Три дня мы провели в этом отеле. Впечатления только положительные. Локация удачная, 10 минут ходьбы до пляжа. И 15 минут до магазинов. Рядом много кафе. Но мы питались в отеле, ребята очень вкусно готовят, красивая подача сочетается с сервисом, с вкусным меню. Ужины нас покорили, изысканные блюда и десерты. На завтрак так же голодным не останешься, тосты, сыр, масло, омлет и йогурты собственного приготовления. В номере убираются ежедневно, белоснежные полотенца, большие номера. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо за гостеприимство!

The hotel is impeccable in everything, family type. Chic available rooms, excellent cosmetics, which are updated every day by Bulgari. The staff is helpful, remembers everyone's preferences. Very friendly, they do everything quickly, anticipating the expectations of a demanding client. The territory is green and small, the only negative is the ocean muddy water, fenced with a large stone. We rented several rooms, everyone was very pleased. We moved to a neighboring hotel, since the days of a business trip had already begun, 2 km away, Sugar Beach, the ocean is beautiful, a long ***** of beach, a huge territory. And here’s this There is no customer-oriented relationship, everyone doesn’t notice you, the number of rooms is huge, the hotel is reconstructing individual buildings, they knock and they don’t care about the vacationers, I immediately wanted to come back. The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

I booked room for 2 adults and 1 kid 10 years old and right from day 1 hotel staff said kid can not stay in superior room.i was given room saying I will be told if any extra payment is required but no one told anything untill chkout when I was asked to pay MUR 3000 extra for kid stay while I did not ask for extra bed or brkfast for kid bcoz as per booking voucher same was not applicable.when I refused to make extra payment I was threatened of police action as if I am a thief.this is not the way customer should b treated.also seems there was communication gap on part of trip.com to pass on booking requirements.

The hotel has a good environment and facilities, but the service details need to be improved. There is a hot water bottle, but there is a lot of scale inside. I don't dare to use it. I usually care about drinking water. There is a water quality test pen for Xiaomi. The hotel has about 200 impurities in tap water and 150 bottles of water. If you care about bringing a kettle. Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

From the first night of check-in, the front desk who greeted us and the service staff and staff we met every day were warm and thoughtful. Second, the environment. The hotel has many rooms and a large location. The room we were assigned is close to the hotel restaurant and the swimming pool and beach. We walked around the hotel. If we were assigned to a slightly farther room, it would actually take several minutes to walk, but they should have a battery car pick-up service (we used a battery car to deliver our luggage on the first day we came). The hotel's greenery and swimming pool are good, not to mention the beach, which is really pleasant. Third, the room is quite satisfactory. If you are used to staying in a domestic five-star hotel, you may not be able to adapt to it. After all, the facilities and decorations in China are really excellent now. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, and the drinks in the mini bar are charged. The shower is a bit lacking in water and a bit hot and cold. Fourth, for meals, we booked HB, because I booked this hotel half a year in advance, so the price-performance ratio is good. I would like to point out that if you are really used to eating white food, you should find it ok, but I couldn't eat it on the third day, I missed the eight major cuisines of China too much. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The team surprised my wife with a lovely birthday celebration even though we never informed them — a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects their hospitality. After spending 10 days in Mauritius and staying in 3 different resorts across the island, this was by far the best. If we return to Mauritius, this will be our first and only choice. The resort is calm, comfortable, and offers great privacy. The staff are extremely professional and kind. There are four diverse restaurants, a spa, and several excellent facilities. Simply the best — highly recommended.
