Staying up late to organize | 3 days and 2 nights per capita 700 Dali nanny-level guide
Dali city gives me the feeling of one word "slow", so slow that winter has arrived, and autumn is still here.
Here I have organized a travel guide for 3 days and 2 nights in Dali in winter for friends who want to go to Dali as a reference.
—
📍Transportation:
🚅High-speed train: Get off at Dali Station, then exit the station to the blue sign where you can take the No. 8 bus to the East Gate/North Gate, or take the scenic area direct bus.
✈️Airplane: Dali has an airport, you can fly directly, but the airport is relatively far from the ancient city, but it is closer to Xiaguan, if you have time you can experience the night Xiaguan style.
🚖However, Dali's transportation is not very convenient, and many places cannot be visited by taking the bus. 😢
—
📍Essential scenic spots to check in:
1️⃣Dali Ancient Town: This is the core area of Dali tourism, with a deep historical charm, and it also carries Dali's culture! Although commercialization is unavoidable, it is still a place where foreign tourists check in. 😄
Admission: Free
—
2️⃣Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas: This is the only national 5A scenic spot in Dali, known as the first temple of Han Buddhism, with great scenery and a high photo output rate. 👍
Admission: 75
—
3️⃣Erhai Lake along the line:
As a symbol of Dali, to be honest, not going to Erhai Lake is really a waste of a trip to Dali. After going to Erhai Lake, I understand why Dali can become a place to soothe the soul. 🌊
Admission: Free/Boat ticket 140
—
4️⃣Shuanglang Ancient Town:
Located on the northeast coast of Erhai Lake in Dali, it is known as the town with the best sea view. The Sun Palace and Moon Palace of the Peacock Queen Yang Liping are here, but I didn't make a reservation. 🏠
Admission: Free
—
5️⃣Xizhou Ancient Town:
This is a quiet and delicate thousand-year-old town. The ancient town is not big, and it only takes about half a day to have fun. The atmosphere is quite strong. 🗓️
Admission: Free
—
6️⃣Nanzhao Fengqing Island:
Surrounded by water on all sides, there are Guanyin statues, Nanzhao Royal Palace, the main square, and Taihu stones on the island! You must take a boat to get on the island. 🚢
Admission: 50
—
7️⃣Cangshan:
This is my personal favorite, with eighteen peaks and eighteen streams, and the mountain top is covered with snow all year round. From here you can overlook the scenery of Dali Erhai Lake. 🏔️
Gantong cableway 80, Cangshan cableway 60 (round trip)
The main scenery is on the Gantong cableway
—
📍Three-day tour route recommendation:
Day1: ◎Dali Ancient Town - ◎Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas - ◎Three Pagodas Reflection Park - Night tour of Dali Ancient Town
Day2: ◎Erhai Lake - ◎Shuanglang Ancient Town - ◎Xizhou Ancient Town -◎Nanzhao Fengqing Island
Day3: ◎Play in Cangshan
—
📍About accommodation: You can see the introduction in picture 9
Cost: 3 days and 2 nights, accommodation 400 for two days! Including scenic spots, plus the cost of meals, the per capita cost is about 700. 🎫

My first stop in Yunnan - Dali
Shijiazhuang - Kunming - Dali
I made a lot of travel plans before finalizing the itinerary. I was very lucky to have almost no disappointments - sharing and recording my travel itinerary
🚥Transportation: We flew ✈️ to Kunming and went directly 🚘 to Dali on the same day (actually, the original plan was to take the high-speed train, but we missed it. The high-speed train would have been faster and cheaper)
🏠Accommodation: We stayed near the Dali ancient town. Inside the town, transportation is not convenient, so staying nearby is very nice. The prices are very good, 100+ per day can get you a very, very nice homestay. Since we arrived at night, we booked for three days and it still wasn't enough! The location is convenient for going anywhere~
