GGuest UserA very good accommodation experience. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people.
They even provided a free hair straightener, and many facilities were woman-friendly.
The price was very competitive, and it's not far from Kintex. If I want to participate in Kintex events again, I will consider staying here.
The only downside: there was only one room card for a double room. This might be inconvenient if two people want to travel separately. I suggest improving this.

GGuest UserIt’s walking distance to the waterbomb, great place to stay. The day before my reservation, I spent all day in the ER because I got a virus that got me really sick. I called the hotel to explain my situation and try to cancel. I said I could send them proof, but they immediately refused to cancel. I had to maintain my booking plans, so I don’t lose my $240 dlls reservation. The next day, Trip.com contacted me and said that even if the hotel don’t want to refund me for the cancellation, they would cover the cancellation because they understand it is a medical situation. I appreciate that, but I had to head over to Seoul, which is 3 hours away from where I live, so I decided to keep my booking. Trip stayed in contact with me at all times. 5 stars to Trip.com for that; that's why every time I travel, I make reservations with Trip.com because if anything happens, I know they will have me covered.
On the other hand, in the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was unlimited until 10 am. My friends and I got there around 9:45 am; we were informed they would take away the food at 10, and we agreed with it and paid for breakfast, which was like 16 dlls each? We got to the buffet, and there were items that were empty, no drinks, barely any stuff in there. I had to ask for orange juice and yogurt from the personnel working around the kitchen area, and they kindly refilled it. Personally, I don't think there should be a need to ask for it, there was other table eating there what if they wanted something else? When I asked the cashier if I could get a banana because the last pieces were taken, he replied with “whatever is in there, that is it”. We were still in the range of time that they are supposed to be open for customers who are already consuming, in case they want to eat more. But unfortunately, we paid normal price for their leftovers. At 10:15 am, when we were still eating at the table, the cashier passed by looking at our table and looking at the watch, like telling us to hurry up. Then he came to the table and told us they were closed; we barely got to grab food once at the buffet, and we were being hurried to leave. The cashier turned off the music, and later on the lights; he just stayed looking at us in front of our table while we tried to enjoy our breakfast. If we knew it was gonna be like that, we would've just found a different place to have breakfast.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located near a large outlet mall, but other than that, the area isn't very lively; it's more like an industrial zone. Its main advantage is its proximity to the convention center. Most of the guests are tour groups from India and Indonesia, and the smell of spices is incredibly strong – a real olfactory test in the elevators and restaurant! The hotel room itself was alright, but the bathroom outlet was broken. Not only was the cover falling off, but the hairdryer wouldn't stay plugged in unless you bent over and held it directly in front of the outlet. Everything else was acceptable, I suppose.

From the moment I walked in, everything felt thoughtfully designed — clean lines, calming lighting, and that quiet, peaceful atmosphere Japan does so well. The room itself was compact but perfectly arranged, with every detail serving a purpose. The highlight, without question, was the massage chair. After long days of exploring, sinking into that chair felt like pure heaven. It was surprisingly high quality, with multiple settings that genuinely helped me relax and recharge.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Soft pajamas were provided, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were polite, efficient, and respectful of privacy, which made the stay even smoother. It’s one of those places where you can truly unwind without any distractions.
That said, there was one… unusual moment. Around midnight, I woke up suddenly and noticed something in the window. For a brief second, it looked like a shadow forming into a red, skull-like shape, almost as if it was hovering just beyond the glass. It disappeared as quickly as I focused on it, leaving me unsure if I was dreaming or just disoriented from sleep. The stillness of the room afterward made it feel even more surreal.
Despite that strange experience, it didn’t take away from the overall stay. If anything, it made the night oddly memorable. Between the incredible comfort, the relaxing massage chair, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would absolutely stay here again. A perfect experience with just a hint of mystery to keep things interesting.

AAihewanleledexianrenI booked this hotel for the BIGBANG concert, but it turned out to be quite far. A taxi ride cost around 100 RMB, and even more at night. However, the room was super comfortable! The surroundings were very quiet, and conveniently there was a convenience store and a great BBQ place right next door! Lots of people were buying from there, and it was delicious.

GGuest UserWe got a nice welcome greeting by the staff when checking in. The staff explained the details to us professionally. Moreover, the room is big and cozy for our family with a 11-year-old kid. Based on other’s review, we spent some time in the rooftop at night to watch the firework of Everland. Restaurants and convenience stores were located nearby and we had dinner at the restaurant right across the road after our Caribbean Bay visit.
What’s more, the breakfast was amazingly great with a variety of food. All of us had a big feast in the morning.
Will definitely stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers good value for money, and the weekend rates aren't much higher than weekdays. You can enjoy bay views from the window. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from Gimpo Airport and the subway station. The timetable was sent in an email before check-in. You only need to book the airport shuttle at the front desk; for others, you can just hop on. The downside is that the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to be adjustable. Even after turning it down, it remained quite warm, so I had to open the window to cool down.
