Hotel was located nearby Kaunas train station. Though quite far from the old town, Kaunas is very walkable. Bed was comfortable.

The location is excellent, with most scenic spots just a short walk away. The room was very clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, giving me a truly relaxing stay. The hotel’s cozy design added a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the space feel even more inviting. Breakfast was also enjoyable — the donuts were especially delicious and became a highlight of my mornings.

In fact, this is an autonomous hotel, after booking and payment, you have to send a copy of your passport by email/wotzapp and you will get the homephone code, instructions how to enter. Then you have to dial a number from the phone and the most important thing is to understand how it opens because only a clicking can be heard. My door opened inside after the third attempt. In the room everything is clean, good. Very pleased with a normal hammer coffee for people. The only disadvantage is a broken tap, unclean top shower and a lot of dust on the fan. The terrace is very beautiful, though, in the rest of it is a solid four!

The hotel is within sight of the train station, and the long-distance bus station is right next door. A heads-up for those coming from the station: there's another Ibis directly across the street, which can be confusing. I actually went to the wrong one and was told it was 'over there' 😅. Just look for the green sign for this hotel; the one across the street has a red sign, so you should be fine if you pay attention. The breakfast is average but tasty. The room is clean, and the wooden furnishings create a very relaxing atmosphere.

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest. While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

It's located in the heart of the old town, a couple of minutes' walk from the Town Hall. We were sent a door code on the day of check-in. If you have any questions, you can contact us via WhatsApp; the number is on the door. The room was fine, except for a bit chilly in winter.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel,Arrived Am time due to flight delays,I had booked deluxe room & couldn’t sleep all night loud music people screaming shouting outside,when i complained about noise & loud music i was told there was a concert, so hoping for saturday night to be better unfortunately same loud music & people screaming shouting until early hours of the morning, Staff know what is the issue but are failing to address it, everyone is being told its the concert, since when do concerts have music running until 4am, upon my investigation it seems there’s a night club near the hotel, please avoid this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep, extremely extremely disappointed, paid for a best room and got a juke box instead!

My recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.

The overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully

Everything is great, the exterior of the building, the interior, the staff are helpful, everything is clean, the breakfast is very rich and delicious.