🗾Itinerary: On the first day, we chose to be in Haixi. Starting from Longkan Pier, we cycled along the coast 🚴🏻♀️. The two of us rode shared electric bikes. We did some research on this because you can't enter the ecological corridor with rented electric bikes. But the ecological corridor is worth visiting! So riding an electric bike is a better option 💰15/h. There are many parking spots. We passed all the scenic spots along the way, and the whole road is super beautiful! I kept exclaiming how beautiful it was, all the way to Xizhou. We took a tricycle to Xizhou Ancient Town. During the entire cycling trip, we stopped anytime to take photos and check in, which was particularly comfortable. ⚠️But everyone must, must pay attention to sun protection! If the sun is strong, you really can get sunburned! After strolling enough in Xizhou, you can take a bus directly back to the ancient town. In the evening, eat something near the ancient town and sleep beautifully~
On the second day, we chose to rent a Wuling Hongguang mini to go around the eastern part of the sea. The whole process was also along the coast. Renting a small electric car is what we think is the most cost-effective and comfortable way to travel. We could stop anytime to check in and then continue on our way~ 150km of battery life is completely enough. We went all the way to Shuanglang~ Then in the evening, we returned along the coast. The navigation was also very convenient. We drove while enjoying the seaside sunset
✌🏻The two-day itinerary basically ended like this. We could go to all the places we wanted to visit. On the third morning, we took the high-speed train/bus to Lijiang. We chose to 🚘 (because my boyfriend 💩 caused us to miss the high-speed train). I advise everyone to just go for it! You won't regret it once you go, and the cost of living is really not high
⚠️Remember! You must pay attention to sun protection! Definitely!

The 9 most worth checking-in spots in Dali during the Spring Festival, don't leave any regrets!
Many babies want to come to Dali for the Spring Festival trip, living in Dali for 7 years, I have sorted out several spots in Dali that are more suitable for checking in in winter, hurry up and collect it~
Must check-in spots:
1 Longkan Wharf: Watch a beautiful sunrise with the seagulls from Siberia
2 Chongyi Village: Red shirt trees, water walkways, as if in an oil painting world
3 Xingsheng Bridge: Take French-style super pictures, friends thought you went abroad
4 Wenbi Village: The road to the probably~ The white town is very much like the Dali version of Little Kamakura
5 Xiaoputuo: The place with the most seagulls, and there is a small island on the sea
6 Shuanglang: A leisurely town, very comfortable, very suitable for vacationing and dazing
7 Kanglang Village: The woods by the Erhai Lake, the afternoon light comes from the opposite side, it is hard to tell whether this place is reality or dream
8 Sansheng Island: The small shallow beach by the Erhai Lake, whether it is dazing or having a cup of coffee is a good choice
9: There is a wind courtyard: Go to the place with the same wind and take a picture
Route distribution:
1) Dali Ancient City, Jizhao Temple, Cangshan Cableway, these distances are near the Dali Ancient City, if you go to these places, it is more convenient to live in Dali Ancient City
2) Ring Sea West Road: Chongyi Village, Sansheng Island, Longkan Wharf, S Bay, Langqiao, Xizhou, you can choose according to the places you like to check in, the Ring Sea West Road is not accessible by car, you can choose to cycle around the sea or sightseeing car, among which Sansheng Island and Longkan watch the sunrise, accommodation can choose Longkan or Sansheng Island
3) Ring Sea East Road: Langqiao, Kanglang Village, Xiaoputuo, Sanwenbi, Haidong is more suitable for charter or self-driving, there are many beautiful places along the way, you can stop and stroll at any time, the accommodation here is more convenient in Shuanglang or Sanwenbi
In addition, there is Xingsheng Bridge in the city, you can visit it when you arrive in Dali or leave~
Winter clothing guide
The temperature in Dali in winter is about 15 degrees during the day
You can wear a single garment during the day, the thickness of a sweater or coat is just right~ But the temperature difference in the morning and evening is relatively large, if it rains, it will be colder, so you need to prepare one or two thick coats.

