The windows do not adequately insulate the noise from the main road. I would not have been able to sleep without earplugs. Unfortunately, there is no kettle, coffee or tea in the room. But the staff are very friendly and I was able to take coffee from the breakfast buffet to my room for an additional charge. We were also able to play a song in the foyer for our former colleague who had invited us to his 66th birthday. Thank you very much for that!

Very good location, just a few minutes walk to the music center. Subway, restaurants, everything right in front of the building. The entrance smells a bit 🙊 so you have to quickly get in the elevator and then everything is fine again. Lots of rubbish in front of the entrance, gives a bad impression of the hotel. I think the price/performance ratio is top. You can park in the underground car park for 12.50/24 hours. Or at the Conti for 9.00/24 ​​hours. Otherwise you can stop for a short time on the other side of the street. Breakfast is OK... Nothing special... There was no scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly! Comfortable beds

Wir sind mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden gewesen, angefangen mit der netten Begrüßung und dem Service , sauberen uns gut ausgestatteten Zimmern, gehobene Ausstattung bis hin zum reichhaltigen Frühstück das wirklich sehr auffällig gut war. Das ist wirklich nicht übertreiben wenn wir sagen dass alle Beschäftigten sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren, Wetter haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit bestimmt wieder

The hotel is located away from all the hustle and bustle in a residential area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the market square. We didn't expect that and at first thought the address was wrong. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised that there is a sufficiently large parking lot at the hotel. The welcome was warm, everything was prepared. The next surprise was that the spa area was open. There's a sauna, a steam room, and a surprisingly large pool. It's not an Olympic pool, of course, but it's pleasantly large and nicely done for a hotel. The room wasn't very large, but was perfectly adequate for our purposes. Due to the location of the hotel away from tourism, the night was pleasantly quiet. Even the construction work we feared could not be heard. Apparently some rooms are being renovated. Only a barking dog in one of the rooms was not so great. As a tourist you don't necessarily have to get up at 6:00 in the morning. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but perfectly adequate. Everything seemed fresh and tasted good. The staff constantly made sure that everything was still available at the buffet at 9:00 a.m. Check-out went smoothly, everything was prepared again. All in all we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with free tea and coffee. The front desk service is also thoughtful. There is also a pianist playing the piano in the morning, which is very good. It is particularly charming👍

This is a rather new hotel that was built at the former location of vertinary medicine of the Georg august university. Tolles Hotel direkt am Wasser – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im B&B Hotel Wilhelmshaven. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einfach genial, vor allem die Zimmer mit Seeblick – perfekt zum Entspannen! Die Betten sind super bequem, alles war sauber und ruhig, sodass wir richtig gut geschlafen haben. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Besonders klasse: Die Innenstadt und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wer eine moderne, gemütliche und top gelegene Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
