Amazing hotel! It is located in the famous Northern Kazakhstan resort area - Borovoye (Burabay) - right at the lake shore. It has its own beach area with all the facilities for the water sports and activities - paddling boards, boats, aqua park. The hotel facilities also catch guests imagination - two swimming pools (warm pool outdoor and indoor pool), three saunas (hammam, Russian and Finnish) - outdoor rope park and climbing wall. Hotel park is an amusing place for a walk - gorgeous vegetations, fountains, benches, arbours. Sport centre offers a wide selection of the equipment for a relaxing travelling around - Scandinavian walking sticks, bicycles, scooters, quadricycle (most for free). Rooms are very nice and cozy and the staff is super welcoming and helpful. Very good restaurants with a wide selection of the national and international cuisine. Definitely come back there again and not for once!

Отель в целом неплохой. Все новенькое, территория красивая, большой бассейн. Но бассейн был грязный, дно бассейна было покрыто склизким налетом. Мы проживали в отеле 6 дней, бассейн почистили только через 2 дня после нашего сообщения сотрудникам, что бассейн грязный. Есть проблема с полотенцами: почему-то по умолчанию кладут только 2 больших полотенца, маленькие полотенца для лица не предусмотрены. По запросу предоставляют. Но после уборки номера почему-то их забирают и новые не кладут. Приходится снова звонить на ресепшен и просить принести полотенца. Разве это уровень 5 звезд? Рядом с отелем есть кафе и торговый центр. Если вы на машине или байке - не проблема доехать до любой части острова. Весной отдыхали в Craft resort & villas - этот отель его клон. Даже меню в ресторане тоже самое. На счет ресторана - завтраки были очень скудные. Не тянет для 5 звезд, максимум 3. Еда всегда была холодная. Яйца - пересохшие. Выпечка была не свежая, по ней часто ползали муравьи. Кстати о муравьях - муравьи были и в номере: и на террасе с лежаками у бассейна и непосредственно в самом номере на столе. Если нравится такая концепция отеля выбирайте Craft - там менеджмент работает лучше и бассейны чистят каждый день + есть каноэ на котором можно кататься! В Lalynn еще многое нужно улучшить.

Мы провели прекрасные выходные в этом отеле. Красиво, уютно. Очень удобная кровать. Хороший завтрак. Спасибо за вечер с живой музыкой. Что не очень понравилось так мутноватая вода в бассейне и нет возможности сходить куда нибудь пройтись, также косметика в баночках не очень удобно, но и поверка номера после выезда это уже какой то пережиток... Но это не испортило наш отдых. Персонал приветливый. Рекомендуем 100 %.
