Overall, the experience is still very good, only
1. There is a road from the town, which belongs to the uphill section. It will be a little hard to walk back to the hotel.
2. The facilities are a bit old, you can see the mottled traces, including the bathtub is damaged, the wood furniture is mottled, if it can be repaired, the experience will be better

1. The location is relatively high, the view from the hall is great

The service staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is acceptable. It is about 25 minutes' walk from the bus terminal. I stayed in a double room on the first floor. The room is small and simple. The walls have been repainted and the windows have no screens. Unfortunately, they cannot be opened all the time for ventilation...

I stayed here to visit Moreno Glacier. While it's a bit far from the city center, it's not too far and within walking distance. It's also within walking distance from the terminal. The view is amazing, it's clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I'd definitely stay again.

The warm feeling of the trees was so good, and the service of the hotel direct was so good that I stayed so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, dinner was more than expected, and most of all, the use of sauna was so good to unwind.

CChloeHotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

BBakker JanneVery comfortable and clean apartment with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with all utilities needed for cooking, and if you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants available within a 10-15min walking distance. It's also just about a 20 minutes walk away from Lago Argentino. Definitely recommend this place!
Extra ♥️: if you don't book breakfast, you can still grab a complimentary coffee and there is refreshing filtered lemon/mint water available all day :)

GGuest UserI tell you this hotel had everything thing going for it. It would get a perfect review, but they hired this **** that works nights, he is lazy , cocky, worthless, he should not be there. He told me this is a Spanish speaking country so deal with it, I know it's a Spanish speaking country, but you are in the tourist business. Would I stay here again, yes if I knew he wasn't here, but if they retain people like that, lots of hotels in this town no need to stay here.

AAnonymous UserLoved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is suitable for locals to drive on weekends for vacation, not suitable for foreign travelers to stay, nominally still in Buenos Alice, but in fact very far away, the price of taxi is not expensive, especially the return trip, if it is in the morning, the hotel will charge 16000-20000 peso, and can't take other cars, can accept. Because it is remote, the cockroach can eat in the hotel restaurant, but the restaurant cooks very unpalatable. Will not live again for the second time. The price of more than 2200 RMB is not high.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

VVeronikaBooked one night, planned to stay for three extra, but left with pleasure. Very and very noisy . In the building, the restaurant 24/7 is all open , a bunch of different people, no silence in the hostel . The bathroom, toilet and shower are offered for guests of the restaurant on the first floor . The second floor is already for those in the hostel . But the first floor also hosted and you still enjoy it . The restroom stand between the tables where people eat in the cafe. The common area is very noisy , the whole noise of the cafe is heard . I have moved to a quieter place with pleasure .
Of the pluses there is a supermarket next to the hostel , the hostel is located on the main street , but the el chalten itself is not big because where living in it is not important at all .
And the staff is some kind of very unfriendly . The atmosphere I'm so happy to leave . The women's toilet on the first floor didn't work light .
The bed was filled out of the pluses , but the beds are very strongly vibrant

CChristopherThis hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.

FFat fat pugThe location of the hotel is good, in a better location in the town, very close to shopping boutiques and restaurants, there is a clinic at the back of the hotel called Doctor Ma Tiannis, I was sick when I stayed at the hotel, and I went to the clinic behind the hotel to ask for consultation, very fast, I saw the doctor and went to the opposite pharmacy to dispense medicine. The hotel room is still a spacious hotel breakfast, and it is delicious. Provide Argentine-style bread, and there are a lot of fruit, juice. Because the hotel has heating, and the winter in Argentina is very cold, there are many stray dogs in the town. Sometimes stray dogs will follow me to the hotel and even enter the hotel to warm up, but the clerk is very caring and did not drive the stray dog. The puppy also felt embarrassed to pickpocket and stomp. It is very interesting to lie down and enjoy the heating sprayed by the hotel at the entrance of the hotel.
