The cabin is comfortable to live in and has beautiful scenery. There will be a shuttle bus to pick you up from the parking lot. After checking in, you may need to carry your luggage and walk a distance to the room, but it is still worth staying.

A very nice hotel because the hotel is part of Casino. We thought we could have enjoying buffet dinner but only open in weekend. Location is near to subway so that we easy going to downtown. There was a fire alarm alighted on early morning 5am in our second night, and we called to front desk but they not sure what’s happened. I was very scared and thought we had to run out. But other room people still stayed then we also stayed in our room. After 10-15 minutes a radio announcement said something but also not so clearly listened. This was my first time met this happened.

Great location for a weekend getaway. Love the hot spring pool that's both indoors and outdoors, as well as the sauna. The room size was decent with a walk in closet that I used as a change room. The cost of the room per night and the resort fee of $25 + tax did not quite match the overall value. The hotel needs a major update; cleaning of general/common areas needs improvements.

The room was super spacious, with great views, and very clean. It's in the city center, so you can just walk everywhere. The hotel service was excellent; we originally wanted to borrow their microwave, but they actually brought one right into our room for us to use – that was amazing! Of course, we tipped generously. The only downside is that the parking fee was quite expensive.

We had a great stay at the Four Points. It was a last minute booking as a previous hotel had fallen through. Staff were so kind and attentive and really helped us get what we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the microwave and fridge were great touches. We were near a lift which was quite noisy throughout the night. And for the price of the rooms I think it should include breakfast to compensate for having such a tiny swimming pool. Otherwise a great stay in good location. I’d definitely recommend.

Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.  Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled.  Nonetheless,  looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.  Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

A relatively good hotel in Jinlu, owned by Marriott, with a good sanitation environment and friendly staff. It is recommended to choose a larger room type to accommodate suitcases.

The hotel opened in the last two years, so the in-room facilities are very new and comprehensive, including a coffee machine, kettle, and bathtub. There are also complimentary drinks available at the hotel entrance and front desk. The service is incredibly thoughtful.

DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

JJanineLBWe visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

TTeck AWe loved this place, very friendly and caring owner and manager who made sure we were taken care of before we moved in and after check out. The condo is very strategically located in Vancouver, easy access to all areas by public transport or walking. Good view from the condo. There is a very big oriental supermarket and Costco nearby. Great for grocery shopping; we had everything in the kitchen for home cooked meals too. Chinatown is within walking distance, plenty of food in the area from all international cuisines.

GGuest UserThe cleanness of the room was excellent. The room had a musty smell had to go out and purchase an air freshener to help absorb the smell. I asked if they had bbq was told yes. So we went out bought a steak only to find out it is a charcoal bbq and you had to supply your own. So it was a big disappointment and put a damper on our stay. The hotel is not close to city so heading out again was not an option. If you want cleanliness it was 100%

PPlopeThe room was booked for my son and his family including a 10 months old baby. I have stayed in this hotel for many times and this time we were assigned to the 27th floor which the King one bedroom suite is much smaller than we used to stay. This was really out of our expectation since we have rented several baby products such as play pan, car seat etc and there are not enough space for us to settle them in the room.

MMichael1977We arrived at 7 pm but front desk was already closed. They had emailed us info regarding this but to be honest I barely read anything because we were busy traveling. So it is my fault however it would have been better to have someone at the front desk. Then again this probably their slow season so I kind of understand. Room was nice and clean and large. Great place especially if you are skiing there.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent; despite its proximity to the airport and highway, it was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The parking lot closes around 10 PM and requires assistance from the front desk to open, which provides an added layer of security. 👍🏻 Highly recommended!

ZZhierxingzhiThe hotel has a history of more than 100 years! The location is very good, right outside the sea. If you like morning jogging, you can run along the Stanley Park Seaside Running Track, which is exactly 10 kilometers. There are many restaurants nearby, from all over the world! The room layout is also very good, with a separate room, which is very suitable for a family of 4-5 people.
