Hotels With parking in Bengkulu Province, Indonesia

I recently stayed at Mercure Bengkulu, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to several service and facility shortcomings. Upon entering the room, there were no towels provided. When I requested them from the housekeeping team, I was initially told that towels were not available. After I mentioned that I needed to take a shower, I was given only one towel. The second towel was delivered much later in the afternoon, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the TV remote was not functioning, and I had to wait quite a long time for the staff to come and check it. Basic items like this should be ensured to be in proper working condition before guests check in. There was also no laundry bag available in the room, and I had to request it separately. This should be part of the standard room amenities. In terms of service, I found it lacking as well. The security staff was not friendly, and the staff handling the waffle station during breakfast also appeared unwelcoming . I hope the hotel can improve its service quality and ensure all room facilities are properly prepared before guests arrive, so future stays can be more comfortable and enjoyable.

Since I look like a beggar, the manager said I don't get window room. And,showed caption saying standard room no windows. Ask me to pay extra for deluxe room. i showed with my screenshot no such caption and photos and my request sent fir window room. Translator was not effective so I had to raise my voice in English and even higher using specific Indonesia words. A windowless room dame pooped her face out of her room. He yeilded. The best small room, I suppose an off-seeason availability. Even had local TV channels, tea kettle, hot shower. Clean clean clean.

I had a wonderful stay at O R 44 Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. The hotel is also in an excellent location, making it very convenient to travel around and access nearby places. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend ABC Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great stay near the city center, location was almost perfect, room was pretty spacious and clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was ok, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well.

When you get a suitable room... it's quite spacious, clean plus the breakfast menu is delicious... BTW, but on the 2nd floor, my sister-in-law's experience was that she got a room with hair, the AC wasn't cold, the toilet wasn't well maintained... but the staff immediately moved her to a room on the 3rd floor too... Hopefully in the future the details of each room will be better maintained...

It's good and comfortable, but we got a room with an electric pole in the room, and the toilet smells like a pig

The atmosphere of the hotel is nice, comfortable, clean and quiet, strategic location next to the main highway, varied breakfast, spacious parking area, there is a BNI ATM in front of the hotel, only the facilities are minus the lift for access up and down the top and bottom floors, no bath soap, It is not recommended if you bring a family group with elderly people to this hotel, because access up and down the hotel still uses manual stairs, over all it's okay☺️
