It's quite clean. And the staff is nice. The water is not hot all day,, but warm anyway. Maybe because of too many people. They don't have a place to hang the clothes, but you can pay for the dryer machine. You can get a discount for the Japanese food next door If you live in this hotel. That surprised a bit. The noodle is delicious, But the rice is not.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms at Rist Hotel are very new, and both the rooms and public areas are impeccably clean. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the staff were warm and attentive to our extra requests.

The room was great, with comfortable bedding and a fantastic view of Mount Wellington from the balcony. The front desk service was also good; I was able to borrow an adapter and get some helpful local tips. The hotel has underground parking, but it costs $17.50 per day. Although street parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays, it's hard to find a spot, so we opted for the hotel's paid parking instead. We stayed for three nights and were quite satisfied.

It is very convenient to drive 5 minutes from the city, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a chance to go to a good hotel!

The motel itself is actually not bad. Based on the reviews, I was expecting it to be worse. But the rooms are fresh and clean. It lacks air conditioning though. It was cold at night and hot during the day. Also, a suggestion for the owners – it would be great to have at least a microwave downstairs. Sometimes you just want to heat something up for a quick bite, but... And there can be issues with parking spots. There aren't many spaces available. It's first-come, first-served.

Do yourself a favour and go out of your way to stay at The Bischoff Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, generous and value for money. My room was neat, comfortable and warm. The bathrooms are spotless. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Booked an executive suite, and it was the best value for money in terms of size in the area. I arrived with some doubts, but it far exceeded my expectations. The living room was so big you could play ball in it! The decor is very retro, and it's quite an old building. The bathroom is huge, and it even has dual shower heads, which was interesting 🤔

This was the 2nd stay in my trip before returning to melb. The room is big and clean. However, the tv in this room is not ”smart” enough. I cant connect to disney+ or netflix. Only this made me little bit disappointed, but everything was good enough! The bathroom and kitchen have all we needed! good smell of shampoo and body wash, i really appreciate the environmental friendly body and hand lotion.

I need to catch up super early morning flight so I choose this hotel where close to airport, just 15mins drive and I can rest the most of the time. Bed is so comfortable, good to stay.