Dali, let's meet
We must go to Dali to feel the tranquility of Erhai Lake.
🧳Preparation before departure: The ultraviolet rays of colorful Yunnan are well known to everyone, so be sure to bring sunscreen.
🏨Hotel environment: We took a direct train to Dali and then took a taxi to the guesthouse in the ancient city. There are many guesthouses in the ancient city. I used to book them online, but this time I went to the guesthouse to see the environment before making a decision, because we went in the off-season. The guesthouse we stayed in was clean and tidy, and the price was just over a hundred, which was very good.
🍽: We ate smoked ribs in the ancient city that night, strolling and eating in the ancient city, there are many delicious foods, you can try.
The next day we went to the guesthouse in S Bay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows facing Erhai Lake, you can see Erhai Lake when you wake up, sitting on the terrace, blowing the wind of Erhai Lake, let this wind take away your troubles. It is worth recommending, the price, well, I won't say, you can check it out on Ctrip.
🚉Travel strategy: We rented an electric car in the ancient city, which can be driven for several hours for a few tens of dollars, blowing the wind around Erhai Lake. I personally prefer to go to places with fewer people and like to feel the breath of the village, so we rented an electric car. There are many places in the ancient city where you can rent a car, which is very convenient.
🌟There are many places to go around Erhai Lake, such as Xizhou Ancient Town, Shuanglang Ancient Town, Three Saints Island, Longkan Ancient Ferry, Covered Bridge, etc.
Dali is a place worth visiting
Aspen_Winterbourne_25
Shuanglang Town, Dali, Yunnan, is the most beautiful ancient town I have ever seen
Known as the town with the best scenery of Cangshan and Erhai, Shuanglang is the ideal place to seek poetry and distance. It is backed by Cangshan and faces Erhai. There is no extreme heat in summer and no severe cold in winter. It used to be a small fishing village, with many houses built on the edge of Erhai, and the 'sea view' is right outside the window. In addition to the beautiful natural scenery, you can enjoy the leisurely travel photography by Erhai, and experience the fun of traditional Bai ethnic village culture and guesthouses.
Shuanglang has a long street paved with ancient stone slabs, which is quite similar to the world's most beautiful small town - Hallstatt. Coming here is like coming to Utopia. The Sun Palace and Moon Palace of the famous dancer Yang Liping are built on Yujidao in Shuanglang.

Erhai | The scenery of wind, flower, snow and moon
'Wind from the lower reaches, flowers from the upper reaches, snow from Cangshan, moon from Erhai' The scenery of Dali is as its name suggests, it is indeed beautiful. Here are eight must-visit attractions in Dali!
1, 📍Erhai
Erhai, as the symbol of Dali, not visiting Erhai when you come to Dali is like not coming at all. It's especially comfortable to take a walk, ride a bike, or drive around Erhai. In winter, you can also feed seagulls by the sea, and you can play for a whole day.
2, 📍Cangshan
The most beautiful scenic line in Dali, with ninety peaks and eighteen streams, the top of the mountain is covered with snow all year round, the scenery is particularly spectacular, here you can overlook the scenery of Dali Erhai.
3, 📍Shuanglang Ancient Town
Known as 'The scenery of Dali lies in Cang'er, and the scenery of Cang'er lies in Shuanglang', Shuanglang Ancient Town is known as the first town of Cang'er scenery. The inn by the water, the tide beating the rocky shore, the sea gulls flying at the sunset, it seems that the clock here has slowed down.
4, 📍Shaxi Ancient Town
'To the place where the wind is' has made this place popular, it is a particularly healing place, only simplicity and tranquility, as a thousand-year-old town with a long history, it has a profound history, slow-paced life, and can better appreciate the cultural landscape of the tea horse town.
