AAnonymous UserThe receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!
JJuliana Shuk PingThe hotel is quite new and room is big and clean. Staff is not very helpful or proactive although they are courteous. They did not proactively sent someone to make the sofa bed at night but rather ask me to do it myself. The body wash was not refilled and I have to use shampoo to take bath.
EEternal Sunshine of the Spotless MindGreat central location with friendly staff. Room upgraded for free due to Marriott membership.
Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up).
Shower water pressure a tad on the low side w/ water saving shower head.
Parked at surface parking right beside the building ($35/night, underground parking available as well).
SShauna_zMotel 6 exceeded my expectations. This property is clean, quiet, safe, and a tremendous value!! It is minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The location and accessibility to everything is a bonus! I highly recommend this for a stay that helps with the budget.
IIJJordanOur experience has been really good. We love the brunch dishes at HIY steaks, The beds are comfortable. We get to hike down the paths nearby. Enjoy short trips to familiar fast food places.
Overall, this has been a wonderful experience and we get to see bunny and deer sighting in one of our walks.
GGuest UserThe newly renovated twin room was great, everything was new! 👍 There was still a slight smell, but considering the eco-friendly building materials used in Canada, it was a comfortable stay for the price. Plus, the hotel's shuttle bus was very convenient.
GGuest UserThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.
GGuest UserFront desk clerk was very cheery and inviting. I've stayed here several times, facility is always nice and clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
