I rented by app Trip.com room for two people, when I arrived at the site I was surprised by the information that I had booked a room with a single bed, and on the site (trip.com) I was given the option of two single beds or one couple beds. I obviously chose the second option, so I was forced to arch with a value of R$ 60,00 (real sixty) to make upgrade to the couple bed, up to there OK! The problem was the facilities of my bathroom, a motor noise, a noise interrupted, came and stopped, because of that I couldn't sleep quietly, and wake up all the time the noise appeared.

O atendente do checkin não conseguia verificar a reserva e o pagamento realizado com antecedência via site, querendo cobrar novamente no local. Após isso, nos acomodou em um apartamento o qual não correspondia ao reservado, sendo trocado após reclamação.

GGuest UserOs preços pela Trip é bem mais barato que a tarifa de balcão ou pelo próprio site do hotel, única coisa é que parece que a galera do hotel não lê as observações feitas no ato da reserva pela Trip solicitei algumas coisas como apt próximo ao elevador devido minha esposa ser pcd e não colocaram, no ato do Check in a atendente me disse que eram 2 pessoas e estava bem claro que eram 2 adultos e 2 crianças uma de 4 anos e a outra de 4 meses. Tipo fiquei meio perdido pq é se eu chego muito tarde para o checkin e não tem apto com 2 camas disponível achei algumas coisas meio falhas, no mais foi tudo perfeito

GGuest UserO hotel, é mediano. Café da manhã fraco. O quarto que fiquei, o frigobar e a descarga não funcionava. Solicitei outro quarto e estava tudo certo. O maior incômodo foi o barulho da rodovia e alguns hóspedees sem noção no corredor. O que achei bem revoltante foi saber que há diferença nos quartos qdo os mesmos são reservados pelo Booking; os quartos são no térreo e de frente para a rodovia!
Não recomendo esse hotel!