5, 📍Xizhou Ancient Town
The spring in Dali Xizhou, with endless wheat fields, green and swaying with the wind, the breeze brings bursts of fragrance, now until June is the best viewing time, sitting on the terrace of Xilin Garden and drinking a cup of coffee, looking at the wheat field, the whole person has been healed!
6, 📍Xiaoputuo
Xiaoputuo is an indispensable part of the Cangshan Erhai scroll, one of the eight ancient scenes of Erhai, here is the smallest Xiaoputuo in Yunnan, with a circumference of only 200 meters, 20 meters away from the shore, and a total area of about 100 square meters, the pavilion on the island was built in the Ming Dynasty, also known as Guanyin Pavilion.
7, 📍Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas
A landmark attraction in Dali, one of the oldest and most magnificent buildings in Yunnan, China, known as the first temple in Han Buddhism, was built during the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, known as the 'Buddha Capital', nine of the 22 emperors of the Dali Kingdom became monks at Chongsheng Temple.
8, 📍Nanzhao Style Island
Located next to Shuanglang Ancient Town, this is the largest island in Erhai, the island is surrounded by water on all sides, with seaside-like scenery, the main building on the island is Nanzhao Xinggong, the summer resort of the Nanzhao King.

We couldn’t quite believe that we were still in China when visiting Shuanglang town on the Erhai lake in Dali.
We reached the town after about a beautiful hours drive from Dali Ancient City all along the lakeside. Once there, you can spend your time lazily walking along the lake, sun shining, and endless speciality coffee shops to choose from.

On January 1, 2012, the first time I heard about the double corridor, I was taken to the double corridor in the 24 hours after I heard it. The bus that almost went all day from Heshun to Dali Shuanglang And the first row of upstairs two sun-dried two sister papers, watching the skin color change from white to black ~
early morning to see fishermen catch fish, in the evening to listen to the sound of the waves, the ring The sea rides all the way to the color, the sun goes down and laughs, and all the way to pick up happiness and happiness~
10 months later, chances come together, once again come to the double gallery, one person becomes eleven Personal, hot but unable to appease the impetuous soul, gaze, the sea is still the sea, but began to build large buildings, bars and restaurants, when I said this place is estimated not to come again ~
after 6 In the year, I saw the double corridor. The renovation of the Bohai Sea has just come to an end. There are still many inns still in the process of rectification. There are two bars in the bar. In addition to watching the stars at night, it seems that I cant do anything else. The town has recovered its tranquility, but it never sees it again. Going to the fishing boat to go to the sea, instead of the regular travel companys big ship to and from Nanxun Fengqing Island, no The barbecue stall, but there is no big fish of 8 yuan~
Tip: A new way of playing in Dali is to drive smart to the sea. At present, there is a road to Huanxi West Road. Very bad, can't see any scenery, want to go to Xizhou from Dali ancient city, then to the promenade of the double corridor, I suggest to take a small section and quickly turn to the road, go straight to the destination, after all, the angel light of the East China Sea Road in the afternoon And the sunset glow of Shuanglang is worth looking forward to~

Traveling in Dali, encountering the beauty of Yunnan
Oh, friends, let's talk about my recent trip to Dali~ 🏰 As soon as I landed, I was captivated by the ancient city of Dali, the architecture and culture of the Bai people were eye-opening, and those delicious local snacks were simply too blissful!
