Our stay far exceeded expectations! This hotel perfectly blends modern luxury with traditional hot springs, nestled gracefully amidst lush green hills, offering a tranquil and elegant escape. The hot spring water quality is superb, and both the spa and indoor/outdoor pools are immaculately maintained, truly washing away all travel fatigue. Our room offered expansive views, and admiring the city skyline from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The dining was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Every detail here reflects the quality expected of a luxury hotel. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a premium vacation experience!

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

Apart from the location, the rest is very sad. More details: broken kettle, blanket with holes, towel with holes (holes of 5-8 cm), mattress on double bed is smaller than the base of the bed by about 15 cm, on single bed on the contrary the mattress is larger than the base, shower in hair and spiders, hot water is barely warm, the soap container in the shower is empty, there are only 3 towels for 4 people including foot towels, in the room from dishes 2 glasses and that's it, toilet is cracked, button is broken. In the room there were 2 glasses with water and 2 tea leaves waiting for us. We did not want to wash in such a bathroom at all. Honestly, we did not expect this. We are not picky, but this was too much. And also. There is no parking, only where you can find a place on the street, but not next to the hotel.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

The hotel is new, the room is spacious, and the price is great. Its excellent location near a shopping mall is a plus, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: amazing breakfast! Location is great. Parking nearby. Nice building. Comfortable bed Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good size lift in the hotel if you need it. Over all, we are satisfied with our stay. The breakfast is not buffet style but perfect for us. I enjoy the hot towels from the heated shelves too.

The hotel is an excellent location. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very nice. The only things that I need to mention here is it’s time to change the towels, otherwise everything is small easily or nice

Otel temizdi, odanın içi geniş ve ferahtı, soğutma sistemi iyiydi,manzarası mükemmeldi, 10.kat 1003 nolu odada kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Gece geç saatte girmemize rağmen herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Resepsiyondaki çalışan arkadaşlar her zaman çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydüler. Tranway a çok yakın yanında çağdaş market arka tarafında yemek yiyeceğiniz yerler mevcut. Çalışan herkese çok teşekkür ederiz. Her zaman tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olacak. Kısacası 3 gün boyunca çok keyifli bir konaklama oldu sorunsuz

The location is excellent, a great choice if you're not driving. A heads-up: parking is available on the side of the mall across the street, diagonally from the hotel. You can't park directly in front of the hotel. You'll need to call the hotel in advance to get the Google Maps location for the parking. Otherwise, you might end up like us, driving around the hotel in circles, finding a nearby paid parking spot just to temporarily park, checking in, then walking back to confirm the exact parking location, driving the car over, and then walking back with your luggage. The parking lot is about 500 meters from the hotel, across a plaza street.
