Among them, the Woobar at the W Hotel is my favorite place to go because of its prime location and very stylish decor. In the evening, there are live performances by singers, and the songs are all well-known, which makes for a great listening experience. The bar area outside is connected to the lobby, which has a very high ceiling. If you want to have a quiet conversation, you can also go inside to the bar. They have a few good cocktails, but the prices are a bit expensive.

My first stay at the W Hotel in Guangzhou was a mere ten-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel is situated in Guangzhou's prime location and business center, surrounded by many large shopping malls. It's also within walking distance to the Pearl River riverside, taking advantage of its geographical superiority. The staff service is top-notch, and my room was upgraded to a superior twin room with some decorations and a cake complemented with fruits. The room feels spacious with high ceilings. Personally, the only things that could be improved are the mattress support, which is not quite sufficient, and the average view from the window. As a member, I was also able to check out late. The hotel's facilities include a restaurant, bar, beauty massage, gym, and swimming pool, which are quite comprehensive. Back to W Guangzhou, a great place to stay. The service is actually quite good, especially the concierge, who are very enthusiastic about helping guests with their luggage. Sometimes they are afraid of neglecting guests and run over to help. Although this hotel was designed ten years ago, it is still avant-garde, classic, and stylish. As the first W Hotel in China, W Guangzhou has indeed brought modern luxury to the city and is a representative hotel of luxury lifestyle brands. 1. The hotel building was designed by the famous architect Rocco Yim, who boldly adopted an asymmetrical exterior design. The building's exterior is made of dark materials, with transparent glass boxes interspersed throughout. The avant-garde feel of the building is unique in Zhujiang New Town, and it is still a modern landmark in Guangzhou today. 2. For the interior design, the guest rooms and Woo Bar were designed by Yabu, while other spaces were designed by famous design firms such as AFSO led by Andre Fu and A.N.D from Japan. The hotel has a total of 317 rooms and suites, with room sizes starting at 50 square meters. The space is quite considerable. The mini-bar in the room is relatively well-stocked, featuring a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and TG tea bags in a dedicated box. Although the selection of beverages isn't extensive, it is comprehensive. Personally, I find the bedding very nice, the soft yet resilient type is just too good, the bathroom is marble-styled, with an automatic toilet and Bliss bath set. For those who love swimming, the most attention goes to the pool. The pool is not big, but the temperature control and the high ceiling are satisfying. When the weather is good, the view is really unbeatable. During my stay, the clouds in Guangzhou were absolutely stunning, coupled with the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can even watch the sunrise. Basically, I didn't want to get out of the water -- Chinese restaurant: It was also surprisingly good, had several meals there. The dim sum and main dishes were well made!
