owner, are so harmonious that it feels very real and genuinely appreciated from the heart.

Jingdezhen
Jingdezhen in the off-season is too beautiful‼️ Don't miss these 8 must-visit treasure spots, they are amazing||🪴🪴
After five years, I see Jingdezhen again,
This time I chose to stroll around slowly~
As expected of the Porcelain Capital, the ceramics are so beautiful,
And it also has its own secluded Jiangnan charm!
Four-day three-night travel itinerary⬇️
DAY1: Departure→Ceramics Museum→Imperial Kiln Museum→Eating in Fuzhou Alley
DAY2: Taoxi Stream→Sanbao Village→Taoyang New Village
DAY3: Porcelain Palace→Hanxi Village→Dongbu Village→Yaoli
DAY4: Sculpture Porcelain Factory→Return trip
🕌 The downtown area of Jingdezhen is not big, taking a taxi costs about 10-20 yuan, but the villages in Fuliang are a bit far! We drove from Wuhan, it took 4 hours to get there, it's a long time, so I suggest bringing some snacks to fend off hunger, and replenish anytime you feel peckish or crave something.
🌈 I've organized a few must-visit treasure spots
1️⃣: China Ceramic Museum
The popularity of the 'Speechless Buddha' has led more and more young people to discover Jingdezhen, located on the sixth floor, I suggest visiting from the first floor up~
2️⃣: Imperial Kiln Museum
Old alleys, Dragon Ball Pavilion, step into the life of ancient kilns among the pinnacle of architecture, 📷 absolutely beautiful.
3️⃣: Fuliang Yaoli
Walking here on a misty rainy afternoon, you'll understand how beautiful Jay Chou's lyrics 'The sky is blue, waiting for the mist and rain' can be.
4️⃣: Dongbu Village
'Last month I went to Fuliang to buy tea' is from a poem by Bai Juyi, an ancient town hidden from the world, with bench bridges and bluestone paths, how can it not be considered the true Jiangnan? This undeveloped ancient village is the biggest surprise of the trip to Jingdezhen.
5️⃣: Hanxi Village
The 'Lamp of the Earth' and endless tea gardens spread out like an art painting among the mountains, Jingdezhen's off-season wins at this moment, the feeling of owning a mountain is too relaxing, and the distant mountains after the rain paint the beauty all over again!!
6️⃣: Sanbao Village
Maybe it was the heavy rain, or maybe I didn't approach it the right way, Sanbao doesn't seem that fun... (If you think it's good, please praise it, and we'll visit it again next time👀)
7️⃣: Markets you can't get enough of
🌱 Taoxi Stream: Most original, very expensive, but the ceramics are really beautiful, very artistic! The moonlight lamp is very photogenic, and there will be a market on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
🌿 Sculpture Porcelain Factory: Lots of small shops, very comprehensive, worth a visit, we went twice. The Lotte Market is also here on Saturday mornings, ending at 12 o'clock.
🍃 Taoyang New Village: The night market ceramics are very affordable, cheap and stylish, there are a lot of ceramics and bracelets, suitable for slowly picking out something you like~
🏔️ They say no one can leave Jingdezhen empty-handed,
🍀 So stay a few more days and stroll around slowly~ It will surprise you.

Porcelain Palace | Devote one's life to doing what one loves
☁️ The cloudy day at the Porcelain Palace seems not to affect its beauty...
As one of the stops on my trip, the Porcelain Palace has left me in awe. I'm amazed by its construction and the story behind Grandma Yu. An eighty-year-old spent sixty million to create this colorful fairy tale world...
📖 About Travel
〰️ Since it's a holiday, there are relatively more visitors to the Porcelain Palace, making it difficult to take good photos. You can choose to shoot in some more detailed corners.
〰️ The Porcelain Palace is a relatively independent attraction with no other places to visit nearby. We set off from Taoxi Chuan, and it took about half an hour to get there by car.
📍Porcelain Palace, Xinping Village, Fuliang County🕌
🎫: 25 yuan (tickets can be purchased offline)
🅿️: There is parking at the entrance (you can park on the roadside during holidays).
The visiting time varies from person to person. If you like to take photos, you might spend a longer time visiting. If you're not into photography, you can probably finish the tour in about twenty minutes.
ARIANNA GRAY
I discovered a ceramic palace like the one in Big Fish & Begonia at the New Ping Ceramic Palace in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi
📍Address: New Ping Village, 031 County Road, Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province
🚗It's a half-hour taxi ride from the center of Jingdezhen City
🅿️It's more suitable for driving there, with a convenient parking lot
🈺Opening hours: 08:00-17:30 | 🎫Ticket price: 25💰
🕌Walking into the ceramic palace, I was truly attracted by this type of ceramic architecture. Inside the palace lies the dream of an old lady. At the age of 86, the elderly Yu Ermei, during a trip to Tianjin, discovered a "ceramic house", which inspired her, as a local from the world's porcelain capital, to decide to build a building that belonged only to Jingdezhen.
👵Because of this decision, she had disputes with friends and family. Ignoring everyone's opposition, she devoted her life's efforts and everything she had, just to build a building that belonged to Jingdezhen. Everything has a spirit, and so does porcelain.
🟤The round building is reminiscent of the Fujian Hakka Tulou, with tens of thousands of ceramic pieces, vases, and plates embedded all over it. The exquisite pastel colors and blue-and-white glazes, all four famous types of Jingdezhen porcelain are inlaid into the walls
Breaking and reassembling, the porcelain plates interlock, this is the unique deconstructivist architectural art of the ceramic palace🎨The colorful porcelain, irregular fragments, arranged and reassembled, are orderly inlaid on the walls, with blue-and-white and pastel colors complementing each other, making it a magnificent ceramic palace🕌
👵She said that in her lifetime, being able to see the ceramic palace completed, she would have no regrets. This reminds me of a line from Big Fish & Begonia
🎏In this short life of ours, we will ultimately lose everything. You might as well be bold to love someone, climb a mountain, chase a dream

