GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because of its location and spa. The room was a family room and it was very spacious with a lovely balcony and view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The communal areas around the hotel were nicely presented and the spa was good (although perhaps not the best compared to the other 5 stars). A few people did question the pool temperature and the fact that there was no jacuzzi. Breakfast was as expected although it felt a bit cramped- they could have laid out the food area better to prevent bottle neck queues. The main thing they could have improved on was the front desk service (left wanting) and restocking the complimentary water, tea and coffee (which they wouldn’t do despite us staying for 4 nights as a family and it being supposedly 5 star). That said, we would stay there again due to its location.

GGuest UserStayed here so many times luv the place it's like returning to a old friends place..this time 6floor lift down button not working...so usually went up b4 u come down. As regulars call lift roulette..just add a min/2 to journey.
Reception/bar area ,great to see the same people still doing what they have done for years .and also same guests that you've met in the past. Still good value €3 a pint. In a hotel in ski resort.
Food as standard in restaurant..
It like marmite, some luv it, some loathe it.. and 3xs toaster .those who know, know.
Location is fabulous. Just midway on road opposite gondola. So easy to top of mountain.
Hotel has a lot to offer air gun range, 10 pin bowling, table tennis, massive swimming poole saunas, and parking.
Ski storage at bottom of hotel..
