Staying at this hotel in this small city, I feel good and met many friends from China. The hotel has a good environment and is very close to the local small airport.
The hotel has no parking, but there is a nearby paid parking. The room where I stayed was excellent and well served my needs. Breakfast served on the 3rd floor and well diversified. The photos I posted were taken from the window of 7th floor, in front of the street.
Very comfortable and clean room, breakfast with a great variety, in a wonderful setting (to the sound of birds and birds flying past the breakfast balcony, I felt like I was in a rural area right in the city), having breakfast in a historic house, surrounded by nests and with visits from birds is a privilege of this hotel, the view of the Moinhos de Vento Hydraulic Station is another great privilege…, warm welcome with late check-out and luggage storage.
The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, but unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired (there was dirt from previous guests), and the water in the heated pool had an accumulation of algae, making the floor slippery. Dinner was also disappointing; the meat was tasteless and dry. And for the price of the stay, they still charge a parking fee. Another positive point was the very well-served and varied breakfast.
I missed a chair/sit to be able to sit. I had only a bed to sit, it was bad. I asked for a chair to be provided, but I had irregular legs. It suggests keeping a small chair and table base for us to do some activity with notebook.
O lugar estava com cheiro de mofo, fomos para outro quarto muito melhor. Mas não havia tomadas para carregar o celular ou o notebook uma cadeira para trabalho nada disso havia, mas o pessoal que trabalhavam lá foram bem atenciosos.
Excellent hotel, but our room was a little old.
Very polite and helpful staff.
Wonderful bed and TV with Netflix, Star + and several channels.
Shower also very good.
Wonderful breakfast, with many varieties.
Paid parking costs R$40.00 per day.
Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. My room has disposable utensils and a large toothpaste, but my friend's room does not have it. You should ask the front desk for it. This is the only hotel with disposable supplies in Brazil for more than a week.
Service: The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel produces very good products and the service is very good. The juices are all freshly squeezed. The recommended papaya and orange juice is very good. I ordered strawberry orange juice but it was not enough and I had another drink. It was great. The water in the room costs R$4 per bottle. Water in other countries except China is very expensive.
I often come to live, the room facilities are average, the surrounding is very safe, the hotel is very cost-effective, no problem, come back next time! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
The hotel is clean but more ancient. Working here is not possible because the internet is very bad and unstable. The bed is bad and sounds very much.
Shampoo and soaps are not very good, the location is in the centre of Porto Alegre, so it's in the interest of the host.
Breakfast is traditional and has a variety of breads, but don't expect anything special.
The staff were always very kind.
For leisure trips I would return, but for work not, because there is no suitable space for it and the internet is not reliable.
