GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

AAlicia York-BirdA lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests
flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone.
The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery.
There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight!
Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise.

GGuest UserI took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, it's a boutique hotel with a retro vibe, renovated from a 100-year-old building. The lobby is small but very charming and beautiful. For a city center hotel, the room is quite spacious. Our twin-bedded king room was right above Yonge Street, but surprisingly, this section doesn't have much bus traffic, so it was pretty quiet at night. The breakfast was fantastic, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included. It's not a buffet; you order à la carte from a menu, and each dish is made fresh. Absolutely delicious! The coffee and hot chocolate are also freshly prepared. Honestly, I haven't had such a refined breakfast in North America in a long time. Just for the breakfast and the location, it's totally worth it.

GGuest UserThe place was perfect for what we needed. They gave us a joining room. We had 2 adult’s, one senior and 5 kids. We needed a stop over on our way to the north. Plus all the staff were friendly.

BBijinThe hotel is very close to the airport. It is not half an hour. It is about 60 knives. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The front desk service is also very good. It is close to the TD Bank supermarket. There is breakfast but there are not many varieties. I have not changed the taste for a few days. The price is not expensive. Will stay next time and recommend friends and relatives 👍

One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?
