The hotel is right by the sea, very close to Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro Street, and there's even a Black Pork Street nearby, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. However, the hotel facilities are quite old; the towels aren't very white, and the appliances are also dated.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the bustling downtown area with many great restaurants and shops downstairs. As many reviews mention, the service is pretty much non-existent. However, the front desk staff's ability to speak basic English makes this one of the more international places on Jeju Island, which is a plus. A special shout-out to the Eastern European lady on the housekeeping team – she was truly lovely and helped us with our daily amenity needs. The pool was closed in October, but I heard there's an extra charge for it anyway, so I didn't feel like I missed out.

The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Shilla Duty-Free Shop on foot. However, the cleanliness really can't stand up to scrutiny. The air conditioning blew directly at my head while I was sleeping, and adjusting the fan speed didn't help much. Because it was a street-facing room, it was a bit noisy at night; you could clearly hear motorcycles passing by. Luckily, we only stayed one night as a stopover, and we checked out at 7:30 AM the next day. Luggage storage was right next to the front desk with no luggage tags, so retrieving items was entirely on the honor system. There's a 7-Eleven next to the front desk on the second floor, which is very convenient for buying things.

This is my 2nd time staying here at Bolton hotel and I was able to book the same exact room. The bed is so soft and the shower is so hot. The view looks great. The area is near many thing within walking distance. Level floor has KFC next door. It was delicious. Free parking is great. Please liste. To the attendant for instructions as it's a auto storage parking type. The lobby is great hang out and you can leave luggage there for early arrivals and after checkout. I asked for a wine bottle opener and they had one right away. The pictures I took look exactly like their pictures. I will try to stay here again.

It is very near the airport, one of the shopping streets and a few convenient stores but you cannot take large luggage onto jeju buses because they are very small. You still have to cab to and fro hotel. The breakfast can be crowded on some days and the food selection remains the same for many days. Coffee machines always break down and they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Hotel lobby is very nice and staff is polite. Recommended for the central location and the room is sufficient and comfortable for two persons.

Room is very big, and beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Hotel is located right by the sea, allowing for a very scenic sea view and cool breeze, and the area is peaceful and not crowded. Ample parking lots if you're renting a car. There is a convenience store in the hotel itself, and there is also two large supermarkets within walking distance. Had a pleasant stay and highly recommend staying here.

The greatest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated in the city center, it’s just a few steps to the bus stop, easy to reach nearby popular attractions. There’s a convenience store downstairs where you can basically get everything you need for breakfast. If you don’t feel like eating from the convenience store, you can also walk to nearby places. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay! Also, the room was clean and quiet. This hotel is my top choice for accommodation in Jeju Island, highly recommend!

Stayed in MAREVO Suite with Ocean View. Easy parking and right next to the beach. Very good for big family. There are 3bedrooms: 1 had a double & single bed, one with King bed and one with futons. There is a kitchen area and a spacious living area. Eateries, 7Eleven and GS25 convenience stores nearby.

6-10 mins drive to Jeju airport which is very convenient if you have a morning flight
For Foreigners use Kakao T app for taxi booking, you can book taxi in advance as well
Laundry room is on Level 2, which is great
However, detergent to be purchased from vending machine on Level 1, at 2000Won each packet
No longer provide sandwiches as per other reviews
But, CU is just next to the hotel
Overall, rooms are clean and nearly tidied up each day and I love that it’s not carpeted!
Water dispenser is awesome! Never had to worry about limited mineral water bottles daily

EExpatI really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax.
There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast. The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on.
I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best.
Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise..
It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though.
What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room.
The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning.
I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel. I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