1️⃣ On the first day, we strolled around the ancient city to experience the slow life. On the second day, we followed the shimmering waves of Erhai Lake to explore Cangshan. On the third day, the tranquility of Shuanglang ancient town was intoxicating. On the fourth day, the ancient architectural complex of Xizhou ancient town seemed to tell stories of a thousand years. On the last day, of course, it was free time, shopping for souvenirs, or revisiting a favorite corner. 🚤
2️⃣ It's time for gourmet food! Sour and spicy fish, grilled cheese fans... oh my, I can't help it, my mouth is watering. Remember, don't miss those snack stalls in the ancient city! 😋
3️⃣ Speaking of accommodation, I recommend finding a characteristic inn in the ancient city, where you can listen to folk songs at night and enjoy some leisure time. Of course, waking up by the Erhai Lake is also a beautiful thing~ 🌃
4️⃣ Here come some tips: Sunscreen is a must, the sun in Dali is no joke; dress according to the weather, the temperature difference between morning and evening is big, don't catch a cold; as for transportation, buses and taxis are quite convenient, if you're driving, safety first; oh, and remember to respect local customs and be a polite tourist. 🚗
What do you think, isn't the beauty of Dali something you only know after you've been there? If you have any hidden gems or secret spots, share them with me~ 📸

In Dali, it's like an overturned palette, so beautiful
Dali's scenery is best viewed from Erhai Lake, and Erhai Lake's scenery is best viewed from Shuanglang
Only when you get to Shuanglang can you truly feel the surprise of being amidst a sea of flowers
Words fail to express its beauty
And Dali is not just about beautiful scenery!
The food is also amazing: I tried Dali Ark Fatty's Kitchen
It's a well-known mushroom restaurant in Dali, and it's best to go there early, otherwise, it gets crowded during meal times, the mushroom soup pot is a must-try! I can eat two big bowls of rice soaked in the soup
By the way, a friend asked me where I stayed
Ark Mu Residence Inn, the location is super good, right in the center of the ancient town, with a huge courtyard where you can sit and space out, and the rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset~ Cloud Sea of Flowers
The planting area is huge, with a broad view, almost no obstructions, surrounded by a variety of rich flower seas, with Cangshan Mountain in the distance, taking pictures here is incredibly beautiful!
It's currently closed due to road construction, in fact, Cloud Sea has always been operating at a loss, the person in charge persists because of their love for flowers, which is really touching. Address | No. 466 Wenxian Road
Dali Vanilla Garden
A dreamy farm filled with herbs, with a beautiful glass house, and a large planting and viewing area. You can pick herbs, make hydrosols, and we've even held floral art study tours here, so beautiful that words fail to describe.
Now they've added a kitchen, where you can sit in the garden and enjoy afternoon tea and dinner.
Address | Intersection of Yuehua Road and Huanhai West Road
Chaimiduo Farm
An old farm, where you can pick fresh vegetables and learn to make salad with the chef, then hop around on the grass or sit by the lake and watch the clouds.
They used to have a market every Saturday, but now it's also temporarily closed Address | Huanhai West Road, Xiajizhen Longfeng Village
Rose Garden for Life
The entire farm is planted with edible roses, where you can pick and make rose jam and fresh flower cakes.
The farm also has a Hobbit house and two alpacas, which are particularly eye-catching.
You can take photos and check in all year round, but handcrafting requires advance reservation.

A 5-day and 5-night travel guide to Yunnan is here – full of practical tips and pitfalls to avoid
Thinking that March is the peak season for tourism, four of us, along with a child, set off for Yunnan!
Travel itinerary: ✈️Chengdu-Kunming 🚄Kunming-Dali 🚄Dali-Lijiang ✈️Lijiang-Chengdu. After comparing, we found that flying to Kunming was cheaper (in the off-season, you can book one or two days in advance; we booked a couple of weeks ahead and it was more expensive, resulting in a loss of over two hundred yuan for round-trip tickets).
Day 1️⃣: Arrived in Kunming, visited Dian Lake to feed seagulls, and explored the old streets of Kunming.
Day 2️⃣-Day 4️⃣: Kunming-Dali. We stayed in Dali for two days, strolled through the ancient town, checked in at the popular Feng Xiaoyuan, and circled Erhai Lake (we rented a business car; route: Internet-famous S Bay-Xizhou Ancient Town-Shuanglang. Personally, I found Xizhou Ancient Town more enjoyable to visit, and remember not to trample on the wheat fields when taking photos – you will be reminded by aunties with loudspeakers!!).
