The room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. The vibe in north wing is everything I needed. Additionally, foods are exceptional for the price. The pool was okay, although the kids wished to stay a bit longer but it’s too cold for them. 😂 Nevertheless, thank you so much for making our birthday extra happy.

Beautiful setting, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Overall, our stay was good But many things weren’t good. The room was very small and mostly clean but some things like the back of the bathroom door looked like it had never been cleaned. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower drained very slowly and overfilled, the Wi fi didn’t work and the TV reception was bad. The bed was fine but the bed sheet only came up to our belly button. When you pulled it up more it came out at the bottom. Had to sleep with my feet out the bottom and the sheet to my chest. The room had 2 nice white towels. When we asked for pool towels we were told that they only had room towels and we would have to pay extra for towels to use at the pool. When we checked in and asked about our scheduled trip to the falls we were told that the falls were Still closed and and wouldn’t open for a while. No one mentioned that part when we booked our reservation. Long beautiful drive from Manila to see the falls but only saw the hotel.

This was my second time visiting Angono for Higantes. The year before I stayed at a hotel in Taytay because I didn't know about this little resort/bed & breakfast. Got a great deal on the two night stay but was a little worried due to some of the reviews I've read. I'll admit, there was often a lot of people playing music or doing karaaoke by the pool and my bathroom/shower room was separate from the bedroom but it was a private bathroom. I can only assume that the complaints about bad service are related to people who no longer work at VJR because everyone I came into contact with was helpful and friendly. All in all, especially considering the price I was very happy. The room was very large, clean and comfy with a very big and very soft bed. If you visit Angono for Higantes or any time of year to soak up the food and culture of the art capital of the Philippines Villa Jhoana is an ideal place to make your homebase!

My 2nd home in Matabungkay and definitely i give them more than 200% excellent service. We are very satisfied with our stay in this resort. from time we arrived until we left, we were treated very well like a family. Everyone of them, as in literally all of them, always made sure that we had everything we needed. All staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. they provided us everything we needed even before we ask them to. special thanks to Sir Joel na sobrang accommodating samin :). I'm Planning to go back again soon. Would definitely recommend this place.

There are many resorts in Mabini but unfortunately many have very steep stairs to deal with. Some have their restaurants or the pool located in an inconvenient location where we have hard time to walk up and down for the food. This small resort is perfectly designed in a way that we only need to walk few steps one time for check in/out. Beautiful pool, garden with sea view, very full breakfast. Food are tasty. Our children like it. All the quiet comfort for a good stay in Anilao!

First time visiting this resort. The resort is divided into members and non-members living area. There's a dirt lot parking for visitors to park and a 3 minute boat ride to island. The pool areas are include with the resort but the rest of the attractions are fee as you go. The place is a bit outdated and needs some upgrades. At the members side, there's limited food/snacks available and delivered to your room or at the dining area and are reasonably priced. On the non-members side, meals are included. Room rates are based on per person/night. Just make sure to dispose of your food trash properly because there was a rat in our room which was able to get in through the window type AC unit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Been there with my family for anniversary outing. The place and rooms was neat and clean. We’re there weekdays so feels like we own the entire resort. The beach and pool are clean. What I don’t like is the deposit which is expensive and the payment for each pet 150.00 Overall the place was good!