Ddaisy9191This hotel truly defies description. On the surface, the exterior is absolutely fine – modern, grand, and beautiful. The pool was also quite decent. BUT!!! For a hotel costing 2,000-3,000 RMB a night, I could almost overlook the absence of breakfast and a sea view. However, the bathroom was an absolute disaster. Honestly, it's worse than a 200 RMB budget hotel back home. There was a filthy glass door, grime in every nook and cranny, and even the white mugs in the minibar had tea stains! If it weren't for the endless positive reviews on Xiaohongshu (XHS), I genuinely would not have chosen this hotel. Compared to the Shilla Hotel next door, the hygiene is appalling!!! And the service is dreadful!!! If you're just looking for photo opportunities and a 'pretty picture' for your social media, then by all means, go. But if you're hoping to truly relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday, I absolutely do NOT recommend it!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the airport. The property is clean and tidy, though it feels somewhat old and outdated.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The front desk staff, especially some of the male employees, came across as indifferent and unhelpful. Prior to my stay, I had emailed the hotel with a few inquiries, but the responses were unprofessional and dismissive. None of the emails included staff names, which gave the impression that they were trying to avoid accountability.
Overall, while the location is good, the lack of proper customer service made the experience unsatisfactory.

GGuest UserThe Tht First 70 Hotel boasts incredibly convenient transportation. Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find bus stops with various routes that can take you anywhere you wish to go. The surrounding area is also dotted with numerous land art installations, making it an excellent spot for photos. Olle Market's #7 entrance is just around the corner from the hotel, and during our 6-day, 5-night stay, exploring it truly became a daily routine for us. This hotel is an excellent accommodation choice, especially for independent travelers.
GGuest UserI stayed at Jeju Ollero for a week and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was spotless, beautifully minimal in design, and the view from my window was simply stunning.
The owner was warm, kind, and always respectful of privacy — yet readily available whenever I needed help. The surrounding area felt peaceful and local, away from commercial crowds, with many hidden gems and delicious food spots to explore.
A special thank you to the owners for helping me carry my heavy luggage up and down, and for the legendary smoothie — it’s truly a must-try!
Highly recommend Jeju Ollero for anyone seeking comfort, kindness, and a touch of Jeju’s authentic charm. 🌿💛

GGuest UserGood and connvenient location, helpful staff. Parking is limited but there is free overnight parking at the nearby garage. room is clean and good for a solo traveller. However, the walls are rather thin? I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. they also only provide 2 small towels, no normal / large towel. The aircon also does not work during winter (nov-mar) so i had to open the windows but it’s fine.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great; it's right across from a 7-Eleven, and the daily market is just a 10-minute walk away. Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. They suggested parking in the free lot on the slope, but there were no spots available. In the end, the hotel arranged an off-site parking space for us (perhaps because we had an SUV). So, parking truly is limited.
AAnonymous UserTonight the ineffective self checkin without an agile staff to monitor greatly damage my good impression of the hotel.
Yesterday night the self check in system couldn't complete my checkin. I am a US passport holder, but similar problem also happened to some Koreans & other nationalities as I witnessed several cases while waiting for help. There is no staff in the spot. One must call a number which takes long time before answered. Tonight a Korean had to wait for over 20 minutes before someone answered & finally appeared in the spot. This created cost issue if one doesn't have a local phone.
Yesterday night the receptionist said my check in failed owing to mechanical problem. She issued me the key. To ensure I need not repeat the process owing to my two bookings at different time. I repeated twice I already booked for two nights. She answered in affirmative. Thus I returned late to stay for another night. However, a notice at my door indicated the hotel extended another night because I didn't checkout this morning. With the help of other clients who also had problems in self check-in, I waited for more than half an hour for a receptionist. She demanded a charge of 54......Korean won (almost US$40) for tonight & said this is the original price for that smallest room for one person. Even with a much bigger standard double room., Trip.com asks for 165 yuan (about US$23) after a few percent discount. Moreover, the price of rooms have dropped since my booking months ago at US$23.. Her demand is really a rip off. Finally she allowed me to book a standard double room with Trip.com, but remain in my original small room. This negotiation wasted me almost two hours.
The hotel should consider my dilemma is mainly due to the fault of the receptionist yesterday night. I have an almost two months long trip. Evidently I might remember incorrectly that I booked the hotel twice.
