The service was great, but the facilities had some notable flaws. The service was good, the butler followed up promptly, the concierge was proactive and reliable, and the staff were generally enthusiastic. However, the breakfast restaurant was too small and didn't match the hotel's scale; it was crowded with long queues, and the variety wasn't rich. There was no way to dry clothes, no self-service laundry room, and the laundry service didn't even offer a separate drying option. The resort's design was inconvenient; even for Switzerland, it wasn't close to the ski slopes. Walking there meant going through the entire amusement area, so it was better to wait for the shuttle bus. Fortunately, the shuttle bus was quick, so there wasn't a long wait. The EP activity center was a letdown; the kids complained there was nothing to do. The candied hawthorn craft activity was also unavailable; you could only pick it up at a specific time. Skiing was okay overall, but it didn't quite live up to its family-friendly resort positioning. The snowboard bindings didn't have true children's sizes, which were much too large for 5–6-year-olds.

The room facilities were complete and well-maintained, and everything was clean and hygienic. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is excellent, right on a commercial street with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even introduced some new items daily. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is tastefully decorated, with wall art that perfectly complements the overall design, clearly showing meticulous planning and execution. My room featured two very comfortable 1.2-meter beds. The bathroom, though compact, was spotless. The room also came equipped with an induction cooktop and a counter space, and the sofa in the living area was incredibly comfortable. From the balcony, you could enjoy the view, and the screened windows kept out any mosquitoes or bugs. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service with unlimited rides. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – truly the most abundant I've ever experienced at a hotel. Just a few steps from the hotel, you'll find Qingshan Restaurant, along with small convenience stores and a pharmacy. The scenic area is also conveniently located, just a 6-7 minute walk away. What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

The hotel staff were very attentive, and our requests were met in a timely manner, especially Song Ge and Zhang Yue at the front desk. Their high-quality service left a deep impression on us, as well as the hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment. , the breakfast quality is very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The children's playroom on the third floor is very clean, and the garbage in the trash can is collected in a timely manner. We stayed for more than an hour, and the staff even changed the garbage bags for us once, and gave them to the children. The children like to go there very much. The choice this time also added a lot of fun to our trip. We will choose an Ascott hotel next time. It feels comfortable.

This stay really exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right outside there's a shopping district and a subway station, making it super easy to shop or get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer questions and even kindly recommended some great local eateries. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this place again!

The hotel's location is easy to find, the front desk service is friendly, and the facilities are nice, but the soundproofing is terrible. The neighbor came home around 1 a.m. and was washing up so loudly I could hear it clearly from my room. Then, in the early morning, they called and cursed again, and they kept calling and cursing every hour. It was unbearable!!! They stopped calling and cursing after waking me up, and I'm so thankful!!!! The lack of sleep gave me a headache all day the next day, which was quite frustrating. The breakfast was limited in variety and looked terrible. I had a bowl of porridge and an egg and left immediately. I had originally booked three nights, but one night was enough for me, so I checked out immediately!!! I'm so scared, so scared, I'll never see you again!!! Also, as soon as I entered the room, my landline rang. A male staff member asked about my stay, etc. Please, I had just arrived and hadn't even put my bag down. Half an hour later, someone called my mobile again, asking when I'd check in, and I was already in the room. Anyway, I was speechless.

I always choose this hotel for business trips. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is good, and the overall environment is clean and tidy! There are also many restaurants and restaurants to choose from nearby. I will come again next time!

They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!
