My stay at Maison Glad Jeju was both comfortable and memorable, offering a great balance of convenience and quality. The hotel’s location is a huge advantage—situated in the heart of Jeju City, it made getting around, exploring local spots, and accessing the airport incredibly easy. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. While not overly luxurious, it felt cozy and practical, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. Service throughout my stay was efficient and professional. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I also enjoyed the dining options available at the hotel, with a good variety of food to suit different preferences. Overall, Maison Glad Jeju is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jeju.

The hotel itself was decent, and the location was good – the largest local market in Seogwipo was just a short walk away! However, first and foremost, the lack of a front desk upon check-in was incredibly inconvenient. It's a hotel, not a guesthouse! Secondly, while I can overlook the small room size, what I absolutely couldn't stand was that all the lights were touch-activated and would automatically turn off in less than ten minutes! I tend to shower slowly, and this became really awkward; halfway through my shower, the lights went out, and the touch panel wasn't even in the bathroom, but outside! It was also inconvenient when using the toilet. Honestly, I just don't understand this design! You can strive for energy efficiency, but not at the expense of guest experience and convenience, right?! The hotel staff seemed unaware of this design flaw, and perhaps Koreans aren't as vocal about feedback (unlike the Japanese, haha). In the morning, the hotel seemingly responsibly sent someone to inspect it, but after all that, they told me they found no problems! Yet, I felt like they didn't even understand the issues I was reporting, which sounds a bit ridiculous! The dining area was right there in front of me, but then I was told they weren't serving breakfast. I found that quite incomprehensible as well!

Pros: Front desk staff were helpful and spoke good English. The hotel room was spacious enough for opening suitcases. Bathroom was nice, had countertop space. Lots of countertop space in the room as well. Fridge. Hangers and wardrobe space for coats. Ocean view was worth it, especially watching the sunrise on our balcony. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was especially impressive and worth it - they even had a bibimbap station and jeju orange juice. Wish they had clearer labeling on what is vegetarian and vegan - but it is Korea. Quick taxi drive from the airport. Location was good for anyone looking to do bus tours in Jeju, as most of the pickup locations were nearby. Cons: Pillow was a bit flat. You can kinda see the person showering even if the blinds are drawn but you really have to be looking - just something to be mindful of.

We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night. Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China. Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.

Had a great stay in Jeju. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, making it suitable for both families and couples. The hotel have outlets for May different type of brands, good for shopping. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The room was spotless with a great view, and the bed was so soft I slept like a baby. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The location was fantastic, right by the sea. A perfect stay, couldn't fault it!

It was pretty good. It's 700 meters from Lotte Duty Free and 1.8 kilometers from Lotte Mart, so everything is quite close. Overall, it was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste, but everything else was there. I opted for the airport transfer service, which was very convenient. There are also buses available to go anywhere, making transportation very easy.

The stay was comfortable, but the bed was a little small for a single person, and the queen-size bed was also a bit small. It's near a shopping street with lots of food options. There are also shops around that area. Beside the hotel is a convenience store. Something interesting about the hotel's car park is that it's usually full at night. There will be a car park attendant there to direct your parking to different spots, which are not part of the designated lots. At least we had a space to park, I guess.

Waking up to the gentle sound of waves at Shilla Stay Plus Lihot Towoo Beach Hotel, it felt like the ocean was right outside our window, lulling us to sleep. Our twin room was spacious and comfortable, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows framing a magnificent, ever-changing seascape. The kids danced barefoot by the window, watching clouds cast shadows on the glass. In the evening, we all leaned by the window, watching the orange sunset slowly dip into the horizon, painting the sky and sea in soft, warm hues. Time seemed to stand still in that moment, and I heard my child quietly say, ”Mommy, the sun is going to sleep.” Just outside the hotel was the unique black volcanic rock coast. My child curiously touched the rough rocks, listening to Dad tell stories of this land from billions of years ago. The tide rolled in, breaking into foamy white waves on the black reefs. My little one squatted there for a long time, saying it looked like the ocean was dancing. This wasn't just a place to stay; it was a sanctuary where we had intimate conversations with the sea, with nature, and with each other. On the way home, my child kept asking, ”When can we go back to hear the waves sleep again?”

It's a bit far from the New Town area. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the New Town. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are both good. Early check-in costs 10,000 KRW per hour.
