It is a beautiful property with all the details carefully. It is close to everything. Comfortable and well-common room, good shower, there was wifi in my room in addition to the common places.The staff is friendly and they solve what they are present.The only flojo is breakfast and safe can improve it (There are no housewife sweets, no fibers or fruit salad, very washed coffee) I would surely come back

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and willing to help us solve the problem, they speak Spanish, everyone communicates with translation software, everything is fine, the hotel has sent the hotel information and city map when checking in, very convenient! Fully equipped, the most regrettable is that the plug of its electric kettle is a coarse round foot, but the whole room has only a young round foot socket! Not used! The buffet breakfast has the food we want to eat, so satisfied! The warm swimming pool and sauna are open for a long time, we can use it!

No conocía el hotel, me lo habían recomendado y fui por la ubicación, luego de alojarnos realmente no voy a ir a otro lugar en Colonia, todo es excelente allí, desde el trato incial en recepción, la limpieza, el orden, la distribución del hotel, el desayuno, las piscinas. Realmente uno de los mejores hoteles. Muy recomendable!

Hotel is very nice, next to the beach and in a very quiet area. Excellent service, staff is trained really good. Room was amazing, with kitchen and large balcony. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure. Only thing is breakfast was repetitive, its exactly same every day, for short stay its okay, but would get boring if we stay more than 5 days...

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and willing to help us solve problems. They speak Spanish and we use translation software to communicate, so everything went smoothly. The hotel has distributed hotel information and city maps when we checked in, which is very convenient! The facilities are complete, but the most regrettable thing is that the plug for the electric kettle has thick round pins, but there are only thin round pin sockets in the whole room! Not used! The buffet breakfast had everything we wanted, and we were very satisfied! The heated pool and sauna had extended opening hours which we were able to use!

It's a beautiful inn with attention to every detail. It's close to everything. The room was comfortable and well-decorated, the shower was good, and there was Wi-Fi in my room as well as in the common areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only weak point is the breakfast, and they could definitely improve it (there were no homemade pastries, cold cuts, or fruit salad, and the coffee was very weak). I would definitely return.

HABITACIONES: Camas cómodas, buena presión de la ducha.
DESAYUNO: En la descripción mencionan que es buffet americano, pero no es así. No tiene variedad de frutas , ni de fiambres, pero si hay mucha variedad de pastelería. Lo que no me gusta es que hay que pedir que te sirvan café cada vez que uno desee.

The location is very good. It's only a few minutes' walk away from the boat. It's convenient to go everywhere and there's food nearby. The waiter can speak English well and there is no problem in communication. The breakfast is good and filling, tea is free all day, and coffee must be purchased. Free luggage storage, a very satisfying stay. Worth recommending.
