Great location but difficult to find on the map. Look at my picture to see what the outside entrance looks like because there is no name or identifying marks of the hotel on the outside. They’re on the 5th floor. The staff were also very friendly and hospitality.
When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.
Located in New Cairo, there really isn't much to explore nearby. Plus, returning to the hotel usually means a U-turn at an intersection, which can cause about a half-hour delay due to traffic... Other than that, everything else is quite good. Breakfast is nice, and there's live piano music in the mornings. Service is decent, and you can tell it's a new hotel; the front desk staff isn't quite up to speed with check-in procedures yet. And when checking out, no one offered to help with luggage.
I stayed in the dorm which comes with an en-suite bathroom, A/C, comfy beds, bedside light & power socket. The hostel is very clean and I absolutely loved their roof top terrace. Huge shout out to their staff, super friendly, helpful and professional
The room was very good, just like in the photos. The bathroom amenities were excellent, but there was an unpleasant warning: if taken, each item would be charged $60. The hairdryer was bad. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall, a very good hotel. I recommend it.
The Richmond Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Richmond Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Cairo. The hotel is only 2km from Ramses Station and 24km from Cairo International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. In addition, Ataba Metro Station is just a short walk away. Seeing Cairo's sights from this hotel is easy with East Delta Travel, The Egyptian Museum in Cairo and Khan el-Khalili all close by. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
1. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which are divided into two types: one is a chartered car and the other is a shuttle bus. In fact, the shuttle bus is also equivalent to a chartered car. Our family of three did not share the round trip with others;
2. The hotel is like two different worlds. I feel very safe in the hotel. All the tours are registered in the hotel. Although there are some self-funded projects (camel riding at the pyramids, 10 dollars/person), I personally think it is worth it. In addition, the tour guide will ask you for a tip, but you don’t have to give it. If you can’t save face at the time, just tell the person who made the reservation after returning to the hotel, and it will be returned.
3. The hotel breakfast is great and very rich. My parents are used to it. Breakfast is the most abundant meal of the day.
4. There is a famous Chinese restaurant in Cairo in the hotel, right next to the front desk, open from 15:00 to 24:00, the food is quite good;
5. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, which makes it convenient for everyone to stay in shape.
Hua Ge is super nice! The food is delicious, very delicious, very delicious, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, I recommend staying here, it is very close to the airport and exhibition hall, I will stay here again next time,
Throughout our stay, the staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were impeccable and extremely comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient to major attractions in Maadi, which we also enjoyed.

GGuest UserThe apartment is located in a high-end residential area, with CFC Mall nearby. It is convenient and comfortable to live in, and the security is strict.
The room has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 1 kitchen. It is OK for 3 people on business trips. The facilities are complete and easy to use. Cleaners come to clean every other day.
It should be noted that the apartment assists in self-service check-in and check-out online. There is no front desk/warehouse to store luggage. Friends who have this need should be cautious. Moreover, the contact number left on Ctrip is not accessible. The actual contact number is another phone number. I suggest that the apartment should improve these two points. When checking in this time, I couldn’t contact the apartment to confirm whether I could check in earlier than 3 pm (at least 10 calls were made). I didn’t know that the apartment had no front desk and could not store luggage. I went there in advance and waited for 5 hours. It was still the security team that was more flexible to help check the luggage and let us go to eat. Otherwise, I really have to write a big bad review. I hope the apartment can improve this point: either emphasize on Ctrip that there is no storage service and ensure that the service phone can be contacted, or open a storage service.
Except that the check-in was very unpleasant, everything was OK during the stay. The customer service staff basically responded within half an hour, with high efficiency, and convenient check-out.
KKarimThe team is customer oriented. Everyone is focusing to give you a special experience. Breakfast can be improved. The room very clean. Service top. I recommend!!!
YYousef AlshaerWar alles in Ordnung. Wir waren nur zum schlafen da und so war das Konzept vom Unterkunft. Aber alles gut und reibungslos gelaufen. Danke
