Save this – it's actually much easier than it seems 👇 ⭐️Vladivostok → Hunchun Buy a bus ticket from Vladivostok to Hunchun from Primavtotrans or ATP Primorye. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ If you're driving, it's best to go to Kraskino and then take a bus from there. Online tickets sell out quickly, so it's best to buy them in advance and check availability on the website 🙌 💰 A one-way ticket costs approximately 2900–3000 ₽. If you're traveling from Kraskino, it's correspondingly cheaper. Check the bus departure point carefully. The bus number won't be indicated on your ticket; you'll need to call the bus number the day before and confirm it. Essentially, you'll be traveling on the same bus as tour tourists, but without your own attendant 😉 We'll cross the border, and the same bus will take you directly to the Hunchun bus station. To cross the border independently, you'll need to fill out a migration card in advance > here's a post about that. After crossing all borders, your bus will take you wherever you need to go 🙌 ⭐️Hunchun → Yanji If we're traveling further, the most convenient way to get to Yanji is by high-speed train 🚄 The train station is located separately from the bus station, so you'll need to get there first. The bus from the border will first take all tourists to their hotels, and then you to the train station (just let it know). At the ticket office, buy a ticket from Hunchun to Yanji. It costs about 300 rubles, and the journey takes only about 40 minutes. You can buy a ticket: ✔️ at the ticket office at the train station; ✔️ in advance through Trip.com (but this is not necessary, as there are plenty of trains, so there are plenty of tickets for everyone). A passport is required for boarding. ⭐️Yanji → Changchun If you want to explore further in China, you can take the high-speed train from Yanji to Changchun. 🚄 Trains run regularly. 💰 Tickets range from approximately 1,300 to 2,200 rubles, depending on the train and departure time. ⏰ The journey takes about 2–2.5 hours. You can also buy a ticket through Trip.com or directly at the train station. This means the route is extremely simple: Vladivostok 🚌 → Hunchun 🚄 → Yanji 🚄 → Changchun You can stop at any point—go to Hunchun alone, combine Hunchun and Yanji, or add Changchun. How do you get back to Vladivostok? We'll take the same route back: Changchun → Yanji → Hunchun by train. You can also go from Changchun to Hunchun. And in Hunchun, we'll buy a ticket to Vladivostok. 💰 My return trip went like this: from the Hunchun bus station 120 yuan – bus to the border, pay at the Chinese ticket office; 880 rubles – section to Vladivostok, pay to Russian representatives before boarding at the same bus station. ❗️Return tickets from Hunchun are only sold the day before or the day of (but someone told me you can buy them in advance). If you want to copy my homework, look here⬇️ ❶ Transportation: Direct from Yanji, inn pickup included The bus leaves Yanji at 9:20 AM and arrives in Xuegu in 7 hours. 💡Pro tip: You can ask the inn to help book a ride that goes straight to their door, so you don't have to drag your luggage around looking for the place. (Friends closer by can also start from Harbin; it's 100 yuan and takes 4.5 hours, which is closer~) ❷ D1: Arrive that evening, full Northeast vibes Played with "boiling water to ice" at the inn in the evening🔥. Also ate homemade candied haws—the sugar shell cracks open to reveal a slushy texture inside! Three days filled with flavor, warmth, and Eastern care flew by in the blink of an eye, leaving me feeling light and eager to return.

Make sure to take a stroll through this wonderful park. With its stunning lotus lake, beautiful evening illumination, and nightly dance performances, this is a fantastic place for a walk. The park is situated right in the center of Yanji, not far from the famous Welcome Shopping Center. I recommend visiting at sunset, just as the evening lights are switched on. For the kids, there's a massive sandbox, and you can even catch a movie 🎥

The park is divided into themed zones: an indoor area for toddlers with carousels (even in bad weather), an outdoor park with a zoo and bird park, outdoor rides, and a lake with boats. You can rent an electric car and get around in it (ideal for families with small children and elderly relatives). The adjacent entrance is a small and compact water park. The former Korean folk village and the Dinosaur Museum are also a stop nearby. Dinosaur Hot Springs are nearby. Yanji Dinosaur Museum The Yanji Dinosaur Museum is part of the massive "Dinosaur Kingdom" tourist complex in Jilin Province, China. The museum features fossils, interactive exhibits, a 4D cinema, and life-size dinosaur figures. It's a place with an incredible history that I highly recommend everyone visit when in Yanji. The Dinosaur Museum is located just below the dinosaur amusement park. At the entrance to the museum, you'll see enormous dinosaurs. You can check out what the entrance looks like in the 13th photo. Now, a little bit about the history of this place. In 2016, construction for a residential neighborhood began here. When they started digging, they unearthed dinosaur remains. The remains belonged to six different dinosaur species. The authorities then decided to change the development plans, and instead of a residential area, they built a unique dinosaur complex on this site. It includes a theme park, a water park, a museum, and last year in 2025, they even added a super cool dinosaur hotel with hot springs, where we actually stayed and were absolutely delighted. Right at the entrance of the museum, there's a screen showing fascinating footage from that exact construction site, capturing the moment the builders discovered all those dinosaur fossils. To be honest, I didn't expect to like this place so much. But there really is a lot to see here. You can also visit the cinema to watch adorable cartoons featuring motion seats and blasts of air. The kids loved it! Even though the cartoon was in Chinese, everyone could easily understand the plot. Admission to the museum is 30 RMB. Children under 120 cm get in for free. Museum opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 16:30

