The room is antique and has a sense of history. It has been renovated, retaining the retro feel while the equipment is very good. The cleaning staff cleaned quickly and carefully, and cleaned up after breakfast. The breakfast was OK. The environment was very comfortable, and they upgraded us to a room with a good view for free. Although this was a business trip, it was still very convenient, and the beautiful scenery healed us. The front desk staff was very polite and helped us call a taxi so everything went smoothly. There is also a restaurant downstairs, but it was a pity that I didn't try it this time. Very satisfied
Location is convenient near trastevere railway station, transfer to airport. But quite far from city attractions in the center. Breakfast consists of fruits, yoghurt, cakes, cookies and tea/coffee, not so various. Rooms are old fashioned but spacious, the gave us room for 4 persons instead of twin. Interior building is under reconstruction now. And an insect was spotted on the hanger! Hope it was not a bug...

Excellent Location with lots of shops around. Roma Termini is just around the corner. Buses in front of the Hotel. All the attractions are 20/30 min walking distance. Vatican was bearby too.
Breakfast had good choices with fresh fruits and Fresh Real Honey. Staff was helpful. All over it was a good choice with reasonable price. Will recommend to friends and family.
The hotel is a 20+ minute drive from the old town. Compared to hotels there, its facilities are quite new, and they have plenty of staff. Service at the front desk and the cafe/bar was decent. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel were mediocre. The restaurant had a noticeable mosquito problem, and the seating looked rather dirty.
The bed was very comfortable but the room was dark, musty and smelled damp. Difficult to open the shutters which are high and very dirty to touch. Couldn't leave window open to air room as on ground floor. First impression of room was looking at threads hanging down from the stairs to the bedroom- looked like cobwebs at first - could be easily remedied. No explair in bathroom- not good.

To be honest, I didn't read any reviews before booking and simply relied on the price and location, plus breakfast was included.
The location is excellent – it's just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station and about 25-30 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, so everything is within easy walking distance. There are many cafes nearby, and a small supermarket isn't far either.
The breakfast was a bit basic, mostly consisting of sweet pastries, bread and toast, various jams and butter, two types of cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, coffee, water, and two types of juice. You definitely won't go hungry, but it's best to go early as the best items are quickly snapped up, and some aren't replenished by the hotel staff. Overall, though, I'd say it was adequate.
The room itself was a bit dated. We arrived an hour before check-in and were immediately allowed to check in without any issues. They gave us separate beds as requested. The beds were comfortable, and both the bedding and towels were clean. There was a fridge and a strange but functional air conditioner. Housekeeping was daily.
We didn't have high expectations for the hotel, so overall we were pleased. For a one-night stay and considering the value for money, it's a decent option.
The only frustrating thing was the city tax, which isn't a one-time charge or per room, but rather levied per person per night.
There was a nice view from the window.

This hotel is still recommended by friends. The location of this price did not have much hope. The result was unexpected surprise.
Facilities: The place to check in is not big. All rooms should have a floor, but the room is very clean. Open the window and you can see the street.
Service: The little brother is very enthusiastic to help me with my luggage
The bug is that the door of the hotel is connected to the apartment upstairs. You need to open the door with a password. You don’t remember the password when you go out. You have been waiting for the building residents to open the door.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and the staff is excellent from the reception to the restaurant to the waiters, all kind and helpful. The services offered by the structure are of quality, breakfast in first place varied and abundant. The only flaw that I found in this trip was the fact that the room had problems in the evening when I arrived there was a structural problem that could happen to anyone that it was not possible to resolve it at the time because we had arrived at too late an hour and the fact that it was not possible to resolve it immediately made our stay of the first night not too comfortable. The next morning after evaluating that the problem could not be resolved promptly they changed our room to one equal to the one we had booked and the stay as always went very well. The only thing I would have expected was a refund even if only partial for the major inconvenience suffered but this was not done, it is true that on our part it was not requested, but it seemed right to me that it was done without asking. Therefore 10+ to the staff indeed if it were possible I would give 11 a little less to the management.
GGuest UserOverall, it's quite good. There is a shared kitchen and the shower and accommodation environment are both excellent. However, the order states that breakfast costs 5.9 euros, but I was actually charged 8.9 euros.
GGuest UserLocation is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery.
There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy.
Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good.
Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene.
There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully.
Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.
GGuest UserFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!
GGuest UserThis hotel is quite far from the city center, but the public transportation is quite convenient, making it easy to get to various attractions. However, it takes a bit of time. We were in Rome in mid-June, and the weather was quite hot. The air conditioning on the buses wasn't working, and some buses didn't even have it. Therefore, it's best to choose a hotel closer to the city.
The hotel reception was quite nice. They gave us a map upon check-in and provided us with directions to the public transportation. The room was a good size, but there was no refrigerator.
GGuest UserFirst, the good things: I really liked the breakfast, a good selection of dishes, fruits, pastries. Kind administrators. There is a kettle in the room. Upon arrival, 2 bottles of water. Coffee and tea. Tea was replenished, coffee was not. Close to attractions (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain).
On the downsides: the room did not have the stated slippers and robe, but there were ants. Very small room. There is not a single hook for clothes or towels in the bathroom. Shower gel was not brought twice. The metro is far away.
GGuest UserThe location was great, pretty central was able to walk around to get to many areas for shopping and touring.
The bus stops were close by metros are a little bit more of a walk lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all close by around the corner close to ruins.
The apartment hotel was clean.
Staff check-in was friendly.
The room was very clean.
The towels and soap provided was good.
The room was cleaned daily. I had no issues with leaving my items out or anything. Nothing was touched.
The room is always fixed up for me when I got back at the end of the day.
There was an area for breakfast with small Items available to eat. It’s not meant for a big meal just a quick on the go kind of idea.
There was lots of water in the fridge to take at any time the lock doors to get into that area you can access at any time you had keys for the main door the door to the breakfast area And your apartment room key were all together.
It is an old building. The elevator lift is very old so don’t put too much weight in it when you use it. There are five floors, but the building was very clean, very well kept. The area around outside was very clean.
We had no issues.
GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
