My stay at Maison Glad Jeju was both comfortable and memorable, offering a great balance of convenience and quality. The hotel’s location is a huge advantage—situated in the heart of Jeju City, it made getting around, exploring local spots, and accessing the airport incredibly easy.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. While not overly luxurious, it felt cozy and practical, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest.
Service throughout my stay was efficient and professional. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I also enjoyed the dining options available at the hotel, with a good variety of food to suit different preferences.
Overall, Maison Glad Jeju is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jeju.

The hotel itself was decent, and the location was good – the largest local market in Seogwipo was just a short walk away! However, first and foremost, the lack of a front desk upon check-in was incredibly inconvenient. It's a hotel, not a guesthouse! Secondly, while I can overlook the small room size, what I absolutely couldn't stand was that all the lights were touch-activated and would automatically turn off in less than ten minutes! I tend to shower slowly, and this became really awkward; halfway through my shower, the lights went out, and the touch panel wasn't even in the bathroom, but outside! It was also inconvenient when using the toilet. Honestly, I just don't understand this design! You can strive for energy efficiency, but not at the expense of guest experience and convenience, right?! The hotel staff seemed unaware of this design flaw, and perhaps Koreans aren't as vocal about feedback (unlike the Japanese, haha). In the morning, the hotel seemingly responsibly sent someone to inspect it, but after all that, they told me they found no problems! Yet, I felt like they didn't even understand the issues I was reporting, which sounds a bit ridiculous! The dining area was right there in front of me, but then I was told they weren't serving breakfast. I found that quite incomprehensible as well!

The hotel is accessible to market and shopping area with a lots of restaurants around the area. It’s clean and the buffet breakfast delicious with a lot of choices. Daily top up of coffee, tea and bottled water. Cleanliness wise so clean everyday cleaning and towel daily change as well. We booked room with mountain view good for 3 pax

We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night.
Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China.
Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.
The hotel room is spacious, and the hotel offers a complete range of amenities, including a casino and a shopping center. It's especially great for family trips. The breakfast is incredibly rich; the roasted salmon and grilled meat provide a protein boost to start your morning.

The hotel's location is great, close to the airport and shopping/dining attractions like the central underground shopping street, Chilseong-ro, and Pork Street. The front desk staff are polite, and our room had a full sea view. There's also free parking right outside.

Facilities: The first-floor lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and also features a microwave, massage chairs, computers, and a water dispenser. However, the water dispenser wasn't working when I visited, but it didn't impact my trip. There's a dining area on the basement level, but I didn't get a chance to go.
Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms in the hallway every day.
Environment: The hotel's internal environment is excellent. There's a convenience store right outside, and a very interesting park behind the hotel where you can climb a small hill. If you want to shop, it's also very close to the duty-free shop. The supermarket is a bit further, about 2-3 kilometers. There's a bus stop within 500 meters of the hotel, making transportation very convenient.
Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to Jeju Airport, which was absolutely fantastic!
My only minor issue was one morning around 7 AM when the hallway was very noisy. It sounded like a local tour group was departing or hotel staff were chatting; I couldn't understand what they were saying.

Much smaller than expected. It's suitable for a solo business trip, but not really for a leisure trip due to the cramped space. A 25-square-meter room with two 1.5-meter beds leaves no room at all.
On the bright side, it's clean and tidy, and the pedestrian street downstairs is very convenient.
However, paying 1100 a night before the May Day holiday simply doesn't match the conditions... For families, I'd suggest sacrificing a bit of renovation for a bigger room, seriously.
By the way: I'm not used to the customs here. I've been spoiled back home, and coming here truly feels like a hardship... The supporting facilities are just too far behind.

Honestly, the standard room was quite small, even smaller than a typical Atour hotel, but it had everything you needed. The toiletries were from L'Occitane's Verbena range, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning was the strongest I've ever experienced in a hotel; it would reach the desired temperature within a minute – incredibly powerful! The hotel's best feature is definitely the heated outdoor pool, which was always full of kids playing from morning till night. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was delicious and I was very satisfied. The price was a bit high for the room size, but the environment and service were excellent. It was also super convenient to go for a stroll by the beach every day. Oh, and the hotel's own cafe was fantastic – the coffee was exceptional, and the pastries and bread were also very good.

The hotel staff are very friendly.
The room is a bit warm since it is controlled by a centralized aircon and they arranged a fan in my room.
The location is great as we can travel to and fro from the hotel with a bus stop nearby.
They provide shampoo, hair conditional and a shower body wash.
Will stay here again if I am back in Jeju! Thank you!

GGuest UserAbout 15 minutes by car from airport. A quieter part of Jeju city but enough restaurants within walking distance plus on-site convenience shop. Clean and well-maintained with superb housekeeping crew. Breakfast buffet was average. On-site cafe has reasonably priced food and dribks. No dental kit or shaving kit in room and so bring your own!

Great
EExpatI really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax.
There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast. The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on.
I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best.
Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise..
It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though.
What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room.
The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning.
I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel. I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

DDayuangeFive-star review all around! The hotel's facilities are perfect. Even though the standard rooms aren't huge, they are clean and well-maintained. They have both indoor and outdoor pools, and the outdoor one is heated, so you can swim even in winter. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but it's really good.
GGuest UserThe location is great, just a few stops from the airport and within walking distance to the city center. There's a bus stop right outside the front door.
Facilities: It has everything you need, but no toothbrushes are provided. The toilet is smart, and there's a bathtub. It would be even better if there were outlets by the bed.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is pretty good, didn't notice any major issues.
Environment: The room faces inwards, so there's no street noise, but the soundproofing is a bit poor.

JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite.
The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!

GGuest UserCheck in was seamless, there’s a self check in machine! Room was clean, came with all basic amenities. We had shower leak issue and it was quickly resolved after calling the front desk and they sent someone up immediately to replace the shower head. 👍🏻
The only downside is their parking lots are limited (& tight), and some nights we ended up parking at the nearby public multistorey carpark, they did offer to reimburse the fees but it was still a hassle.
Bbig-DunThe place is very clean and quiet, with excellent soundproofing from the windows, and the sea view is stunning. The owners are a lovely couple; they even helped us with our kids, guiding them upstairs while we carried our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also made us banana milk, which the kids absolutely loved! The instructions they gave us were very detailed (you can tell they really care about their place), so we felt very at ease. The only downside is that the stairs are a bit tiring, haha. McDonald's is right outside, and the nearby coastal restaurants are also delicious! We'll definitely stay here again next time.

YYiniansijiThe room for this type is quite spacious, with two 1.5-meter double beds, easily accommodating four people.
There's no balcony, but it has large windows, and a smaller window that can be opened for ventilation.
The toilet is a bit small, but the shower area is a decent size.
The cleanliness is well maintained.
Given that it's an older hotel, I was prepared for it to be quite dated when I booked. However, upon arrival, I realized it must have been renovated, as the facilities didn't feel old at all. Everything seemed perfectly fine. It offers great value for money!