Jingdezhen Porcelain Palace | Falling into the colorful palace of an old grandmother
🧩Life is like a palace made up of countless broken porcelain pieces, each small piece seems insignificant, but once put together, it becomes a colorful life!
It is said that the Porcelain Palace was personally designed and planned by a 93-year-old grandmother using more than 60,000 pieces of porcelain collected throughout her life. Come and see the beautiful palace of the grandmother and also experience the craftsmanship of ceramic art!
.
📍Address: Xinpian Village, 031 County Road, Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province.
.
🚖It takes less than half an hour to take a taxi from the center of Jingdezhen City, and the pancakes outside the scenic area are quite good. You can eat enough by yourself or bring some snacks in, as there are no places to buy things inside the scenic area.
.
🈺️Business hours: 08:00-17:30
17:30 (Stop admission)
🎫Ticket: 25💰can be bought on-site.
🧳There are places to store luggage.
.
🏺Walking into the Porcelain Palace, I was really amazed by the various colorful porcelain buildings. Its architectural shape reminded me of the Tulou in Fujian and the "Porcelain House" in Tianjin.
There was also a moment when I felt as if I was in a painting, not in the real world. Every corner of the Porcelain Palace, every floor, is attracted by various porcelain pieces, vases, plates, and bowls. Every place is a work of art, and every place feels different when taking photos. So beautiful!
.
📸: If time permits, try to avoid weekends and holidays. There were hardly any people when we went, and we took photos for hours before we were willing to leave.
.
🙏Focusing on one thing for a lifetime is both a passion and a belief! Thank you to the grandmother for leaving such a beautiful and precious "Porcelain Palace" to the history of Jingdezhen, and I also wish the grandmother good health, boundless happiness, and wealth and well-being!

Jingdezhen is very suitable for sightseeing and photography! Do you need a two-day travel guide and accommodation suggestions?
I really like Jingdezhen! It truly deserves the title of Porcelain Capital!
Jingdezhen Two-Day Tour📷 Per Capita💰900-1k
Day1
📍Imperial Kiln Museum—Taoyangli Imperial Kiln Scenic Area
There are many alleys, small shops, and courtyards that are great to explore
Mostly ceramic families from generation to generation, people are very simple
Also met a shop owner there, went to play with a lot of clay for 💰100
(100 includes kneading clay, coloring, firing, and shipping home)
📍Fuzhou Alley - Youtiao wrapped in glutinous rice cake
Very delicious!!! 5r for a small portion (I personally think so)
📍Mandao Glass Art Space
Glassblowing is super fun! It's very fulfilling and the lady teaching is very patient! You need to focus while playing, be careful not to get burned
📍Taoxi Chuan Market
Very nice to stroll around, everything is so cute and beautiful, but a small cup is 188, want to buy but can't just buy one, can't afford a set 🥹 The only affordable things are fridge magnets and ornaments, but the sculpture porcelain factory has very cheap identical ones, you have to find them yourself
📍Lao She Teahouse
The milk tea in the video for photo taking, tastes standard 💰38
Day2
📍Bluepai Coffee
The coffee shop is very beautiful for photos, full of trendy men and women
Blue and white porcelain coffee 💰38 a cup
Croissant 💰9 but very small, however, the taste is not bad

