Friendly staff and clean place to stay. Lots of parking and very convenient to town centre and other places. Recommend to all people:)

I really enjoyed staying at Dusky Lodge. Friendly staff , cosy room , nice communal areas and the bonus of a spa pool . Excellent value.

Nice room, it was exactly like the pictures and description. Price performance value was good, they turned the heater on before arrival and there was a heated blanked. Friendly and very helpful staff and you can park infornt of your room. Only negative thing was the little hole in the window in the bathroom. I wish you and your family the best.

Location within walking distance to many restaurants. Outside view great. The room kinda small, had fridge and an electric kettle. The shower had very strong water pressure — a bit intense. Door lock not working, pillow not clean. The parking lot is across the street; I arrived in the evening and it took me a couple of rounds to find it. As a short stopover, it was okay, but not best value.

The room is very convenient on the first floor, for people traveling. There is free parking space and the kitchen utensils are complete, although we do not cook ～ about 10 minutes walk from the beach

The hotel is in the yard on the side of the main road. There are two entrances and exits. Parking in the yard can be very convenient at the door of the room. The hotel will send a bottle of milk. The supermarket gas station is also convenient nearby. The kitchen is very complete, that is, the stove 🔥 is not big and can be cooked. There will be freight trains passing by at night. 房間整體會比較陳舊 但還算乾淨 我們住的是一個小閣樓 一樓是客廳廚房 二樓有兩個房間（主卧一個大床和次卧兩個單人床 次卧會特別冷） 和帶地暖的衞浴 因為房子有100多年歷史了 能看出屋主打理的非常用心 房間裏有一本手冊 上面有入住注意事項 更有屋主手繪的農場地圖 還有周邊設施的介紹 和遊玩建議 看得出來真的經營的很用心 在入住之前貼心的詢問了預計抵達時間 按照我們到達的時間提前生好了火爐（房間內沒有空調或暖氣 都靠火爐取暖 可以自己動手生火 我們覺得蠻有意思的） 我們是冬季入住的 入住期間下雨+下雪 所以可能我們感受到的温度較冷 夏季應該不存在這個問題 房間裏面該有的都有 也有廚具可以做飯 但沒有調味品 需要自己去鎮上買 或者可以選擇提前跟房主預約早餐（33刀一份）或三道式的晚餐（83刀） 其實我特別推薦如果有時間可以去試一下晚餐 因為是在主lodge吃 我看別的評論説屋主會拿出純銀的餐具和古董餐盤來招待大家 （圖4-7源自網絡）整個主建築的風格也非常的維多利亞風格且華麗 如果時間充裕的朋友推薦嘗試一晚 比較可惜的是我們住的兩晚都在下雨 沒辦法去好好逛農場 走之前短暫出了太陽 非常漂亮 唯有幾個我們中國人可能會覺得不夠好的點： 1 火爐fireplace是唯二的取暖方式 （另外一個是電熱毯）生火對我們來説有一定難度 但是可行的我們也覺得是很好的經歷 2 床墊及枕頭偏軟 最後也是比較重要的一點是這個農場是一定一定需要自駕前往的 周圍沒有任何公共交通可以抵達 離最近的小買鋪（grocery shop 偏小）的要開車10-15min 離最近的小鎮開車要30min 鎮上有餐廳 大一點的超市（4 square） 整體來説是一次很有意思的經歷和體驗 推薦～ 但可能不適合追求極致乾淨 喜歡現代化的朋友們入住

The staff was friendly and the hostel was very good. It was cold with electric panels and heaters, but I could spend a warm night. Personally, I like laundry service. But the dryer was four dollars, and it didn't have enough time to dry clothes at once.

I stayed in North south holiday park on the day of arrival and the night pre departure from Christchurch. It is located about 5 mins drive or 45 mins walk from CHC international airport. You can book their airport shuttle ($5 per pax) during operational hours or the front desk can order a taxi for you at a cheaper price. Amenities are complete and cleanliness is well maintained. The only set back is there is no eateries within short walking distance except burgerking, but not a problem if you come with a car or you can cook at their kitchen(with utensils provided)

A bit old fashioned motel but everything is working fine except our kitchen tap water is dripping. Hot shower is very strong pressure. Warehouse is just across the road. Friendly staff and good service.
