The hotel is attempting to charge me $250 for allegedly bringing a pet into my room. Considering that I don't own a pet, and the only people to enter my room were my daughter and I, this is absolutely ridiculous. They sent me a video of hair on a carpet saying that this was evidence that I had a pet in the room. When pressed to provide any actual evidence of me bringing a non-existent pet into my room they did not and said they would have the manager call me. I have yet to hear from the manager and considering they cannot provide any actual evidence of me bringing a pet into my room, since it doesn't exist as this never happened, I am extremely angry and frustrated by this hotels actions and approach to dealing with a situation that never occurred as well as their lack of communication regarding this. I will continue to try to reach the manager and will pursue whatever actions necessary to have the additional $250 dollars they charged to my credit card after our one night stay for actions that never occurred reimbursed. I will not stay here again and ensure that I inform as many people as possible about this hotels fraudulent actions and claims against customers. Charging customers $250 for actions that never occurred is crimal and should never happen.
