Chinta's Japanese Corner: A Must-See for Tour
#urbanexplorer
I recently had the opportunity to visit Chinta market in Trang, Thailand, and was pleasantly surprised to find a small corner of the market dedicated to Japanese-themed items. There were stalls selling Japanese-style clothes and accessories, as well as traditional Japanese snacks and toys.
One of the standout features of this little Japan corner was the beautiful lanterns and cherry blossom decorations, which made for some great photo opportunities. I also enjoyed trying some of the Japanese snacks, which were new and interesting to me.
Overall, I thought the little Japan section of Chinta market was a charming and unique addition to the market. It's a great spot for tourists looking to experience a bit of Japanese culture while visiting Thailand.
Trang's Rice Fields: A Rural Thai Paradise
#urbanexplorer recently visited Trang and was mesmerized by the beauty of the rice fields and surrounding countryside. I spent several days exploring the area on foot and by bike, taking in the stunning views and learning more about the local culture. In addition to the rice fields, Trang also has waterfalls, hot springs, and caves to explore. It's a peaceful and beautiful destination that I highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all and experience the beauty of rural Thailand.###
Great Indian food restaurant in Trang.
I just went to Trang, Thailand two weeks ago by plane flights from Bangkok( Don Meaung International airport) to Trang. Trang traditional food is famous and most popular for tourists but I’d like to try the different way for having lunch, therefore I accidentally found an Indian food restaurant name Turn back time(ย้อนกาลเวลา), you can check the restaurant’s location by using google maps or similar apps typing restaurant’s name hence you will find out that the restaurant locate on outside of the city, don’t worry. You can hire some private car or rent a car driving there because no public transportation going or passing the restaurant.
The Bliss Boutique Hotel
#passionpassport
The Bliss Boutique Hotel is a very good hotel, new, clean and has a convenient parking. Inside the room is spacious and beautiful. There is a plug at the head of the bed and bedside lamp. The sanitary ware in the bathroom is complete and very clean. Our room has a desk and a flat-screen TV and a fridge. There is also a small balcony with view of the road.
There are 4 floors with an elevator.
It's not expensive but it's very good. For those who come to Trang, I recommend this place.
The location is close to the city. It’s easy to find food and easy to travel anywhere because it’s just on Kantang Road.
Location: No. 55 Kantang Road, Bang Rak, Mueang Trang District, Trang 92000

Ko Rok Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
A sea trip to Phuket might be worth skipping Similan to check this place out
🎉Open only 150 days a year
🎉The last virgin snorkeling spot in the Andaman Sea
🎉Comparable to the Maldives but at less than a tenth of the price
🎉Jelly sea glass sea + flour-like sandy beaches
🎉Fewer people and more niche than Similan
This is Thailand's Ko Rok Island!
🏖️ Ko Rok, also known as Na Ko Island, is said to be a travel destination from Phuket, but it's actually closer to Krabi's Ko Lanta. Therefore, it's more convenient to go to Ko Rok from Krabi and Ko Lanta, with only one trip from Phuket usually on Saturdays
🚤 From Phuket: 2.5 hours by boat
🚤 From Krabi: About 2 hours by boat
🚤 From Ko Lanta: About 45 minutes by boat
🤿 Snorkeling at Ko Rok is a must, even if you can't swim!!!!
On a good weather day, there will be three snorkeling spots, each more beautiful than the last, with the third spot at Ha Island being the most beautiful!
Beginners need not worry, as the boatmen will take you on a float board to see corals, sea turtles, clownfish
🏖️ Most visitors to Ko Rok are still Europeans, Americans, and Southeast Asians, with few Chinese knowing much about it. Most Chinese who go out to sea still head to crowded islands like PP Island and Similan. Ko Rok is still quite niche now
📝 Ko Rok Island Guide
1⃣️ Currently, there are basically no independent trips, only day trips by sea, which can be booked online. The boat company will arrange pick-up from your hotel
2⃣️ During the peak season, there will be Chinese-speaking guides, but during the off-season, it might be English and Thai
3⃣️ The boat ride is long, so if you get seasick, be sure to take seasickness medicine in advance (available for free at the pier)
4⃣️ Lunch is provided by the boat companies on the island, not delicious but filling
5⃣️ There are no shops or service facilities on the island, but there will be fruits, drinks, and snacks on the boat
6⃣️ There are small jellyfish in the sea this season that can sting, so it's a good idea to prepare some related medicine in advance. Being stung is very painful, and the boatmen have medicine to apply but it only provides relief
7⃣️ Be sure to pay attention to sun protection, any sunscreen not properly applied may result in sunburn
8⃣️ If you walk to the left along the beach on Ko Rok, there are fewer people and a few swings that are very picturesque for photos
9⃣️ Before disembarking, the boatmen will collect tips (not mandatory), but the service is indeed very good. It's a good idea to prepare some cash in advance
0⃣️ If you want to fly a drone, be sure to report in advance and obtain permission. Flying without permission not only results in a fine but may also lead to criminal prosecution
🏖️ Take advantage of Ko Rok before it becomes as overrun as Similan. During the open season of Ko Rok (from the end of October to May of the following year), this island is truly worth adding to your travel list!

