The hotel and staff are great,but unfortunately on this stay the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning,due to a fault..so broken sleep unfortunately

its just in the center of town , best location , best food, and best service ! Just perfect for me as I am stay here hotel almost for 4 months , even will be more longer

From the images and location this hotel looks stunning. Upon arriving it was quickly noticed that the hotel is in much need of an upgrade in every aspect. The decor is very dated, no locks on the toilets in reception, cloudy water from the taps, stale beer from the bar taps, cold shower ( staff tried to reset the boiler), dirty towels in the toilets Body wash and hand soap were the same, looked just like washing up liquid :/ Free continental breakfast was included which was ok, the cheese was sweaty and once the very small amount of pastries had gone, that was it, no refilling. Coffee ran out as did the cups. Avoid the sausages if you go for a cooked breakfast , I can only describe them as mushy The one thing that was pleasant other than the location, were the staff. They are extremely friendly, I hope the owner or someone can invest in this place. Has such potential to be beautiful but really was like something out of a comedy sketch

Fantastic stay! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and a great location. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting.

This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek

This hotel was brilliant, very modern, super friendly staff.  The food was very nice and everywhere was clean and presented well.  The facilities were lovely, I only used the pool but again staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were clean and tidy.  The hotel grounds were also lovely and the hotel its self was pretty from the outside.

It was an okay stay. I didnt try their food. The staff are polite. Only downside is they didnt replenish consumables in our room!

We arrived in the early hours and were greeted with a smile. The staff was very friendly. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable, and so were the pillows. I recommend it. They also provided a thoughtful selection of coffee, milk, chocolate, tea, and cookies that we could enjoy before heading out, which really helped us freshen up.

Haven’t stayed here for a while but is always my favourite place to stay when on business trips. Gym is great, staff are brilliant and helpful.

Was very happy with hotel, the room was really nice and clean and above all excellent service from excellent staff,we will definitely visit again
