The hotel service is warm and friendly, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the hotel location is excellent. The housekeeping staff are also very kind, and the front desk staff, Ah San, is very enthusiastic. The room prices are also very affordable, offering great value for money! I've had more than just comfortable and pleasant stays; I've also experienced a touch of local life. This is my review of this hotel. Amazing!

Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.
Would absolutely recommend!
Had a working window, although it was a bit noisy when open but great to get some air in
The shower had great pressure, the bed was comfy, the light wasn’t too harsh, my room had yellowish bulbs instead of white and you could have a reading light if needed. Great fo travel for business!
The room was a bit small; for a family of three with bunk beds, it was just enough for sleeping but had limited living space. They didn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, and there was no kettle, though you could get hot water from the front desk. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. Overall, the price was quite affordable, but it fluctuated a lot over a few days.
The overall experience was really good, it is very near to foster square railway statuon and interchange. The staff were really polite and kind.the checkin roughly took abot 2..3 minutes. I really recommend this place if you need a pause from your busy schedule.

The hotel is right next to the train station. The front desk staff was a Pakistani guy, and he was incredibly friendly. Seeing I was Chinese, he immediately upgraded my room, telling me, 'I must give you the best, everything is new, everything is fresh.' When I was filling out the form, I had only completed two lines and was about to ask him about the third, but he just said, 'It's fine,' and took the form away.
As soon as I entered the room, for the first time ever, the lights came on without me having to insert a card. It was also the first time I've seen a welcome message with my name on the TV. This was also the first time I've encountered air conditioning in any accommodation in the UK (be it hotels, B&Bs, or dorms). It was the first hotel that made me feel like it was a complete package (everything was well-equipped, except for the usual lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste). And it was the first time I played a game with a remote control (though I fell asleep after just a couple of tries).
By the time I settled in, it was already 9 PM. At this hour, finding a restaurant outside is tough, and walking around a strange city at night didn't feel very safe. But the hotel has its own restaurant. The prices were a bit steep, but the service and food were definitely worth it, especially the feeling of being able to have a hot meal after a long, tiring day. (The fries were genuinely freshly made, and they gave a whole jar of sauce!) It was a truly satisfying experience.
The staff here are genuinely great. Whether it was the Pakistani guy at the front desk, the Black gentleman at the restaurant, or anyone else, they all made an effort to say a few words in Chinese. It really felt like what they say in 'Blossoms Shanghai' – even though you can communicate in English, when someone speaks your language, you truly feel their sincerity. For that meal, I fully expected to pay a service charge (and I would have gladly paid it at this restaurant; normally, I'd remove it if I didn't feel the service was earned). But the bill came with clear pricing, no hidden fees. I didn't have any cash on me, otherwise, I definitely would have left a tip.
The Craiglands Hotel was better than a lot of five star hotels where I have stayed and I could not find any fault. The room (106) was of a good size, it was well decorated including the bathroom and totally clean. There was a large smart tv perfectly placed to be viewed from the bed. Extra touches such as a full length wall mirror and iron and ironing board all added up to emphasising the thought that had gone into making the room. There was even a fan for warm nights although not required on this occasion in March! A very nice full English buffet breakfast also made for a very pleasing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 👍
The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks
Altough fully paid thriough Trip.com, the reception had difficulty in finding my booking.
Don't be fooled by the swimming pool photo offered by the hotel, it is actually quite tiny.
The hotel room is a bit small. We paid £61 a night including breakfast for 2. No complain.
From the reception to the bedroom, there are many 3 steops along the way. Altough step lifts are provided, probably not worth to use them just to get a large luggage over the steps.
The location is excellent, it is near The Springs retail park which is a new shopping and dinnig place.
