Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

First time to xinxiang and always got this recommendation. The stay was comfortable and the hotel is big and the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread is very good and you need time to enjoy it properly.

The room was spotless, and the smart facilities were a nice touch. The pillows were incredibly comfortable! The hotel's right on a bustling pedestrian street with tons of food options. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and you can easily walk to Lijinmen and Yingtianmen. They even had welcome snacks and a small souvenir, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, it was a much better experience than I expected!

After getting off the high-speed train, it's just a short walk to the hotel, and I could also easily walk to the high-speed train station for check-out, which was super convenient. The biggest advantage was its proximity to Longmen Grottoes and the park by taxi, allowing us to be among the first to enter the scenic area and perfectly avoid the crowds. The room was clean and quiet. In the evening, after a tiring day of sightseeing, there was congee available, and in the afternoon, complimentary flower tea and coffee were offered, providing a great opportunity to relax and unwind.

Locarion is nearby to Luoyi Ancient Town. The room service was superb. The hostess upgrades us to bigger room when there's availability. All other staff will help us in making the stay comfortable, including helping us move our luggages to the other rooms when needed. The hostess recommended us places to eat and helped to call to confirm our Empress Wu feast seats. Absolutely a delight to stay there.

I chose the Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou East for a concert in Zhengzhou. It's incredibly close to the high-speed rail station, within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, quite spacious, and even came with a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast included some local Zhengzhou specialties, and there was always complimentary welcome tea available at the front desk.

Fantastic room on a high floor, super close to many attractions and popular foodie spots. It's also conveniently located near a high-speed rail station and a subway station. The room was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly affordable. If I ever visit Zhengzhou again, I'd definitely choose this place! Plus, there are lots of snacks available right downstairs.

The night view from the hotel window was absolutely stunning, definitely worth the room rate. However, the underground parking lot was a bit disappointing; it just didn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel. But then I checked, and apparently the hotel was built in 2006, so it's actually held up remarkably well. At least, even today, both the hotel facilities and the window view are still quite good.

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂
