I had a very comfortable stay during my recent business trip. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient for meetings and travel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout my stay.

We were looking for hotels close the airport and found another Novotel at Chamiers. Beautiful interior and design. Clean room and bathroom. Reception staffs and housekeeping staffs were excellent in service. The location is perfect and closer to city centre. We are definitely returning to stay longer in the future. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Chennai 🙏

The toilet not flushing was an immediate turn-off. Other services were okay. The spa closing at 8:30 PM is a bit early though. The service was acceptable, and overall, the price wasn't high.

Thank you very much for the warm and hospitable staff of ibis sipcot, I had a great week in Chennai. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the hotel are amazing!
There is a big shopping mall near the hotel and there is a big supermarket in it. Walk for 10-15 minutes. The road in India is a bit difficult to walk. Actually there is a juice bar next to it, and you can buy evaluated drinks and water

The concern here the hotel is heavily booked for events to individual parties so the cars coming to the hotel venue gets very decisively packed.
So, we were told drop outside the hotel making us walk up the slope and walk to the hotel.
We stay in the hotel for 7 nights and breakfast menu never got changed for 7 days!!! We can understand the normal fruits, bread and normal breakfast range is there but not the chicken curry throughout the 7 days. I am sure the chef can change the style of the chicken from curry to other varieties.
No complaints in terms service best we can ask for.

The food is good for a 3 star hotel but it is not at all at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The staff was excellent - especially Sneha M. who helps guests at the lobby and offers quick and effective solutions and also another Sneha who works at the restaurant.
The music 🎶 in the restaurant is the worst I heard in any hotel in India.
It is two types of music (classical Indian and also western) which are played at the same time!
It is ridiculous and annoying and it is also too loud which is why some of the staff look miserable.
The chef was walking around the dining room exchanging pleasantries with guests but he should be on the kitchen controlling what goes on there.
The ”chai masala” had no taste of ginger and the milk was so burned that it kept steaming for a whole hour (it was undrinkable so I returned it).

The rooms are what you expect to find in a hotel that was considered luxurious in the 1990's.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is still the original one and it can no longer be set (it can only be switched on or off).

GGuest UserHad a great stay with family at Hotel Carnation, Ooty for 3 nights. It is very near to Charring Cross junction and other market areas. Botanical Garden is also walkable at 1KM. There's a restaurant ”Madras Rasoi” and a Food Truck at the Hotel serving both Veg & N. Veg food. Room was very good and spacious. Geyser is there in the bathroom, so 24/7 hot water there. Kettle is provided for heating drinking water. Hospitality was great by it's owner Mr. Mariadas, very nice person. Mr. Prince who is at reception is a young chap who is very helpful and friendly and well mannered. All other staffs were also very good and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time as well.

GGuest UserProperty is located in prime location, railway station is near, many temples are reachable with in 5 kms. You get Taxi,Auto for your commute easily.
Food: Complementary food are below average in terms of the service and stock. Quality and taste is above average. i too took a dinner in the hotel, where i rate the quality is good on non veg option and veg options. But i too recommend hotel to improve a lot for customer experience in the restaurant.
Amenities and service i feel the hotel is really good.
Overall if i recommend the hotel for your stay and i too prefer this hotel for my next stay at trichy soon. Thank you

GGuest UserWe stayed few hours only. Welcoming was good. We had pleasant stay. Only thing it is located at interior. Since i am a local, i can locate the address easily. But outsiders it is difficult. Receptionist was helpful and his behaviour is good. Overall it is good to stay.
