The airport transfer service was quite convenient. After landing, clearing immigration took only 10 minutes with no issues, and someone was already waiting with a sign upon arrival. The drop-off service, however, might be slightly less frequent. Bruneians seem very warm and welcoming, and the front desk staff were very patient. However, the bed was quite small – my feet were hanging off! But I suppose that's consistent with the price point. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious.

Short stay (1 night) and the plan was to check out the room for future stays. Room was spacious. Comfortable beds. Food offered in the room service menu met my basic, as I’m a picky eater. On very short stays as this, i usually prefer to dine in. Bathroom was small but fine for a solo traveller.

Nice hotel in an excellent location (close to the airport and walking to Gadong Night Market plus malls) with very friendly/helpful staff and a comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again should I find myself in Brunei!

The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle service. It's located in a quiet area yet is within walking distance of attractions. Late check-out is only 10 BND per hour, which was a huge convenience for us on a Friday lunchtime. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, which was great value for money. The rooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There's a washing machine, but no detergent, which would have been a nice addition. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the taste was decent. Overall, highly recommended.

A highly anticipated hotel with an excellent location; major attractions are all within walking distance. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, providing convenient amenities for guests. The hotel rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the pool is exceptionally clean and tidy.

There's one of the best locations hotel in Brunei 🇧🇳, shopping mall ( times square) just located in the same building of the hotel as well. Furthermore, also connected to the other 2 shopping mall ( airport mall and city square as well.) breakfast quite nice and room service food also not bad. The Room was clean and spacious too. Will stay again this hotel. Thanks

Abdul Razak Hotel Apartments is a very excellent option for the travelers who prefers to stay in a convenient but relatively quiet place. Also, the facility and the staff are superior to make sure your stay will be pleasant while you visit Bandar Seri Begawan :)

The hotel location ***** can be said to be at the center of the central area of ​​Brunei, leading to most of the attractions. The hotel lobby is clean and must be recommended by local travel books. The lobby has a Japanese feel and is very relaxing, and the front desk is polite. The room is similar to a 3 to 4-star hotel in other countries. It is not very big, but it has everything you need, and you can refill your own water. It is also very convenient.

The check in was easy the cost was affordable and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately the hotel is just a bit far away. Brunei is a lovely place but a little bit of lack of public transport and the walking paths aren't very comprehensive so sometimes to get into the main part of the of the city it can be up to an hour pong walk. Otherwise the hotel is great.
