Excellent location in the heart of the city, set in an iconic building. The staff are truly outstanding – friendly, helpful, and always willing to think along with you. Renting bicycles is an absolute must and a great way to explore the area. Breakfast is very good, and the view is simply outstanding – far beyond expectations.

Firstly..the lady at check was extremely friendly and customer oriented...Great job to her....very welcoming very calm Access to room was a little challenging to the the first floor but I figured it out. Room itself was extremely small even though it was for 2 persons Tv only shows in German.. no English movie channels..this was quite annoying as I love watching tv during my relaxing moments Overall I would say it's location is perfect. perfect.staff room not so much

Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

We arrived early were treated so lovely by delightful young man. Our luggage was stored for us. Everything was great. We asked how much a taxi would cost to cruise port by a lovely lady, at hotel desk she said 17 Euros, she booked it for us. What spoilt everything is we were advised by driver at cruise port....we will be charged 30 Euros, my husband advised that is not what hotel advised us. Driver settled on 25 Euros as he said hotel has to take 5 Euros to. This truly spoilt our lovely experience at our accommodation. Other that this the hotel was beautiful.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service. The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station

Room: our room was quite spacious (enough to open 2 large suitcases), appreciated shower gel, conditioner and body lotion was included in the bathroom, the shower and water temperature were nice. One point on the cleanliness: was a bit dusty underneath the bathroom faucet/towel rack floor area. Location: relatively convenient, less than 10min walk from the central train station, still manageable for us while carrying 2 heavy large suitcases. But if we had more to bring, we might need a taxi. Overall, we had a good stay. On arrival, we noticed one of the hotel lifts is currently undergoing renovation (as of 26th Apr), which made the waiting time longer. And right in front of the hotel main entrance, there's also construction undergoing. Our room was assigned on the other side so we didn't hear any noise. Another side note is that the deposit is 50 euros by card payment, the indication of 100 euro on booking confirmation is applicable to cash payment.

Impeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

The front desk is very attentive and the lobby is gigantic. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you need to change bed sheets or towels, they help immediately. Good internet speed, large fridge and kitchen stove. Toilet and shower in separate rooms. 4 washing machines and 3 dryers, all free to use. A small gym, but good enough. Nice air conditioner in the room and ask that you want a washing machine in your room, or else you will get a dishwasher. Great people and wonderful stay.

Comfortabel hotel, veel mogelijkheden voor parkeren. Vriendelijk personeel en goede bereikbaarheid.