Day 5️⃣: Dali-Lijiang. Took some portrait photos and wandered through the ancient town. Finally, went to Zhongyi Market and bought some blueberries for 50 yuan per half kilo, bargained down to 40 yuan per half kilo. They were quite big and sweet, not sure if I overpaid.
Travel tips to share:
1️⃣ It's best to wear a hat when feeding seagulls at Dian Lake – both my friend and I were graced with bird droppings.
2️⃣ Upon arriving at Dali station, you can take a direct bus or the No. 4 bus to Dali Ancient Town.
3️⃣ The earrings, shawls, etc., inside the ancient town are pretty much the same – haggle hard, and if that doesn't work, move on.
4️⃣ If you want to circle Erhai Lake in one day, it's best to rent a car. We only visited three places in nine hours.
5️⃣ The weather in Yunnan is very unpredictable, so it's best to bring an umbrella and a thick coat.
6️⃣ For portrait photography, Lijiang is recommended – I feel the results are better than in Dali, and the prices are more reasonable.
7️⃣ The temperature difference between day and night in Yunnan is significant. Dress casually at noon, but a coat is a must in the morning and evening. Be sure to pay attention to sun protection and drink plenty of water!!! It's too dry.
The delicacies we tried:
1️⃣ Jingdaiyuan hand-grabbed rice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 not filling enough
2️⃣ There's a soul-stirring chicken leg stall at the entrance of Dali Ancient Town 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 we ate oysters next door. As someone from Sichuan, even their mild spice was a bit much for me, but it was very delicious.
3️⃣ Shaxian snacks 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 relatively light, suitable for breakfast
4️⃣ Baili Private Kitchen 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 located in Lijiang Ancient Town, opened by someone from Chongqing – highly recommended for those who can handle spicy food!!!
5️⃣ Yunwei Collection 🌟🌟🌟🌟 found a random place online for beef hotpot, the portion was okay, but not tasty – maybe the good reviews are all fake?
6️⃣ A Chongqing noodle shop next to our homestay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 run by a lady from Chongqing, very tasty
7️⃣ Bamu Xuan 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 recommended by our homestay owner, they have all the signature dishes, we had stir-fried dishes, and the taste was good
8️⃣ Zhaotong Hu's Brothers Babashao 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 located inside the ancient town, very fragrant and delicious
Overall, this was a commando-style trip. If you want to just chill, I recommend visiting Shaxi Town. We didn't go because we were short on time. It's between Dali and Lijiang, a bit far, and the driver quoted around 800 yuan for a chartered car. Also, there's no off-season in Yunnan, and the prices are not very cheap, even a bit expensive – it all depends on how you plan. Share over 🔚
Feel free to ask questions, and I hope everyone has a fun trip~

Nice to shoot, nice to stay, just want to stay idle in the hotel!
The fairy homestay I stayed in Dali, the wind crossing in Dali Shuanglang
Nice to shoot, nice to stay, just want to stay idle in the hotel
You must come to Dali Shuanglang
Inn: Dali Fengdu Seaview Resort Hotel (Erhai Shuanglang Ancient Town Scenic Area Store) is really a very attentive hotel. The items used in the room are also quite high-end
The first floor is hotel accommodation, the basement is a coffee shop, there is free afternoon tea every day, and desserts are delivered to the room at night
You can ask the boss to borrow an electric scooter, and the price is also very friendly
Before going, the housekeeper will contact you to help you transport your luggage at the parking lot
Very considerate, and one more thing is that it's just too beautiful!

Dali | A must-visit in a lifetime for its renowned 'Wind, Flowers, Snow and Moon'
The 'Wind, Flowers, Snow and Moon' of Dali truly lives up to its reputation. Seeing is believing, and it's simply breathtakingly beautiful! 🥰
🚏Address: Shuanglang Ancient Town
🎫Ticket: Free
🚗Transportation: About 1 hour's drive from Dali Ancient Town
🌺Some say Shuanglang Ancient Town is rather commercialized, but essentially all ancient towns in Dali are somewhat commercialized, after all, everyone needs to make money 💰 haha, but it's undeniable that the side of Shuanglang along the Erhai Lake is still stunning! It's that kind of beauty that takes your breath away at first glance!
