The hotel was good no problem , has restaurant inside . Few minutes walking distance there is shopping centre . The only problem is if you need to go to Barcelona either have to book taxi direct or to train station then . From Barbera del valles .
Expensive from airport taxi
The hotel is very good new facilities, good location but the receptionist at the arrival served us a little dry, then in the room by the ventilation system entered a smoke smell throughout the night. The very large bed but the kittens this may be for taste but insultable, in summary between the smell of tobacco and the kittens since having regularly sleeped I raised up with a strong headache so we didn't enjoy it and did not have us like comfortable ...
If early flight, the hotel is a good choice for airport, it takes 10 min there. Actually a megamall Mercadona is convenient for guests of hotel. I also found there's historic site only 9 min-walk from hotel. Bed comfortable, good room to stay. Breakers delicious, they even get a machine for fresh orange juice.
I had an amazing experience staying at Travelodge From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated.
The room's cleanliness was just okay, but for Europe, it was quite spacious. The facilities were all new, and with double-glazed windows, it wasn't noisy despite being by the road. However, some of the front desk staff had poor English, making communication a bit difficult.
It's a maximum five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a Spanish supermarket chain nearby, which is very convenient.
What I found a bit strange was that they only provided one bottle of water. For subsequent days, we had to take our own bottles downstairs to refill them. I'm not sure if that's a Spanish custom. However, water is very cheap in Spain; you can get two liters for a few cents.
I frequently visit Barcelona and always choose good hotels, but each stay is a nightmare. I specifically requested a quiet floor, yet both times I was given a room right next to a cleaning room, and on a particularly noisy floor with early morning disturbances! I didn't get a single good night's sleep! On top of that, I was overcharged double for the city tax. The two previous major hotels I stayed at charged the exact amount shown on the confirmation, so this is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such arbitrary charges, and they even tried to justify it. When you're traveling, sometimes you just don't want to argue! On the second day of my three-day stay, my room key card stopped working. When I changed rooms, the front desk only activated the card for one day, leaving me locked out in the middle of the night—it was absolutely frustrating. For my fellow Chinese travelers considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to check in at the front desk in person to confirm your room beforehand. It seems that even when you pay a lot, you don't get fair treatment in Europe! You'll be discriminated against. The front desk staff will say all the right things but won't actually do anything for you! If possible, just go for a short-term apartment instead of a hotel. Of course, many apartments are run by Chinese people, and some of them also overcharge! If you don't absolutely have to, don't come to Barcelona! 😂
Service: The staff at the hotel lobby seemed very polite, but they only genuinely served foreign guests.
The Japanese-style room was very clean, and the skyline view was absolutely stunning. The bed was huge, and the location was super convenient, right next to the station and the L3 metro line, plus there's a Macadona supermarket nearby.

AAnonymous UserSuper awesome! I booked a suite for three nights with my kids and upgraded to a suite with a view of Casa Batlló. The surprise was that I caught the light show of Casa Batlló on the last night. I could see the light show directly on the terrace of the room without having to go to the street to watch it. It was so awesome!
The room was big and full of details. The fruits delivered every night were very rich. Champagne and cake were also delivered on the first night!
Mandarin Oriental should be the best hotel in Barcelona. We walked to the three Gaudi attractions and Passeig de Gràcia was very easy to visit.
I will definitely stay at Mandarin Oriental next time I come to Barcelona!
MM60855****Entering the hotel lobby is like walking into an old castle. The rooms are simple and clean. It is in the business district, and it is very convenient for transportation, dining, and attractions. It is highly recommended for tourist accommodation.
EErizitoviajeroThe hotel is quite far from the center. It's an old building that needs a good renovation, but it's very clean and has a decoration with very interesting sculptures and paintings. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. They have a very good restaurant. €30 for parking seems expensive considering that in the center of Barcelona we paid €23. What I didn't like at all was that on Sunday afternoon there was a wedding, and the kids were running and screaming up and down the stairs, going up and down the elevator, and no one was supervising them.
GGuest UserThe room is not big, but it is very clean, the service is very good, the front desk staff is also very enthusiastic, the rooftop terrace restaurant bar is worth a visit, the view is good. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, so private cars cannot enter, but taxis can. Occasionally there is noise around.
The restaurant can only be said to be average. I had dinner once and was not satisfied with the service. There was no one at the front desk of the restaurant to greet me. After sitting down, no wine list was provided. I asked for the wine list after ordering.
GGuest UserEverything was great, big and tidy rooms, friendly staff, convenient location next to a mall and metro stations. The only annoying thing is the pool bed booking, the pool is only allowed for hotel guests yet you have to pay to get a bed. For the price requested, the pool water should have been maintained better.
WWalshPatRoom serviced every day by really friendly staff.
Breakfast was great and again wonderful staff!!
Receptionist was so helpful with transportation to Barcelona after our stay.
Location was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
SSHENGWENThe location is convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, fruit and vegetable stores, self-service laundromats, etc. nearby. It is a relatively safe area.
The only drawback was that there was a problem with the door lock when I checked in. It did not lock automatically when I closed the door, but the counter staff thought that the tenant did not know how to use it. The next day, it still could not be locked successfully. After several communications, they were willing to assist in reporting the problem.
GGuest UserThe hotel I was most looking forward to on this trip, it really didn't disappoint!
The room is very big, the best hotel should be a suite, each room type has two rooms and two to three beds
There is champagne and snacks in the welcome package, the decoration style is very suitable for taking pictures and enjoying a leisurely vacation in the room, the only drawback is that the heating is a little bit behind, and the water flow in the shower is too small and too cold
