This was a very good stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is just okay. There is an airport shuttle van available. It is an easy walk from the airport. There is a bus stop at the airport and one by the hotel. The bus service was good.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport. There is a small 24-hour supermarket nearby. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. It is very convenient. There are coffee, burgers and other sales.

Good location for travellers who have cars and donât need to be downtown that much. Walking distance to the airport and hotel pickup and drop off services are every half an hour.

Reception not very cooperative when trying to exted stay. Informed that all rooms are boked. We extended twice on Internet! We asked for upper floor and were told that all rooms on upper floors have only one bed which of cause was not truth. The rest was OK.

I booked this hotel by mistake, as I was looking for a hotel in Saint John, not St. Johnâs. Goes to show, make sure you donât assume things. Also, donât book hotels when youâre about to go to sleep and havenât had good sleep for a couple of consecutive nights. Lesson learned.
