This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the beach. Street parking was a challenge on weekends, and while there's a garage, it's quite expensive for longer stays. The breakfast buffet was well-organized and offered a good variety.
A significant drawback was the difficulty in communicating in English; a basic grasp of Spanish is really necessary. We also had to request fresh bed linen after 7 days.
On the positive side, the staff were helpful and friendly. The double bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a wonderfully hot shower. However, the room itself was very small, with the shower literally in the main area, and there was limited storage space. The swimming pool was excellent!
The location is not very central, closed to high speed train station, but it is not walkable distance and still need to take taxi, only 5 euros. The room is clean , spacious and comfortable. I booked double bed, but I got the room with two single bed that put together. The front desk promised to change room for us on second day. But finally we change mind because we don’t want to waste time. The safe box in the room was locked, so we can’t use it. I think they should to check it before customers check in.
It is located next to the Santa Barbara Castle and can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot.
There is a bus stop to the airport nearby, just a 3-minute walk away.
It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way.
The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich.
The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved.
The hotel's exterior looks upscale, and it's right next to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. The City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia is practically at your doorstep. Breakfast is all Western-style, with bread, fruit yogurt, and various Spanish hams, though the hams are mostly raw, which I'm not used to. The room is spacious, clean, and the facilities are quite high-end, making it an ideal place to stay.
Right at the central square-Plaza de Ayuntamient. 27 euro from the airport in the night. 4 min walking to Station Nord. Everything is within walking distance around.
The windows and balcony doors on the second floor cannot be opened and sealed, and they are able to do their best. . The balcony door on the 3rd floor can be opened, very comfortable. Everything is fine such as decoration.

GGuest UserThis hotel is old. The room is small and looks like it needs to be renovated.
The room we booked is not as good as the room we redeemed with points.
The location of the hotel is OK, of course, because the old town of Valencia is very large, you can basically walk to the main attractions in 15 minutes. It is very close to the North Railway Station, but it is not actually useful because the commonly used stations are far away and definitely cannot be walked.
The hotel service is average, parking is not allowed at the door of the hotel, watching the old man pushing the box by himself, the waiter acted as if he didn't see it, until the road was uneven and the old man fell. I probably won't stay at this hotel after getting off the bus
