I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. Luckily, my visa hadn't expired yet. The flight wasn't crowded, and despite the heavy snow and bad weather, we arrived late at night. The lobby was incredibly warm, and since it was just before Christmas, the decorations on the first floor were beautiful. With the festive Christmas music playing, it immediately felt cozy and romantic, just like a Christmas movie. The lobby has plenty of seating, including single armchairs, sofas for two, and larger group arrangements, perfect for relaxing or chatting. I booked a single room; it wasn't huge but felt very cozy. The mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The service was also very attentive. As an introvert, I really appreciated the overall vibe. Plus, the light meal options at the downstairs restaurant were quite good.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the owner was very nice. They solved the meal problem; the dishes were cooked very well.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel and the location is the residential area. The breakfast is delicious and there are many choices.this hotel does not have lifts, so we have carried our luggage up to the 3rd floor by stairs .

During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children. The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids. The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!
