The hotel has a lovely exterior with flowers and greenery, and the lobby is also beautiful. However, the service was quite disappointing. We ran out of shampoo and shower gel. After calling the front desk to request more, it took them ages to deliver, so I eventually had to go down myself to retrieve them.

Everything met our expectations except for breakfast. Food choices included highly process carbohydrates and Granny Smith apples. No eggs, sausages, or other protein. Butter was not available either.

The hotel is the largest and most luxurious in the area. You can enter by swiping your card, which gives you a full sense of security. The room decoration style is simple and elegant. Stayed there several times and have always been satisfied with thier service. Only a few min to Foxwoods Casino and lots of other attractions.

Room clean and tidy

The location is excellent, right next to the old campus green at Yale University, and the surrounding area is lively with plenty of dining options. There's also parking available. However, the hotel is a bit old, and Wi-Fi comes with a charge.
