Overall clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the morning. A bunch of people didn’t try to actually help when I asked questions about the city like how to take the bus. Clean but small gym. Overall would go back!

Older hotel, but great prices (especially for room with two queen beds) fairly clean and updated rooms. Breakfast is simple, but ok. No eggs waffles sausage or bacon. Friendly front desk. Drive up to your rooms. Curtains in bedroom do not reach the floor, and unfortunately well lit parking lots mean it never gets fully dark in bedroom. Overall well worth it if you’re looking for a bargain price hotel without lots of frills.

Every time I visited my relatives I stayed at this lovely hotel. It’s more clean hotel I have ever been in my whole life. You will see your name on welcome screen. They provided shampoo for shower, coffee available 24hrs.

The hotel is large and close to the place to eat. The key is that laundry is free. This helps me a lot. Other hotels wash clothes for $4 and dry them for $4, which is still more expensive.

The environment is first-class and you can enjoy the beauty of the manor. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant does not provide dinner on Sundays and Mondays. It is good to see other people's travel notes writing dishes. Pay attention to the navigation to enter the hotel name, otherwise you will drive to the manor attractions.

Excellent stay @ the Best Western Plus. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were newly remodeled and could not have been cleaner. Super comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Walking distance to downtown and Falls Park.

Very nice place but amenities are minimal. Not hot tub or jacuzzi. Faucet was extremely loose. But mostly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that you can hear it even with the bathroom door closed. When I called all I was told was close the bathroom door; Room 524. Otherwise, it's a great place for the night.

We enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!
