The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

The room view is okay, the cleanliness is okay, it's just a bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the pool is quite clean, the breakfast is quite varied at that price and the view of the restaurant is great, the bathroom is clean but doesn't smell good, overall it's good for those who want to staycation 👌

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Amazing selection of breakfast. Room is new, clean, neat and tidy Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning. Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag) Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

Come here and order a single bed through trip.id because you are alone but got a double bed (no problem) Comfortable hotel room with full facilities -Such as: elevator, hot/warm shower, sink, enclosed rest area, air-conditioned room, TV with 20 channels, free sandals, coffee, tea, 2 bottles of mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste. -The price of 330k/night without breakfast is quite expensive in my opinion compared to other hotels, but it may be consistent with the interior and hotel room facilities. -Disadvantages: The water is like water in a swimming pool, with rough hair, slippery body, a little itchy, but clear, not dirty, and muddy/stinky. & The blanket has some brown stains.

The room was large, and the bed was large, but the sheets weren't clean enough. The garden below was beautiful, and the pool was on the basement level. The breakfast was excellent, with both Western and local options. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Repeated stay and the noise from the lift operation is a little noisy for rooms that ends with ”8” Hotel accommodated us by switching to other rooms. Face towel is not provided in the room but after a gym session, the receptionist got me one. Breakfast spread is not a lot but enough to fill your stomach.