🌺If you're starting from Dali Ancient Town, Shuanglang Ancient Town is one of the furthest attractions (around Erhai Lake), so plan your transportation ahead, or just stay overnight there. We took a travel bus back to Dali Ancient Town at 7:30 pm.
🌺After returning to the ancient town, we had a big meal to start the second day of our trip. We tried a place called Dali Ark Fatty's Kitchen, which was quite good, tasting the special wild mushroom soup hotpot and Dai-style hand-grabbed rice, all of which were delicious. 😋There's also a restaurant called Jinshan Bai Nian Ancient Courtyard Restaurant, with a quaint courtyard that's quite distinctive, and the Bai ethnic sour and spicy fish 🐟 and herb lemon chicken are very tasty, worth a try!
🌺It's suggested to go there around 3 pm for the most beautiful scenery and to catch the sunset. Recommended visiting time is about 3 hours. Mainly for taking photos, because the scenery is just too beautiful! As for the commercial street, there's not much to shop, so plan your time accordingly.
🌺The best spot to watch the sunset is near Kui Xing Pavilion.
🌺To save time, we took electric carts in and out, but if you have plenty of time, you can stroll around at your leisure.

Dali, More Than Just an Ancient City! Don't Miss These Treasure Spots
The May Day holiday is approaching, have you got your travel plans all set? Quickly take note of these recommended Dali attractions.
Dali Ancient Town: This historic and cultural city of China is filled with an ancient charm, showcasing the traditional style of the Bai people. Wander along Fuxing Road during the day, meander through various shops, and you might even find some small items with ethnic characteristics. When you feel tired and hungry, the snack shops by the road will let you taste the special local snacks.
Shaxi Ancient Town: Time in Shaxi seems to slow down a bit. Bridges, flowing water, and households have all become tangible here. At sunrise, smoke curls up from the kitchens in the town's countryside. This place is also the filming location for the TV series 'Go to the Place with the Wind', and it has a unique Tea Horse Road cultural and human landscape.
Xizhou Ancient Town: The most authentic Bai-style residences and wheat fields in Dali reflect each other here, offering you a fairy-tale dream of wind-blown wheat waves. The charming rural scenery is as romantic as a painting. Check in at the corner tower here and taste the Xizhou Baba.
Shuanglang Ancient Town: To the west, you can gaze at the nineteen peaks of Cangshan Mountain, and to the east, you can be close to the vast blue waves of Erhai Lake, enjoying the reputation of 'the town with the best view of Erhai Lake'. The entire Shuanglang Ancient Town is surrounded by Erhai Lake, overlooking Xiaguan from afar, quietly gazing at Cangshan Mountain, and the excellent geographical location of having a door facing Erhai Lake is unparalleled!
Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas: As the landmark building of Dali and the only 5A-level scenic spot, it is also a famous Buddhist holy place. The royal temple from a thousand years ago allows you to experience the martial arts world described in Jin Yong's novels.
Nanzhao Style Island: Surrounded by water on all sides, to the east it leans against the Buddhist holy land of Jizu Mountain, and to the west it faces Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. It is lush all year round, often accompanied by clouds and mists, and the scenery you casually capture is all cinematic.
Xingsheng Bridge: This white Gothic-style bridge has a full Seine River atmosphere, making it extremely photogenic for portraits. The views from both sides of the bridge are different, and taking photos will give you different feelings, all worth a try.
Longkan Wharf: Dali's beautiful holy land for watching the sunrise, the redwood trees by Erhai Lake are reflected in the water, complementing the clouds on the horizon, with flocks of seagulls, making one feel as if they are in a fairy tale.
