This was a really good hotel to stay in. First impressions weren’t great as we didn’t even recognise reception but after that everything was good. The staff are all young and really willing to help. A special shout out to Mai. We had a larger room which gave us some space and we had the most comfortable pillows of our whole three week trip. The towels were soft too, the shower was excellent and there were lots of pegs to use to hang things. We did all our washing and drying for a nominal fee which was useful. The breakfast had a good variety of food on offer. The hotel was in a good location, not far from a station.

First of all, the communication was amazing. Fast replies and clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get in. The facility was clean. It is not a bit room but as you’re not there most of the time it really doesn’t matter.
The room has all facilities I needed. A desk, small kitchen with fridge, electric stove and a microwave.
What made me choose this apartment was the gym. As compared to other apartments or hotels on Trip, this gym had a squat rack and barbells. I generally miss this at a hotel/ apartment gym and it was highly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this place and would book this again when I return to Osaka!

Considering the price, it's a fantastic value. The spacious, clean, two-tatami room comes with a sink and squat toilet. The amenities are simple, including tatami beds, a small refrigerator, and a dehumidifier. There's a shared bathroom for showering. Everything is spotless. Again, the amenities are simple, but considering the price, it's a fantastic value!

The hotel is located in the central Umeda area. Before arriving, I saw reviews mentioning that the hotel entrance was hard to find. This time, I booked a private car from Osaka Airport via Ctrip for 560 yuan, and it took 50 minutes. The car drove directly to the hotel's underground parking lot. The entrance from the parking lot to the hotel was small, and the elevators were also small, giving it a less grand appearance.
We took the elevator to the 11th floor for check-in. Stepping out of the elevator, the restaurant was on the right, and check-in was on the left. I have to say, the lobby also looked quite small, but since it's a high-floor lobby, the view was pretty good. We arrived before the check-in time, so we couldn't get our room cards yet, but the staff helped us store our luggage.
Taking the hotel's direct elevator down to the first floor, there's an escalator opposite leading up to the second floor, where you'll find a Lawson convenience store open until 10:30 PM. Walking further down the road, you'll see a connecting bridge that leads directly to the North and South Wings of GRAND FRONT OSAKA (Muji, Samsonite). It also connects to Osaka Station, LUCUA, LUCUA 1100 (Bills), Yodobashi Camera, and Starbucks. From Osaka Station, taking an escalator down to the first basement floor and following the subway passage leads to Daimaru Department Store (Harbs), the Expo souvenir shop, and many shopping streets. On the ground floor, there's also Daikoku Drugstore. The hotel's location is extremely convenient.
The hotel room was 63 square meters, which is considered large in Japan, with a separate living area. Being on the 20th floor offered great views. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and there were two independent rooms with comprehensive toiletries. My only dissatisfaction was with the bed; there's a protruding wooden platform around it, making it easy to sprain your ankle if you're not careful getting in and out. The service was also just average. We were a family of three, and the hotel charged for three people when we booked. I called the front desk for an extra pair of slippers for my child, but they weren't delivered on the first day. It took two more calls on the second day for them to finally arrive. Neither when checking in nor checking out did the hotel have a doorman, so we had to carry our luggage to and from the room ourselves. I didn't feel any service at all. Upon check-in, we received a box of small snacks and a small box of tea. The snacks weren't tasty, and I didn't try the tea so I can't comment on it.
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was decent. My child enjoyed the Japanese curry rice, which was quite good.

The corners were a little dusty,
but the rest was clean.
It's a 15-20 minute walk from Dotonbori,
but there's a supermarket nearby, so it was fine.
The apartment is near an overpass, so
it's a little scary, but it was quiet and nice when we were there. It might be a little scary for two women.

The location of the place was great. It had its own laundry area and also a larger laundromat 50m away. The gym was small but honestly very impressive with cables, free weights and ample space for 1-2 people. The check in process was pretty straight forward and they had a PDF ready for us to start. The apartment was nice and tidy. We did find some hair on the sink though. Unfortunately, we bought food to cook/ store and we found the freezer did not keep our frozen products frozen and furthermore, the stove had no gas/ wasn’t working. We had to make our eggs in a cup in the microwave. With that being said, we’d 100% recommend this place again for a short stay Osaka. These short comings could easily be fixed and finding another place like this for the price would be rather difficult.

A private room on the 2nd floor with a comfortable sofa. The house features shared facilities including a bath, toilet, kitchen, and a cozy living area.
If there are 2–3 guests, we can provide an additional mattress upon request.
This guesthouse is inside a traditional shopping arcade, surrounded by supermarkets, grocery stores, local restaurants, and bars.
Amenities provided:
Wi-Fi, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, cooking utensils, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The environment is particularly beautiful, the room is relatively large, take the children, you can play in the small pool, it is still very good. There are many mosquitoes. Remember to turn on the electric mosquito coil. There is a match in the room, but we found out when we checked out that we were harassed by mosquitoes for a night.
It is recommended that you plan to die at the same time at Bo and Universal Studios, or Osaka Port, Ocean Park can choose to live here for one night, which is more suitable. Not suitable for shopping, because there are no large shopping plazas around.
Because there are no restaurants around the hotel, dinner is solved in the restaurant in the hotel. The price is not too expensive and the taste is very good. It is mainly pizza, pasta, steak, soup curry, fried chicken or fish steak chips. There are many kinds of wine to choose from.

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. It's clean and quiet. There's an elevator in the building, but it's a bit of a walk from Namba Station. The signal is intermittent when entering the building. The Wi-Fi is a bit choppy, like the room has a weak signal. But overall, it's okay. There's a family room nearby. You can walk to the Purple or Red Line (I don't remember exactly 😭).
