Great location but difficult to find on the map. Look at my picture to see what the outside entrance looks like because there is no name or identifying marks of the hotel on the outside. They’re on the 5th floor. The staff were also very friendly and hospitality.
Located in New Cairo, there really isn't much to explore nearby. Plus, returning to the hotel usually means a U-turn at an intersection, which can cause about a half-hour delay due to traffic... Other than that, everything else is quite good. Breakfast is nice, and there's live piano music in the mornings. Service is decent, and you can tell it's a new hotel; the front desk staff isn't quite up to speed with check-in procedures yet. And when checking out, no one offered to help with luggage.
Located near the metro station in the old town, the area downstairs is lively (and noisy) at night. The upstairs area is in ruins, and the hygiene is questionable (don't take the stairs). The room is okay, but the bathroom is too basic. Hot water is boiled in buckets, and you have to wait a long time for hot water to come out after the previous person has finished showering. Overall, I don't recommend it. Accommodation in small hotels in Cairo isn't very expensive, so you can look at other places.
Decent hostel, close to the very center and lots of options for food even in Ramadan. The place hass a lovely old elevator to experience and a great roof top. Would recommend if you're not too fussy kind of traveller
The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of fresh ingredients. On our third day, we had an early domestic flight and heard there would be long queues, so we skipped breakfast and the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us. Turns out, there was no one at the airport, and I really regretted missing out! I wish breakfast started at 6 AM instead. Getting a taxi in Cairo is so easy to get ripped off; an Uber driver tried to charge me 1200 EGP, which was four times the 300 EGP quoted in the app. The bellboy at the entrance was very helpful and found me a car for 600 EGP, which was much more reasonable.

Disadvantages: On the fifth floor of an old residential building, the service attitude is OK, but the hardware is too poor, like a guesthouse in China in the early 1990s.
The breakfast is not rich either.
Advantages: The location is very good, next to the National Museum, and relatively close to the Nile River, but the Nile River in Cairo is not worth lingering, the scenery is average.
Egyptian hotels are expensive. Domestic three-star hotels or above in Cairo cost about 600, four-star hotels cost more than 800, and five-star hotels cost 1100. For example, the Cleopatra next to it is three stars, which is OK, more than 600. If the money is sufficient, I sincerely recommend staying at three stars or above.
If it really doesn't work, you can also find a B&B with a better reputation.
Throughout our stay, the staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were impeccable and extremely comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient to major attractions in Maadi, which we also enjoyed.
When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.

GGuest UserThe apartment is located in a high-end residential area, with CFC Mall nearby. It is convenient and comfortable to live in, and the security is strict.
The room has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 1 kitchen. It is OK for 3 people on business trips. The facilities are complete and easy to use. Cleaners come to clean every other day.
It should be noted that the apartment assists in self-service check-in and check-out online. There is no front desk/warehouse to store luggage. Friends who have this need should be cautious. Moreover, the contact number left on Ctrip is not accessible. The actual contact number is another phone number. I suggest that the apartment should improve these two points. When checking in this time, I couldn’t contact the apartment to confirm whether I could check in earlier than 3 pm (at least 10 calls were made). I didn’t know that the apartment had no front desk and could not store luggage. I went there in advance and waited for 5 hours. It was still the security team that was more flexible to help check the luggage and let us go to eat. Otherwise, I really have to write a big bad review. I hope the apartment can improve this point: either emphasize on Ctrip that there is no storage service and ensure that the service phone can be contacted, or open a storage service.
Except that the check-in was very unpleasant, everything was OK during the stay. The customer service staff basically responded within half an hour, with high efficiency, and convenient check-out.
GGuest UserThe best service in terms of speed of response to any request, in addition to cleanliness and attention to services, as well as good reception, especially from Brother Mohab in the reception department. All employees are characterized by professionalism and sophistication in dealing. There is no doubt that the Four Seasons Nile Plaza is one of the best hotels in Cairo.
LLeyla JarufeThe hotel is amazing. The bedroom is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The views from the fourth floor are incredible. Great location. Excellent value.
YYousef AlshaerWar alles in Ordnung. Wir waren nur zum schlafen da und so war das Konzept vom Unterkunft. Aber alles gut und reibungslos gelaufen. Danke