Rok island I miss you. #merrychristmas
#merrychristmas
There are still less than a month, and in the second half of May, Locke Island will be closed. If you miss it, you will have to wait another half a year!
Compared to the crowds of Similan, the pure sea of Rock Island and the unparalleled underwater world, it is a top snorkeling spot, and its flight time and price are one-tenth of that of Madai. Its not a dream!
We reported to the delegation to participate in a day trip to Rock Island + Har Island. The first stop is Rock Island. You can choose to go to the island to rest or choose to go snorkeling. There is no accommodation and dining on the island of
everything is natural and pollution-free.
The quality of the sea is so high that it is a breathtaking blue ocean.
After the meal, I ended the trip to Rock Island and rode on a speedboat to Harbin.
Hashima snorkeling water visibility is good, sea stars, turtles, corals and other marine life can be seen clearly!

Ko Muk Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Emerald Cave
Emerald cave in Koh Mook Thailand is truly amazing, its a must. You can Kayak round from Garnet beach but make sure you ask for a torch as it's pitch black swimming through the cave to get to the beautiful lagoon. Its also part of every boat trip as its the main thing to do on this little remote Island. The guide will swim first with a torch and light the way for you, this is probably the safer option.

Snorkling time in Koh Mook
My last summer vacation I spent my time snorkling in a small group of people. Trip was at three islands including Emerald Cave! I travelled to Trang where the trip began. Just the whole day enjoying less tourist moment and see beautiful sea of Andaman !! no doubt why people would travel across the continent to Thailand! Amazing nature!

Sunrise and sunset on Koh Muk
Koh Muk is located in Trang province. Trang is one of a quiet place in the South of Thailand. Most of the tourists who love to get away from busy life should visit Koh Muk.
You can take a local boat for only 50 baht or book a tourist boat for 150 baht. There're many hotels and restaurants during high season. Everyday in Koh Muk, people will go to Charlie's beach for watching sunset which is incredibly beautiful.

Starfish & Sealife
koh Mooks Garden Beach Resort was just lovely. The Island itself is just so chilled and you feel part of a community, a sigh of relief after the madness in Koh Phi Phi.
The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be.
There's a lovely pool that overlooks the sea and when the tide is out you can walk out to see small and large starfish, sea cucumbers, crabs, hermit crabs and an abundance of shelfish. We was lucky enough to see a Dugong, a rare sea cow only known to this part of Thailand.
The restaurant was lovely too and very reasonably priced, they also had chill our areas with hammocks overlooking the ocean.

Trang Railway Station Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Bangkok Trip
This is my first experienced on 18 hours train (1st class train) from Hatyai to Bangkok. There is 2nd clas train too but there is not much privacy for the 2nd class. For someone who loce privacy, 1st class is the best one. The journey is surrounded by trees and houses. We get the chances to see the sunrise, such a beautiful scenery.
In train they provided a cafe too, but the food is not halal for a muslim. Everything was in place, I just love it 😍#trip
When I first went to Trang, I felt that it was full of country atmosphere.
Although it is actually in Thailand, it is actually a system, but it is not a dense traffic, but it does not have the same urban feel in Bangkok. I like Thailand and like it clean; similarly, I like Trang, like the simplicity of it. For the train station in Trang, it is my favorite place. This train station on the roadside has only two buses a day, between Trang and Bangkok. With so few shifts, it has become a lot of punching points for net red.
