Although I completely lose my appetite for a few days, breakfast is the richest among all hotels in the United States.

The facilities are a bit old, but the environment and service are good. When I checked out, he asked me enthusiastically and helped me get a cup of hot water. I asked him for hot water the night before.

The room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is rich in variety, the male manager at the front desk is enthusiastic and tells you how to get hot water for drinking. For example there was not toilet brush, and not foucet with flexible tube. We could not use the wifi and the man in the reception gave us a phone no to ask them how to solve the problem instead of doing it himself. Poor service ”by Hilton”

Everything met our expectations except for breakfast. Food choices included highly process carbohydrates and Granny Smith apples. No eggs, sausages, or other protein. Butter was not available either.

I took the train from Manhattan to Waterbury. After getting off the train, I walked along Grand Avenue for about a few minutes to the hotel. I came alone to attend my child's graduation ceremony, and I didn't have high requirements in all aspects, so the Marriott hotel fully met my needs. Because of the language barrier, some issues were communicated through Ctrip customer service. I felt that Ctrip's butler service was timely and effective, and I was satisfied.

Stayed there several times and have always been satisfied with thier service. Only a few min to Foxwoods Casino and lots of other attractions.

Room clean and tidy

The location is excellent, right next to the old campus green at Yale University, and the surrounding area is lively with plenty of dining options. There's also parking available. However, the hotel is a bit old, and Wi-Fi comes with a charge.
