The hotel boasts an excellent location, being a long-established local establishment next to temples and markets. The travel agency recommended by the hotel is reliable, and Luxor's office is also located within the hotel grounds. The chartered vehicles are easily identifiable by their company logo. The drivers are polite but still expect tips. (Tour prices are reasonable and don't overcharge.) The hotel restaurant is delicious. Overall, it's a decent hotel from Luxor.
Cons: The rooms are small; the hot water is inconsistent; the towels smell of smoke, but this is common in Egyptian hotels.

Sorry this review is so late – I completely forgot to write it with all the wedding rush! But I really want to say a huge thank you to the hotel for giving us such a wonderful honeymoon experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
To our surprise, you even prepared a delicious chocolate cake for us to celebrate our honeymoon – that was so thoughtful and made our trip even more special!
A special shoutout to your amazing staff: Yassin was incredibly helpful and friendly, Abd Elnaby (who brought us the cake) was so warm and kind, and the lovely front desk girl with the long ponytail – she was absolutely charming and sweet. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
We also want to thank the housekeeping team who decorated our room so beautifully – it was such a romantic and lovely touch, and we really appreciated it!
We're so grateful for your hospitality and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Hope to come back again someday!

Liao ChuankangThe hotel is located on an island which is not in downtown, close to the airport and a little bit far from famous temples etc., but it is acceptable and quite safe, away from noisy. The facilities are a bit old but still clean. The billboard is not well maintained and can't be used, table tennis and tennis rackets are old, just usable but not enjoyable.
The service is good, we arrived in the morning and reception desk was very busy, after some minutes waiting we were lucky to get our rooms ready to check in before time. Sometimes the staff are over-occupied but overall they worked nicely and kindly to the customers.
The breakfast was great, it is a plus and also every Friday there is Egyptian buffet dinner where you can enjoy quite a lot of different kinds of food, including crabs, fish, beef, duck, chicken and many desserts.
There are 3 pools there and we enjoyed them, even though temperature was not warm enough we still managed to swim a little bit in infinite pool which is the biggest. Along the Nile river you will enjoy good views and even see balloon rising up in the morning.

Guest UserEvery service staff is very nice, but it is really not recommended to live in the West Bank. The transportation here is very inconvenient. This homestay is in a desolate village. I was very scared on the way to the taxi. There was nothing around. I wanted to take a taxi to the port to take a boat, but no one took the order. I had to walk out. Many local villagers asked me along the way, but I didn't dare to talk to them. It was obviously different to take a boat to the East Bank. It was also very inconvenient to take a taxi back after the sun set at 5 o'clock. Many drivers were unwilling to cross the bridge and asked for a very high price. It is really not recommended to live in the West Bank. You need to go back very early, but in fact, the Nile River in Luxor is very lively at 11 o'clock at night

This prime located Hotel situated on the West Bank of Luxor offers friendly and clean accomodation.
The local 24 hour ferry to the east bank is a 5 minute walk away.
Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with T.V and selection of channels.
Quieter bedrooms are over looking the delightful swimming pools with bathing towels provided.
Breakfast is contintental style served on the rooftop Restaurant.I paid Egp 300 each for breakfast.
Lunches and Dinners are served in the Restaurant also.
An extenstive fresh Menu is offered at good prices.
All the staff are very friendly and the Hotel offers excellent priced accomodation.
The Hotel owners made me feel very welcome.
Highly recommend this Hotel and have no hesitation in staying again.

terentiusThis is a decent, economically priced hotel. The key benefit of this hotel is its location - along the Nile corniche, and walking distance from the Luxor temple, Luxor museum, the ”souq” or tourist / souvenir market, and various shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little dated though very clean. There is also a pool, gym, and spa, all the modern creature comforts you need from a hotel (I did not use these facilities so cannot comment).
Staff are generally friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is also very good - a very wide spread with hot foods (think hard boiled eggs, sausages, grilled tomatoes and the likes), a whole selection of pastries which were fresh, an egg station, salad bar, fruits, yoghurt etc. They even start breakfast at 5.30am for those who need an early start touring.
No toothbrush/ toothpaste provided (this seems to be the norm in Egypt), no razor available even on request.

A budget hotel that wins points for its central location and amazing view of Luxor Temple. It's a perfect spot for accessing the Nile and local museums.
The reception staff were friendly, though the overall organization was lacking. We were asked for our room number four times at breakfast because they didn't have us registered correctly. The food is simple, and it would be an improvement to offer two eggs per person.
The room (416) had a couple of issues: a leaking sink pipe and a balcony door that wouldn't close properly. We asked to change rooms, but the other option was worse. For the price and location, it's fine for a single night, but don't expect a flawless stay.

Guest UserThe Hilton Luxor Resort and SPAwas one of the best hotels we have stayed .The satff is extremely attentive but not intrusive, the accomodations very much correct, the service without faults.
We strongly recommend the restaurants and, and the pool which has an amazing view of the Nile and of the .mountains of the Valley of Kings.
But particularly, do not skip the boat sailing trIp in the Nile at the sunset - a never forgetting experience that puts you in a book.of Agatha Christie or make you imagine how Somerset Maugham would had written about the Nile and it's people.
A last but not least word of recognition of the sympathy and professionalism of the Operations Manager, Mme. H. Elshaikh and the G.M., Mr. F. Gruhl.

leisure24The hotel is located on the west bank of the Nile in Luxor, about a 300-meter walk from the public ferry terminal. The one-way crossing costs 20 Egyptian pounds per person. The triple room with river view includes a king-size bed and a single bed, and features a column. The room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with Nile views. It was a great value and very satisfying.
