I really enjoyed my stay at Marriott. It was my first time staying there, and overall, I had a great experience. The staff was very professional, the lobby was amazing, and it had a very positive vibe. The food was excellent, and the service was one of the best I have experienced at any five-star hotel. I was staying with my father, so I really enjoyed my first trip there. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The hotel is quite old, but I really appreciated how they handled an issue with my room. The AC stopped working at night, so they moved me from a Deluxe Room to an Executive Room. On the last day, they even upgraded me to an Executive Suite. This really showed how much they value their customers and care about customer satisfaction. Overall, we had a great time, especially enjoying the swimming pool at night. Without a doubt, Marriott is one of the best choices if you want to stay in Karachi.

Hotel is located at a good location with plenty of food options available. The Staff was very helpful and management was also super supportive.  The overall cleanliness was maintained regularly but current rains made the entire environment very smelly and muddy. Hotel could use strong cleaning agents with fragrance but chose standard quality that made the experience a bit tatty.

Stayed in Room 609 from 22-25 March This is my 5th or 6th stay. 1. Toilet bowl squeaking when closing 2. Aircon fan speed and temp couldn’t be controlled 3. Do not disturb button was not working 4. Reception was trying to change items from mini bar which we did not consume. Perhaps the staff did not top up accordingly when we checked in and we didn’t check if there’s missing item already. 5. Doorman, bell boy, security, housekeepers are old staff, they are ok. 6. Reception service was transactional and no connection with the guests. Everything is superficial. When they asked me how’s my stay, before I even answered, they have forgotten and move forward to the next task. 7. Reception was not helpful when we want to break and change currency. They simply said they didn’t have it and told me to help myself to change at the restaurant side. Zero service mindset. 8. Morning breakfast restaurant staff was ok, attentive. 9. Breakfast food was so so.

I really enjoyed my trip as it was a great experience with a lot of different factors like beautiful views, good location and a great atmosphere where a limited but enjoyable food experience in morning breakfast. A family environment few members were able to pick for appreciation like Chef DC Aurangzaib, Qaddafi, Umer and front desk staff members Mr. Huzaifa, Palwasha, Amaad, and Anosh, Car parking staff were very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Haroon.front of house member Mr. Moin. Over all special thanks to Trip customer service team very helpful and professional and available for help 24/7 and resolve the issues. Overall a value of money and pleasure experience.

I didn't expect such a cheap place to be very clean. It was very close to the airport and it was a little hard to find in ten minutes. But this booking is completely good value for money, it would be better if there is an optional breakfast!

We decided to stay in Karachi Pakistan as we have been travelling extensively and it was a stopover on our way home towards Australia from Europe.  We chose the Pearl Continental as it had very good reviews on service and security. The hotel has 4 restaurants with a very good choice of cuisines. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. On check-in we were upgraded to an Executive room which was very spacious and comfortable.  The hotel is showing signs of age and is due for a revamp but the rooms are still very comfortable.  Karachi isn’t really a tourist destination but we enjoyed our stay and hired a driver for the day to see the sights. Thank you Pearl Continental for making us Australian Tourists so welcome.

My heartfelt thanks to the staff at this guest house. It was very clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location for me. I initially booked only 2 days thinking I might move elsewhere after arriving but I ended up extending by another 7 days because I was happy with it. The staff Adnan bhai, Safir bhai and Umer bhai were very attentive and polite with general services for the room and clothes and the management staff Arsalan bhai and Rizwan bhai were also very helpful and accommodating too when I made enquires about the area or booking a driver and general information

The internet was not working properly and could not access youtube for music due to no connectivity with the internet. Additionally, the fridge kept making noise throughout the night. The room was overall clean and good condition and was a comfortable stay.

Price is the only advantage. Karachi's overall infrastructure is very poor. Don't have too high expectations for the surrounding environment.
