888topThe room was spotless and had no strange odors, and it was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The continental breakfast was quite extensive. Overall, it offers good value for money, and there was plenty of parking available. My only minor gripe was that the duvet was a bit short, making it slightly uncomfortable.

AammobiI stayed here temporarily to work on a paper. The footsteps upstairs were incredibly loud, I'm not sure if it was the stairs or something else. The room itself was a nice studio, well-decorated and laid out, but it smelled of new construction and cooking. Check-in was quite easy, but the room didn't even have a deadbolt. People often gathered to smoke outside the entrance downstairs. I wouldn't really recommend it for single women who are easily scared. It's right next to OEZ, so shopping is quite convenient. It's a very cheap hotel, and for the price, the environment was decent. The sheets had some dirty spots, I don't think they'd been changed. I just shook them off and went back to sleep…

MMinachi-This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

ZZhangjianzhongAt that time, the front desk enthusiastically gave an accommodation guide. I looked carefully the next day and found out that there were free coffee, tea and flying alcohol. Parking is free. There is also a sauna.

AanmqThis hotel has a very modern design, which is great. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The surroundings of the hotel are very peaceful and green. There's a metro station and light rail station within 500 meters, making public transport convenient. The front desk staff provided prompt service. We booked a room with an extra bed, but when we checked in and got to our room, we found there was no extra bed. Since it was already midnight, the housekeeping staff had gone off duty. To our surprise, the front desk attendant quickly helped us set up the extra bed. LOL.

MMASAKAZUConvenient for using trains near the station. I stayed in an apartment, but the front desk staff explained different rules for changing towels and sheets. The towel was free and the sheets were paid, but the person in charge at another front desk said that the sheets were free.

HHuaerjuanThis hotel really knows how to please lazy people! Breakfast is open until 1 PM on Sundays and 12 PM on weekdays, perfectly matching a naturally awakening pace. You can start eating at 10:30 AM and leisurely eat until 11 AM, skipping lunch altogether. The remaining time is perfect for strolling around the neighborhood, swinging on the swings – so relaxing! The complimentary sunscreen is a must-have! Very useful.
However, I have to mention their dinner restaurant; the steak was absolutely awful, only the soup was decent.

The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station. It's super easy to get anywhere in the city by train, subway, or tram, which is a real time-saver for travelers. The room rate was very affordable, and the room was cleaned daily, making for a very satisfying overall stay. The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning. All in all, it's a hotel with a great location, reasonable prices, and a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.
