The hotel is not far from the train station, just a 7-8 minute walk away, making it very convenient for travel. The hotel rooms are clean, but small and the facilities are a bit old. The front desk service is okay.

A new, modern hotel. I'd probably like to add a kettle in the room, but I could get boiling water from the coffee machine downstairs. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Location is in a quiet area of ​​Mainz, near the Rhine. The breakfast seemed healthy-oriented. I missed sausages or bacon in the morning, but that's not a problem; the selection was large and ample.

Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case here too.

The hotel restaurant can overlook the Rhine from multiple angles, which can be said to be invincible. However, the hotel room is actually not in the castle but a villa on the side. The castle is under maintenance and there is nothing to see inside.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.

An undisputed five-star hotel. If you want to stay at a higher class hotel than the Dorint Hotel, this is the place to go. A smoking lounge is available, and it is nice that you can smoke while sitting in a chair in a spacious space. The *** attached to the hotel is mechanical, and first-time visitors can register as a member at the reception desk and enter. It is quite easy for beginners to get into, but it is still a little disappointing compared to the type with a dealer. The view from the balcony is inferior to Dorint. If you try to see the GP course, you can't see it because the stands block your view, so if you want to see the cars, Dorint is better.

The town is not big, it is very convenient to walk anywhere, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station, 20 minutes to walk to the big supermarket, and 15 minutes to the dining area.
