In April, a pear blossom belt stretches for hundreds of miles
‼️ The Beizhen Pear Blossom Festival covers an area of over 120,000 mu, forming a continuous belt of blossoms that extends for hundreds of miles.
The history of pear tree cultivation in Beizhen dates back to the Liao Dynasty, and it is known as the 'Fragrant Snow Sea beyond the Great Wall'. Every year during the pear blossom season, a Pear Blossom Festival is held, featuring a variety of cultural activities for the public such as kite flying competitions, photography and video contests, and poetry gatherings celebrating the pear blossoms.
📍 Beizhen City is located in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, to the east of Mount Yiwulu.
⏱ The Beizhen Pear Blossom Festival generally takes place in mid-April, when the pear blossoms in Beizhen are in full bloom like a sea of fragrant snow. Everywhere you look, there are pear blossoms as white as snow, and their fragrance is refreshing to the heart and spleen.

Yiwulü Mountain
Yiwulü Mountain is located in Beizhen City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, with a scenic area of 45 square kilometers.
Yiwulü Mountain is a famous historical and cultural mountain with a civilization history of four thousand years from Yu Shun to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. All dynasties have titles for Lü Mountain. In order to pray for good weather and national peace, ancient emperors would send heavy ministers or personally worship Lü Mountain. Among them, the Liao, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties were the most prosperous. The Liao Dynasty regarded Lü Mountain as a place of dragon prosperity, and its royal mausoleum was located among the peaks and valleys of Lü Mountain.
Yiwulü Mountain is one of the twelve famous mountains sealed by Shun, the northern town of the five mountains and five towns of China, and ranks first among the three famous mountains in the northeast (Yiwulü Mountain, Qianshan, Changbai Mountain), with a high historical status.
