I really liked the hotel. It is located outside the city, near the forest, very quiet and peaceful. The territory is large, there is an outdoor pool and many sun loungers, as well as a small lake with a fountain. The administrator is a very nice man who told me the rules of staying at the hotel and about visiting the pool. The room is clean. I liked the hotel, we will definitely come back.
Breakfast is OK, parking is free, just opposite the hotel. Dinner is also good, order your own food. Ctrip charges already include tax, but the hotel has once again received it, hateful! Repeated communication, Ctrip did not solve!

We had to wait 3 quarters before we could in our hotel room. The room was good, spacious and clean. Unfortunately there is very saving on the single-layer toilet paper
The breakfast was not good, so the bread was not made enough to eat; and the other bread was delivered late on the breakfast table. The breakfast was very busy, there was a long line to come to breakfast and too little places for all guests. We also missed a box of waste on the tables, where you can lose the waste immediately during breakfast.
The closed cycling station was very bad; all Fletcher's bikes were in the station, which made the guests no place to place his bikes. The roof of the stall was broken, and the bikes were wet at rain.
There was a swimming pool, but there was nothing about bath jackets reported by the staff.

The restaurant's food is very delicious and the environment is beautiful. There are many breakfast options, and it is the most abundant hotel in the whole trip. I am very satisfied.
The room was clean and comfortable, and some of the things that seem to be that there are signs of parts that need maintenance. This is how you see damage to doors and board plums, which have been painted, but it is not really, and was not disturbing for me. Staff is nice and attentive. Overall a great hotel in my opinion

GGuest UserWell received by the night porter and a receptionist, To the room the hotel is well-cared. Once in the room it seems to be the 1980s. Funge in the bathroom, furniture in the bathroom hanging too low. Booked a double bed and we got, two single beds with a thin top. My wife wake up with back pain. Coffee in the room was really below size. Overall was low dust. Hygiene was 5-sterren not worthwhile. The next time I'll choose another hotel.
EExplore-15The hotel is located right next to the train station which is very convenient. It’s very easy to find and is also close (short walking distance) to the city center of Nijmegen. The check-in was very efficient and smooth. The room was neat and I liked the desk feature, perfect for work or study if needed. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
GGuest UserThis hotel is definitely worth a visit! Very kind personnel. Location is great and the rooms large, clean and equipped with all you need to spend a few days without missing your home. There are different options to have either lunch or dinner (yes, different restaurants that are part of the hotel), all serving very good food. Extremely friendly waiters/waitresses and breakfast was also above the average one you can find in Europe and superb compared to most hotels in the UK (for comparable price, of course). Price is very reasonable too, so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time at Nijmegen or around (is very close to train station too). Oh, just another point is that the music they play is great too!
SSezD0720Decent sized room, reasonably priced. Although we didn’t have dinner there (attending a concert which ended much later than the dinner service), the option was available.
Comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom had a generous sized walk in shower (very easily accessible for visitors with limited mobility.
Although other guests had alleged issues regarding the renovation works, we were fortunate that this didn’t affect our stay. The hotel appears to have taken onboard earlier reviews mentioning tired decor - we can attest to the fact that the hotel are implementing some significant improvements.

MMr Malek AhmadMy week spent at the Hotel Pauw was good. It was located in the city of Nijmegen and was within walking distance of groceries and shops. It is very accessible to Primark, TKmax and other branded shops. The room was spotless.
The only downside of this hotel is the poor and unstable Wi-Fi connection, and there was no room dining service. Although you can order food delivery, they did not allow it to be delivered to your room.

Reception were fine, we were there earlier than check in time so could leave baggage there, also could leave after check out too, free of charge.
Room were ok, good size. Comfortable to stay. Quiet at night.
Breakfast were ok, standard breakfast. Overall it's fine hotel to stay in Arnhem.

Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.