Yanji Dinosaur Kingdom is a massive theme park packed with enough attractions to keep you entertained all day long. It's an absolute must-visit when you're in Yanji. The park opens at 9:30 AM, and I highly recommend getting there right at opening. A funny clown hands out balloons at the entrance, and the opening is celebrated with a dance performance that really sets a festive mood. Address: 1520 Longxiang Street, Yanji City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province (吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州延吉市龙翔街1520号). You can easily get here by taxi. A ride from the city center will cost you only 15 yuan. We stayed at the Dinosaur Hotel—which I highly recommend, by the way—so the park was just a convenient, short walk away. Even though it was the peak summer season, the park wasn't too crowded, and there were no lines for the rides. I do suggest visiting on a weekday, as the crowds are much larger on weekends. We arrived right when the gates opened and immediately headed for the indoor rides. Besides the rides, the indoor area features a small aquarium where you can catch a mermaid show. It runs several times a day (check the signs for the exact schedule), with the first performance at 10:30 AM. There's also a dolphin and seal show that runs multiple times daily. We went to the first one at 11:00 AM. I also highly recommend checking out the 9D cinema—it's super cool and a definite must-do! You'll find it on the opposite side of the building entrance. After exploring everything indoors, we headed out to the massive outdoor section of the park. We took a spin on the Ferris wheel, and there are plenty of thrill rides for adults and older kids, too. There's a petting zoo where we had a blast feeding lemurs, turtles, and capybaras. The grounds also feature a children's playground and a bird park. We bought some food to feed the birds, and although there's a bird show scheduled at certain times, we ended up missing it. Admission was 268 yuan per person, and our daughter (108 cm tall) got in for free. Once you're inside, all the rides and attractions are included. You just buy your ticket and can ride and explore to your heart's content! The only extra things we paid for were animal feed and our meals. This was our second time visiting the park; our first was three years ago. We loved it just as much this time around. I highly recommend checking it out! 👍

This place is an absolute marvel! 😍 The new hot springs in Yanji are located at the Yanji Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel. 🦕 Address: 1581 Longxiang St, Yanji, Jilin Province (at the foot of Mao'er Mountain) Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM You can purchase tickets at the dinosaur theme park ticket office. 🦖 For 138 RMB per person, you get a combo ticket for the hot springs + water park. The hot springs are absolutely gorgeous. You feel like you're swimming in the tropics, surrounded by live tropical plants, and they even have real bananas growing there! 🍌😄 There are plenty of individual pools with varying water temperatures and different infusions. You'll find hydro-massage loungers and massage showers right in the springs. Plus, there's an amazing suspended infinity pool! 🏊🏼♀️🔥 There are both indoor and outdoor pools, though the outdoor ones are fewer in number. They even throw a foam party for the kids, and there's a fun ball pit pool! 😍 On the second floor, you can get a fantastic massage—we paid 98 RMB for a 30-minute session. There's also a sauna, a steam room, and various lounge areas. Everything is sparkling clean and brand new. We stayed at the dinosaur hotel. The Yanji Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel (Korean Folk Village Yanji Dinosaur Kingdom) is a luxury resort complex featuring hot springs, a water park, and themed family rooms. We had a beautiful themed room, and our stay included access to both the hot springs and the water park! 😀

The bloggers' wall in Yanzi turned out to be the most crowded place. I've only seen so many people in Shanghai 😅 It feels like the whole city gathers here in the evening 😀 A very beautiful wall with signs. You can take photos here with street photographers for 10 yuan per photo. We did and were very pleased. You can't take photos like that yourself. Here you can stroll along the street with various food stalls and buy souvenirs as gifts. We couldn't walk here for long because we got tired of the crowds. #Yanzi #Bloggers'Wall

Yanji city is hot and stuffy during the day. By the river and in the forest, the temperature drops quickly in the evening. Many people go out wearing only camisoles and short skirts.