Now requires an admission ticket 💰30, not recommended to go, we didn't go
Because the items inside are likely to cost hundreds
It's said to be even more expensive than Taoxi Chuan Market
📍Yaoli Ancient Town
Jay Chou's 'Blue and Green' was written about this place
Feels like a small village without much commercial atmosphere
Small bridges and flowing water are quite beautiful
📍Xinping Porcelain Palace

🚗Transportation
You can take a taxi within Jingdezhen city
Yaoli, Hanxi Village, Xinping Porcelain Palace are on the same route
All are quite far, taxis start at 300, and it's not easy to get a taxi in Yaoli Ancient Town in the evening, it's best to charter a car
1-2 people 💰110/person, you can ask the driver to carpool
3-4 people can choose to charter a car 💰380-400, each driver charges differently (I've seen charter drivers who can help take photos, and they take very good ones! This industry is so competitive now!) Just choose what you need

Pure Tourist Experience in Jingdezhen | 3 Days and 2 Nights | Watch me avoid unnecessary detours
I arrived in Jingdezhen at the beginning of March! Come on, watch me for three days and two nights!
🚄: We arrived by high-speed train! At Jingdezhen North Station
(Here's a reminder for everyone! There are very few vehicles at the North Station, and it's hard to find taxis or book a ride! It took us half an hour to get a car)
Accommodation: Recommended to choose near Taoxichuan or Sculpture Porcelain Factory
A bit more central. We stayed near the Ceramic Museum (a bit far) because transportation in Jingdezhen is not very convenient ❕Taxis and ride-hailing 🚗 are expensive!
You can rent an electric scooter🛵 for 30 yuan a day!
Here's a reminder for everyone! Look for a 24-hour rental to get your money's worth! Don't go for those that require you to return the scooter the same evening!
👔Clothing: It's still quite cold at the beginning of March. A thin down jacket is necessary! But the perceived temperature is okay. You can take off the jacket if it gets hot during the day.
🤍Attractions:
Sculpture Porcelain Factory⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Go on a Saturday afternoon for the market! It's super fun to shop around. Bracelets for 10 yuan for three, and lots of little trinkets. I bought so many, haha.
Take a deeper look inside, there's a popular coffee shop (Jingdezhen coffee cups) where you can take photos and check in.
Taoxichuan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Go for a stroll around 6 pm. The scenery is beautiful both during the day and at night! The stalls there have a very artistic vibe!
Ceramic Museum:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Of course, this is a must-visit! The museum is quite large! It's recommended to go straight upstairs!
It's easier to start from the top and work your way down! You need to book a day in advance! There are blind boxes in the lobby on the first floor h h h h h👍36 yuan each, those who like blind boxes should go for it!
Imperial Kiln Museum: Go after 8:30 pm, the museum is free! But Taoyang inside charges during the day, 53 yuan per person. After 8:30 pm, there's no charge.
Porcelain Palace: If you love taking photos, go for it! 25 yuan per person! Check the weather☁️! Go on a sunny day! It's not good for photos on a cloudy day, and there's not much culture! It's optional depending on your schedule. We didn't go!
Eat🍽️: Restaurants: Folk Village, Mawei Port, Little Yellow Fish【Jinding's is a trap (signature dish: Little Yellow Fish)】Home Cooking, Ouji Big Stall, Lele Big Stall
Special Snacks: Cold Noodles (Taojie Cold Noodles, One Bowl Noodles) Dumpling Ba (Daifamily Fat Ba Shop), Alkaline Water Ba, Fried Rice Noodles, Little Mao Soup Dumplings
Finally, I wish everyone a happy trip:
ps Transportation is really inconvenient. Taxis and ride-hailing are expensive💥
🚕Babies can choose to take a taxi there, the fare is about 20-30 yuan, and the entrance fee is 25 yuan. You can also get a paper ticket when you buy it offline~ However, the place is quite remote, so girls need to pay attention to safety!
🎀Pick a good day, put on your beautiful clothes, and you're ready to go! The equipment I used for photography is Canon CCD and 13pm, and the 3rd floor of the round porcelain palace is very photogenic, it's truly stunning to see in person!

The Porcelain Palace was built by a grandmother over ninety years old, who spent her life's efforts and raised funds herself. Once inside, you can see the grandmother's sentiment and craftsmanship. In an era that greatly encourages folk art, such sentiment must be encouraged and supported, and you will join me in marveling at this astonishing building.

Entering the Porcelain Palace, you can feel as if you are in a different, wonderful world. The building, inlaid with tens of thousands of pieces of various colored porcelain, tiles, vases, plates, and bowls, exudes a luxurious visual impact.
